It's my Dad's place, I dare you to tell me he did you wrong. In all seriousness, they know their stuff. Tom has been doing some type of mechanics most of his life. Then there's John who has had extensive training on some of the baddest cars on the road. All of the staff is great and they don't try and kill you on price. Honest and well done work.

These guys do amazing work. If it weren't for the 50 dollar diagnostics charge they hit me with this would easily be a five star review. I understand the diagnostics charge, but I also knew what was wrong with the car and voiced that when I dropped the car off.

Great, professional service! My family has found a place to service our cars and recommend to others without worrying about dishonesty, ripoffs, theft of items from our vehicles, etc. They stand by their work and the work they do is solid and reliable. Total MONEY PIT! I would NOT recommend. Just to check vehicle is $104. Then was told we needed another check an that was going to be another $350 . Neither diagnostics test price would include any work . So basically $454 just to LOOK at my vehicle . NO! Auto parts told me the exact samething this mechanic told me but FOR FREE!!!!

Mitchell Auto Service always provide me with great customer service. Mr. Denzel Wimberly is very professional to me, he explain the problem with your car so you understand what is going on. I have become a regular customer and I am very satisfied with the services and the prices is reasonable. I would recommend to anybody in the local area.

I experienced the best hands down customer service from Mitchell Auto Service.The entire staff was very courteous and very friendly, they explained everything before working on my car. The turn around was very fast and overall I was pleased..

They charge over $100 for diagnostic testing, and they still don t tell you what s wrong. The customer service is terrible. Older big guy is definitely racist.

This is the only auto shop I use and I have had nothing but good experiences. My cars are 12 and 10 years old and I will continue driving my cars much longer as long as I take them to Mitchell's for repair.
