Had my car for 3 months and it is worse than when I brought it to him, Don't be fooled by the warranty because your car won't even be working to utilize it. Picked my car up and now I have to take it to someone else to get a diagnosis after I already paid him and its been 3 months of back and forth. Would not recommend at all, doesn't return calls or keeps you up-to-date with the process of months long repair. My transmission is still not fixed $2800 later.Service: Transmission

I took my 2006 Mercury Milan to have the transmission rebuilt in Feb 2018. I took my car back to him 5 different times for him to fix the transmission for him to keep my car a month or better each time and not fix the issue. I took in to another place and they stated that I was missing 4th gear completely. I told him and requested my money back. He then offered to give me $700 OF THE $1600 I PAID HIM! Said he couldn't be left without money. He never fixed my car!!! Worst place to go. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM ARTIST, ISAAC! If I could I would leave him 0 stars.

They have Had my car since february 28 and Indidn t get it back until May and my car is still messed up. Took it too another mechanic and they will not go behind it and try to fix it because they do not go after Isacs work. Mechanic said their have been many complaints about Isacs Transmission. I wish I would have know I would have never wasted my money. It is not June 1st. Still can t find anyone who would go after his work.Service: Transmission

I wouldn't recommend this automotive shop to anyone cause they're a straight rip off. The first time I took my vehicle there Tommy claimed he couldn't check my vehicle cause my check engine light wasn't blinking which that's a dam lie then in that same day I had to take it back and kept it for two days. When I went Friday to pick up my vehicle he said it's my crank shaft sensor in motor. Tommy recommended that I take it to Duren in Leesburg GA to let them fix it and I took it there today and the guy said that he has at least 4 four vehicles that went to Isaac's which is Apex now. It goes to tell you that when you don't know about a place but you'll learn quickly not to go back there.

If I could give this man a negative....I really would. It would be a negative 5!! I had been dealing with him for 7 months!! It took him that long before he figured out that he could not fix my car. And then it took almost a month before I got my money refunded!!! He and his worker, Butch were absolutely rude!!! He will go ghost on you in a minute and not take responsibility for his actions. Now all this is if you are a woman. I have noticed that with guys, it's sorta a different story. Please do not waste your time or money dealing with him. It is not worth it!!

The owner has been working my transmission for almost a year. He did a rush job and gave me a warranty, but when I got my car it was doing the same thing. I have taken it back about 10 times and every time it s the same thing. I paid him in full for the repairs and to this day it s not fixed. I asked for my money back and he tells me he s gonna try other things just to not give me my refund. Maybe because I m a woman and he feels like he can tell me anything. I would not advise a woman to take her car ask a man and maybe the results will be better.

It took three months to get my car fix. but he got it done an I am thankful an I thank him it's a blessing. A little expensive but I had to do it.

Did my transmission on my Honda. They took too darn long. Had to keep calling them and then when I got it back the mess still wasn t right.
