We living in Tallahassee. We went to buy a Toyota Sienna last week because of an amazing deal. Cristy Snell helped us. She is really nice and helpful. We had little trouble when we were trying to make the payment, Cristy and Jay waited us even after their regular hours. Also, My wife is at her first trimester, so it is little hard for her to drive 2 hours back to Tallahassee. Cristy being super thoughtful and helped us to find a driver to drive the car back to Tallahassee with a reasonable extra charge. The experience of buying a car at Hutchinson Toyota of Albany is wonderful. Can t recommend it enough.

Outstanding customer service from Sekelia Anthony. I m visiting from California, and have two RAV4 s myself. Customer service at Hutchinson is far away better than what I ve experienced in California. It s just different. I came in to Hutchinson today to get a tire looked at for my mom; and the level of customer service service, professionalism and communication from Ms. Anthony in the service department was second to none. Outstanding experience!!

I have been working with Ms.Jackie for years through getting multiple vehicles, and every time, she has made the process so easy! She takes her time and ensures I am happy. She always goes over and beyond for me every time! If in the future I desire to get another vehicle, there is no one I want to handle my car business with besides Ms.Jackie! She truly feels like a family member now! Once again, thank you for my new 2024 Toyota Camry Ms.Jackie! 10/10 Experience!

Had an amazing experience. My salesperson Ralph Henry answered every question and was very knowledgeable. Lee, the general manager helped and was great. Joe, Gavin, & Jason the sales managers made sure I got enough for my trade. And Jay Dean, the finance manager, helped me get a WAY BETTER rate than my credit union offered me. Overall an amazing experience.

The staff at Hutchinson Toyota made my purchase a breeze. After conducting a Nationwide search, I found the exact vehicle I was looking for. God did it again through Mr. Ralph Henry!! I purchased my RAV4 in 2021 so of course I wouldn t let no one us help us with our next vehicle. It was time for my daughter a new car so we returned in March 2024. After just one visit to Mr. Henry she left happy and very pleased. It was a short, smooth transaction. She got a very good deal on a 2024 Corolla and she loves it! Thank you Mr. Henry for letting Him use you once again. Blessings to you.

I went in Toyota only looking at cars not expecting to walk out of there with a car. The experience was great, special thanks to Ms. Jacquelyn. She helped me get a brand new car and informed me about a program I had no idea existed. The program is called the college grad program. When you guys are searching for a car please go see her. THE PROCESS WAS SO EASY!RALPH made my experience enjoyable!From Day One he asked me my must haves and found me exactly what I needed in less then a week!He was nice , built great rapport with me and made me feel so comfortable throughout my decision making process. It was a pressure free / extra push less experience. He came with pure patience and confidence that he ll find me what I need!! Even when I was undecided on the color I wanted it was no issue for Him! He made it happen!When the car was delivered he picked me up and had great confidence that I was going to be excited about this one and SURE ENOUGH I WAS! I loved it ! LOOK AT GOD!While waiting for paperwork! He explained everything in full detail from the manuals to the free pack of car accessories while waiting THIS HAS NEVER BEEN DONE! My sales representative Simeon had absolutely no idea what he was doing. After getting the car I wanted I went to the finance person (Jason) who handled everything and said I needed to put in a 500 dollar payment to "hold my car" since the car was in another lot. This was back on January 21st and it is not April 4th. I asked there how long it would be until it went back into my account and he said 10 to 15 business days. I kept texting him throughout the days with him giving me half answers until he said the sales representative was supposed to handle that (this was back in mid-march). He assured me that he would handle this personally only to just today (April 4th) ask me to verify my address so he could send me a check. He lied about it first going directly into my account, among other things. They do not care about you future, your money or your well being

My first experience was today and let me tell you it was amazing! Sekelia Anthony was my point person and she was phenomenal! She kept me updated on what was going on, texted me info that I needed, gave me prices quickly and made it all happen in a few short hours. 10/10 recommend the service department!

I took my Lexus GX460 here due to a belt making a lot of noise. I spoke with Ms. Anthony as my service advisor. They did a "full diagnostic" and replaced the serpentine belt. The next morning when I cranked the SUV to leave South Georgia the same issue was still happening. I have communicated with Ms. Anthony via text and sent two videos of the issue that they said was fixed but wasn't, per her instructions. The last communication from her was that she "was working on it". That was over a week ago and I have not heard from anyone at this dealership. Poor diagnostics, bad service, terrible communications, and total lack of customer care and customer service. I have everything in texts to prove what I am saying. Do not go to this poorly run dealership for anything, especially service. Once they have your money they don't care about you any more. Avoid this place at all costs! I have disputed the charges on my card due to their lack of communication and failure to correct the issue they charged over $350 to "fix".

Associate Christi Snell sold me a 2020 Highlander. My experience with her was great. Be sure to get full details of sale if you are shopping online before purchasing, as there are other fees accrued at the time of purchase. I misunderstood this. However, the finance team worked hard to accommodate my budget. I am pleased with my Toyota!

I remember Ms. Anthony from Dodge. I m so glad she is not there anymore. Toyota is the place for her. Her customer service is appreciated here at Toyota. Highly recommend her!
