Trying to get back to our respective homes over Thanksgiving weekend, my son hand a blowout on a backcountry road a few miles after departing our gathering spot north of Albany. He called to let me know he was in distress but was changing his tire. As he was close and I was also headed south I went and offered moral support as he dismounted the good rear wheel to put on the front and installed the donut on the rear. It was decided I would follow him for at least the 40 miles to Albany for service. After about 10 miles of slow going with the donut its gave up the ghost. Sans any suitable replacement tire he called AAA to come tow him to Albany.Being second and third generation lifelong Goodyear customers my son called Goodyear in Albany and inquired of the availability of a replacement tire to get on down the road that Saturday. Alas, non were available at Goodyear or anywhere else in Southwest Georgia. He called back and made arrangements with Chuck at Goodyear to order a replacement road tire that would arrive Tuesday and we would leave the car while I carried him on to his house and job and Florida. It took AAA a good long time to get a truck to us in the boonies and during the wait Chuck called back to verify the tire would be there Tuesday and get an ETA on our arrival with the car. The ETA kept getting extended due to the delay involving AAA and our distance from anything. When the truck arrived my son called Chuck and explained we were underway and Chuck said he would wait for us.We arrived at his location a full hour past his closing time to met by a smiling, jovial, kind fellow. We dropped the car and headed to our Florida destinations. As the week progressed it became apparent that another road tire was needed as well as two new rims with an alignment. As we were both in our Florida homes it was becoming a logistical funhouse to acquire the needed rims and get them to Albany for Chuck and team to do their magic for us. Chuck was extremely patient with the fact that the car would be in his way until that time. No rush. No pressure. Just pleasant and helpful. To add great fortune to our tale I was able to locate two new rims AND a new donut tire in an easy and accessible drive for me, as my son couldn't get free from work and had no transport to do deliver them.I left home in the wee hours with my wife to pick up the rims and tire for Albany delivery. In a few hours we had them and headed north for Albany arriving just before noon (read lunch time for everyone).Jaye took delivery of the rims and tire and my wife took me to lunch, then back to Goodyear to wait for the car.As I waited at Goodyear Earl was headed to lunch and offered to buy me lunch. I realized that Jaye was doing the lions share the work on my son's carIt became known to me that Chuck was late for a family function that night he waited for us. Chuck, Jaye and Earl were, by all meanings of the term, "spectacular gentlemen" and a credit to Goodyear. This is why we keep coming back to Goodyear for tires and service.

I ordered tires online and scheduled installation at Goodyear in Albany,Ga. Received confirmation email stating appointment was confirmed and tires would be ready. When I arrived at location, appointment was noted; however, tires were not available. We were informed the delivery for the day would arrive at noon, so we left the vehicle. QuasJon and Earl were most helpful and professional throughout this entire ordeal. Approximately, 3:30pm we were notified our vehicle was complete and ready for pickup and was notified my online order was not completed and if local store had not previously ordered tires our vehicle would not have been completed. Thank you QuasJon and Earl. Do not rely on the online process there is poor communication with local vendor and logistics failures which may impact your plans. Great team in Albany, GA.

They wouldn't even look at my car stating they didn't have time and at 4pm it was to close to closing time. They referred me to a mechanic at The Shop of Albany though who fit me right in, did good work, and for a great price showing me exactly what was wrong with my car and performing an experienced professional job. The Shop of Albany is the place to gogo. Not Goodyear.

I trust the staff at this location which is critical to me. Jaye, the Service Mgr. provides phenomenal customer service and always makes sure whatever I need gets taken care of. I simply love knowing I'm getting quality parts and service from them and I don't have to worry about a thing. Earl, another stellar performer, always ensures I'm provided a delightful checkout experience.

I was on my way back to Oklahoma from SE GA after visiting family. When I got a flat tire that could t be patched. All the tire shops in a 20 mile radius were either books and couldn t help. As I still had a 14 hour drive ahead of me until the next day which is to be expected it s summer and a lot of people are traveling. But despite being booked out for a week goodyear on Stuart found a way to squeeze me in and get me back on the road. And I m great time. I was expecting to wait for hours but they had me back on the road pretty quick.

Let be the first to say that Mr. Earl Fuller at Goodyear on Stuart Ave in Albany Georgia is a life saver. He really went beyond the call of duty. I'm a regular customer at Goodyear so many of my car parts are under warranty. While vacationing in Savannah I had 2 flat tires. The Goodyear in Savannah "claimed" they couldn't find any warranty on my tires. I called back home to my Goodyear and Mr Earl handled everything over the phone to make sure my tires were installed. Let me say Travis and the Goodyear staff in Savannah on Jazie Rd were absolutely horrible. They're unprofessional and incompetent. Beware of that Savannah location. But at the end of the day, Mr. Earl got the job done and he was absolutely amazing. Thankyou so much

Sat up here for 2 hours to get a oil change after having a appointment. Not to mention the oil change was 100 dollars. On top of all that, my valves are making noise now on a brand new truck. So now I am going to have to take it to a professional to see what kind of damage they done. Will not ever be back here again. These people overcharge and does not care about the customers at all.

Was at work and got the appointment online thought it was easy ! After I got off from work and went to the store right at my appointment time which was 2 hrs before they close. So I went there ask the guy at the desk sir I have an appointment and gave him my last name he looked it up and said ohh you book it online we re so busy right now can t do it and right before I walk in there was a lady in front of me he took her information down and took her car in so guys be careful who you r dealing with when you work hard and get things done before you give your business to people s are like that. So I took my Buisness somewhere else nice no attitudes and that look on their face you know what I m talking about. So anyway I went somewhere else and they took care me without any problems or appointments guys we work hard and big companies like that don t deserves our business I rather help local own mechanical shops and they don t have sorry people working like big name companies because they think that we are still getting paid no matter what if customers leaves let them leave. With That s mind sets lots of big companies are went underground s and door got shuts.

This establishment always provides me with "good" professional and courteous services. Not one time since going here for years have I ever had to bring a vehicle back that wasn't serviced properly.

Avoid this place! Too bad you can't give 0 stars because this place deserves it. had gone today to the store to get my oil change and talk to the store manager about my issues, which he did resolve and I did also apologize for the misunderstanding about me thinking they put the wrong oil in my car. However, while checking out he said the oil plug I went ahead and replaced that for you since you made a big stink about it, but it really wasn't that bad, and also apologized for the misunderstanding about the oil, and to not lose my temper and not to make a scene in front of the other customers I tried playing it off by saying well thank you and I apologize as well, and would help if I knew how to read. By him saying that it "wasn't that bad" 1. goes to show that it was still damaged by his employees, 2. this is very unprofessional and rude to say to a customer. Looks like he needs to attend a class on customer service 101, and 3. I apologize for caring about my car that is still pretty brand new. He may like running his car down in the ground, but I do not. I like taking care of my car so it can last a long time so yes I am sorry I get upset when something is wrong with my car that could've possibly been avoided. Had he just said I went ahead and replaced the oil plug for you and left it at that I would've left a happy customer, but had to take it a step further and ruin the whole experience. I had to go an extra hour out of my way to fix this issue which means an extra unnecessary miles and gas spent. The last thing I would like to add is thank you for giving me a reason to never come back to Goodyear and take my business elsewhere, where customers are respected, and also never to recommend this location to anyone.

Went in for "a" tire. Guy told me it would only take 45 minutes but that I needed 2 tires not just one. I did. So I decided to get the 2 tires. I asked if the alignment & balancing were extra. "No ma'am, that's included". That'll teach me to ask the right question. I did not ask if they charged for "mounting"them. Oh yeah, $25 each, $7 to dispose of the old tires. One hour & fifty minutes later and a bill that was $57 more than was quoted, I was done. Live & learn, he was only spending MY money.

We threw the power steering pulley on our way past Albany on a Saturday morning trip through Georgia. A quick Google of any nearby service stations led us to Goodyear and Jay, our mechanical savior. Not only did he fit us in on what looked like a busy morning with, of course, no appointment due to the emergency nature of our problem, but he also got us on our way quickly at a far lower cost than we'd feared. The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly! I hope we don't break down on our troops in the future, but Goodyear and Jay made this unexpected pit stop a great surprise in the end.

Very good service. I called around 8 am and had a complete brake job with 2 new rotors placed on the back, front end alignment and break fluid flush and they were done in less than 2 hours. I would recommend them to everyone.

I brought my Ford F-150 to this shop on Stuart for rear end scrubbing. They ran a diagnostic and found everything wrong except for what I came in for. I was told I needed new brakes, rotors, and bearings that totaled $1300. I paid them after all this and 2 days later I have the scrubbing again. I take it back to Goodyear and I am told they can t fix it, and that I need to go to the dealer. They should have told me this prior to performing the work. Never ever will I let them service my truck or buy tires from them. My business partners will also not use their services.

I went in for brake service they ran their check and determine anything and everything within that system needed replaced. Feeling this was incorrect, I went to the dealership and another shop for a second opinion. Problem fixed at 1/3 Goodyears quoted price. They even had the audacity to say to me, let me run your card and we can see. That was the final straw!!Price gauging at its finest..they need to be reported beyond this site.

Great service! They didn't have my tire size, which is understandable considering I have a weird tire size, but they ordered one anyway and helped me find the cheapest and most efficient tire they had in the warehouse! Awesome people! Highly recommend

Went to them for break service and tires at the beginning of the year for my 2015 Tahoe. They told me everything I needed done and more. Total cost for break service $420 (tires not included). Went back to them in July and the same issue occurred. They told me it was another issue, so I left them took it to another shop and the guy showed me that Goodyear had placed the rotors on backwards and they didn t do the front alignment as they stated they had done. Will not use this location again.

I bought 4 tires online and brought them to be mounted and balanced. Had an appointment and it took about an hour and a half. Tire pressures were a bit off and the lugs were not evenly torqued, but they were better than most shops and the car rides good.

I am handicapped . My wife and I had to buy a tire for the car. We had the tire in the back of the truck and my wife had to unload the tire and carry to the inside while employees stood and watched her . We bought a new tire and had it mounted on the rim . I will be hesitant about any more trading in the future . I was upset because my wife had to carry the tire !

Made an appointment for Saturday and upon arrival was told they were booked and couldn t take me until Monday. The whole point of making the appointment was to be able to get on the road the next day. Now I have to try to rent a vehicle. Thanks for nothing!

Earl and Jay - always helpful and gets the job done. When my issue turned out to be transmission related and out of their scope, they made an excellent referral to a great transmission shop.
