I have recently begun using this shop and am very pleased. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. One expirence in particular, the trailer lights randomly stopped working. All the men from the shop were working in the rain to fix this problem. These guys are the best!

Excellent service from beginning to end. They communicate very well and have an excellent group of people. Service is top notch and I would recommend to anyone needing fast reliable service, whether at the shop or on the road.

Parts dept was not that great ordered parts for overnight never showed up p said couldnt have truck. Ready till Monday cause no Sparta were available in area so ia called Kenworth down the road had parts found in ten minutes thanks to Jeremy in the shop and max my experience with fleet pride is good need to figure out the parts dept but shop was great stayed late to get my truck out did an awesome job

Great place with great skillful techs that get the job done. Jeremy helped me through ever step and made everything painless and easy as possible. Definitely recommend this place. Everyone was great

Before calling FleetPride, I contacted some other repair shops oooh Chile, customer service was horrible!!! Had me on hold forever, prices were not adding up or just simply didn t care.The branch/service manager Jeremy Temples @ FleetPride (Albany, GA) is the absolute best!!!! When I tell you his customer service skills are amazing, that s just what I mean!!! Very friendly, helpful, honest and knowledgeable guy. We need more people like him in this world. The world would be in a better position!! Thanks Jeremy for all your help with the repair needs of our truck!Happiest of Holidays,Tonya

Showed up at 4;50 pm to pick up company truck they close at 5:00pmJeremy was very helpful kind in getting me into the truck and made sure I got it started and out.He was willing to wait for me that is going above his job.Thank you JeremyThx for the note pad to.Keep up the great work
