Great service. Tiffany Jones was awesome. She took the time to explain what service needed to be done, why, and the acuity of each one. She was understanding and patient. I appreciated the reminder for service and the ease to make an appointment. Definitely will continue to go there

Got me in a new Titan truck with 5 year bumper to bumper warranty and life time power trane warranty and 0 interest rate. Such a good deal my daughter went there 2 weeks later and bought a car with same warranty. Would recommend to anyone.

The atmosphere was clean and comfortable and everyone was pleasant. There were a couple of hiccups but the staff went out of there to make sure those issues were satisfactorily addressed. The vehicle was purchased and delivered to us at our request. My family will be returning for all of our future vehicle needs and purchases.

The attendant who checked me in was very patient , had positive attitude, great customer service skills , took time to find out information on my warrant on the tires & kept me updated on what was going on after been on the phone with them for over 25 minutes . I believe his name was TJ ( been with the company for only 6 months )

Everything went great with my service at Five Star Nissan of Albany. The wait time was about average and the waiting area was comfortable with complementaryRefreshments. Would definitely be back here for all my service needs.

Tj in the service department is a genuine and great employee! My car was towed to this dealership after the transmission went out while I was driving home to Florida, and once my car was towed there, they just beat all expectations. They stayed after closing until my ride got to me, they got my transmission fixed under warranty (where other dealerships were denying me), Tj was extremely communicative during the whole process, and I just had an all around great experience there. I would recommend Tj and this dealership to anyone and everyone!

Purchased a used van. We had some serious hiccups prior to purchasing the vehicle but the staff did go above and beyond to help fix it those. They were all very friendly. Service manager turned baby sitter to my twin toddlers who took to him for about 15 min while I completed my paper work was unbelievable and definitely beyond his job description. Trusting sales Manager as well. Bottom line I love my van and glad a hung in there and purchased this vehicle.

I have been using them for years. Their service is good except for they told me on my last 2 oil changes I needed brake pads. I declined the 1st time they told me. I heard no wear when braking. So I drove an additional 4-5 mos & came bck for 2nd oil change. They said again let us do your brakes front & rear for 600+ dollars. I took it for 2nd opinion after purchasing my own brake pads. The mechanic told me I had months of additional wear & I was fooled into believing they were bad. They need to stop offering additional services that benefit Nissan not the customer. When they really wore out I would have come back for Nissan to do it, but now I'm mad bc I bought pads I didn't need. Be honest Nissan!!!

Service was great fast and very enjoyable Noah took great care of my needs fast and did not hesitate to help me as always he's great now as for the lady who is the cashier she was rude I told her the coffee maker needed water she had an attitude and handed me two bottles of water excuse me I'm a paying customer ($200 for the services) and she hands me two bottles are you not the employee? Are you gonna pay me for asking you kindly telling you the Keurig needed water? I mean seriously she dident have to be rude or she could have said I'm busy but here's some water if u could kindly pour it in I mean there's always some rotten apple in a bunch always but a huge shout out to Noah and the service Manger between the two of them I had great service others wise a huge thank you

Good knowledgeable technicians were able to fix my car problem with the check engine light on.. I did some other preventive maintenance on my vehicle which I'm thankful for recommending that but they also recommended changing cabin air filters which I replaced just few days ago?!!

Initially, they were cordial and accommodating but they're bedside manners changed when I refused to pay $3000 for the seat repair. Ha! Also, they charged $189 for a diagnostic, which was a rip-off. I do not plan to purchase another Nissan vehicle.

Justin and Noah were very professional and knew exactly what I was explaining to them...I've found a few Nissan dealers look at a woman like she wouldn't know how to diagnose a problem with their car. I have a rare Nissan Murano Croscabriolet and have picked up a few troubleshooting suggestions. I've also found just because I take my car to a Nissan dealer, they will know how to fix it. Kudos to Justin and Noah at 5 Star Nissan!

My service tech was Noah and he did an awesome job however, my appointment was at 8:00AM I advised them of what was wrong with my car when I arrived at 7:45.,Noah advised me they would do a diagnostic test on my vehicle. The test wasn t complete until about 11 something, when they came and told me a couple of things was wrong with my car. I spoke with the mechanic and he broke everything down to me and explain in future details. I advised him I would go ahead and get two things done on my car which was spark plugs, and gasket seal. Well I was there 7 freaking hrs. Even when I go for a simple oil change with a appointment it take 2-3 hrs.

Demonica was very helpful and most of all patient. She had been working with me for about 5 months trying to find the right car and made the transition a smooth one. After having a bad experience with their service department in the past, I was done doing business with them, but her and Demarcus earned my business. Thank you Demarcus and Demonica.

Representative in service department I think her name is Tiffany she has a very bad attitude and don't like to keep quiet when not spoken to if y'all keep her around I grantee somebody is gonna knock her glasses off that's just how bad she is

In for an oil change a week ago. Informed that 1 of lug nut was missing. I didn t get it then. I was a little upset about it missing being that this service department is the only shop work on my vehicle. The shop completed the job in a jiffy and had me on my way. I m getting rid of my Nissan and won t ever come back for service or another car. Service at this location was horrible. It took almost a week and a half to get a report on what was going in with my car, which cost me money to stay in a rental for that long. There was no sense of urgency to call me back or even assist me when I called. Chris in the service department is the worst rep, switch him out and get someone else in there right away. The phone constantly rings and no one answers, the poor receptionist in the front had to walk back there and deliver a message for me. Steven in the department was decent to work with. Again, I won t be back this dealership can go kick rocks somewhere!

The shuttle services will have you late for work. However, the driver of the service is such a down-to-earth cool person. I really enjoyed the ride to and from work. He pick me up in time as if I was his wife I felt so connected with a stranger literally. The crew has a whole new attitude VERY WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY I paid over 850 and was happy when I left *********** Update they did not do the work I ask for I feel so played like really 850. Then when I asked about it oh they did one side but one didn't need it. THEN I SAID NO THEY DID NOT TOUCH MY TIRES IT WAS OH BRING IT BACK NO COME GET IT .Currently waiting to take it to another nissan shop cause now I do not trust the one in ALBANY Services: Transmission, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change
