5Star Collision provided us with excellent service. They repaired our car quite expeditiously and the finished product looked great. Another positive is that we were frequently notified with updates on repair status. The manager and other staff were very friendly and courteous. Really appreciate 5 Star Collision!

They are amazing!! I was so worried about my car because this was the first time I had to take it somewhere and leave it but they did amazing she looks exactly like new and they also cleaned my car which I didn t expect! I m so happy with their work. Thank you so much!!!

Five Star did a good job repairing the body damage on my car. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work. My insurance presented several problems and caused delays, but Ethan and Michael worked it all out and after some time, my car is repaired to my satisfaction.

Customer Service is excellent. Took a little longer than expected because of the holidays but the work and repairs were worth the wait. This shop has the nicest staff I have ever seen. They all went above and beyond. I highly recommend Five Star. Thank you Five Star.MELBA E.

March 2024: Simply put, I was given an estimate( in writing) for my small repair-broken latch on liftgate- at one price, later it was another.When the part finally came in, more than a wk later, I was given a price $100 MORE than what stated..once they took it back to be worked on.There was ANOTHER broken piece behind the latch and it was shown to me. Guy said it was seen while they were working on it. Unbelievable.(Had to come back)Had they said ORIGINALLY (in 1st estimate)that the repair MAY BE more if something else was loose or broken then I wouldn't have been mad.Felt like bait and switch to me. At any rate, it was remedied. I summarized, but that's the jist of my experience. Also my last visit.

They did a great job on my car but I can tell somebody had been driving my car. The mileage is over and my gas is way less than when I dropped it off. My car also have a backup camera around the car tag and it is unplugged. After taking my car back to them they told me I need to leave my car or wait around until they take it apart to find out why my camera is not working. I told them I don t have time to wait around cause this is my only day off and they had my car for 2 weeks it should have been fixed. I asked what am I supposed to do about transportation. The guy told me I could wait until they get done. I told them to give me my car back. I did a report with the BBB because their technician knew my car was not put back together because when I picked it up it was backed in and the camera did not come on when they backed in.

Five Star did a great job on my car. They kept me informed and updated every step of the way. My only complaint would be about the new headlight that was not checked until they were ready to install it. Turned out to be the wrong headlight in the box and it caused a two day delay in getting my car back.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Everything was great. They kept me updated and my car was fixed by the deadline. Some else happened to my car and they fixed that problem the same day. I love that I have a lifetime warranty. They also clean the inside of my car.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Things did not go perfect, there were some minor issues that still needed addressed after the repair, but they took care of it in a very prompt fashion and did it with a smile. Great customer service and was pleased with the quality of the work despite the minor things that still needed addressed. They did 3 of our vehicles with hail damage and all were taken care of very well. Would go back in future, just hope to not have to, lol.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Five Star Collision Center was great! I don t know about the other five stars but I do know this one is a good one! The people at the desk were very kind and the process to fix my car was very quick. It only took about 4-5 work days. I m not promising the same to you but it was quicker than expected. The car looks brand new and I m ver glad I made this choice. Although the price for my new headrest was very expensive, that wasn t their fault because they just ordered it and it was the only option for my car. Overall I highly recommend them and am thankful for the repairs!Service: Electrical

From friendly staff to fast and efficient service Five Star Collision Center is the best! My vehicle was severely damaged when I brought it in. Their staff worked diligently with me and always kept me updated on the progress of my repairs. My vehicle looks brand new , the repairs are amazing! My experience with Five Star Collision has been great! Every staff member that I spoke with was respectful and helpful! I'm sure they would've had my car looking new again but the insurance company ended up totaling my car after it got in the shop. I have another car that will be going to them soon because from what I've seen and heard, I believe they will make my car look great again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I used this shop to repair the front end of my SUV after hitting a deer. I had a minor complaint with not getting my vehicle back on the estimated date. I spoke with the manager David and he resolved my issue immediately. He was very kind, considerate, and professional. I appreciate him for taking accountability and being understanding. He made my experience pleasant. Overall they did an awesome job on my truck and I would use them again in the future if needed. Lack of communication. I was not told my car would be detailed when I dropped it off. If I had, I would have taken my kites out of my car as well as the blankets that cover the back seat. That way they could have done a better job vacuuming up all the dog hair and dirt. My 5 kites were in the back of my car and I had 2 quarts of water on the back floorboard which were just tossed in the back on top of the kites by an employee, breaking 2 of my kites. I asked the gentleman running things to please talk to his people and ask them to please take a little more time and be a little more careful. He was not happy and basically blue me off. Other than that the work done to my car perfect. It looks just like it did when I bought it 16 months ago.

We were first time customers. All staff members that assisted us were very professional, knowledgeable and personable from start to finish. Five Star Collision came highly recommended from someone we trust and they proved themselves worthy of such high recommendations. The workmanship to repair our damaged car is top notch. I loved that they kept an open line of communication with us while working on our car. We will be using them again although I hope not anytime soon. Not sure why I m getting the survey now. I haven t got my first of two vehicles back yet. I can say, the return to me date has been pushed back 3X since I dropped the car off, from the hail storm. Curious is how long the second one is going to take because it s worse then the car. Wish me luckFollowup with FSCC this afternoon 8/7/2923, they are now claiming they have been waiting on the insurance company approval. Funny thing is the carrier approved it the week after I dropped the vehicle off. I visited the collision center 2 weeks ago and couldn t even find my vehicle. Almost 2 months now and they haven t even started on the hail damage. No communication from them about this newly claimed issue with me or the carrier. Would not recommend this facility to others.Service: Body & Trim

This was my first experience with having to deal with service of this sort. From the moment I walked in to the time I left I was greeted and welcomed, by the Ladies in the front who was able to make me feel at ease and comfortable by their professionalism, knowledge and guidance. When the gentleman came out to do the estimate, he as well was very professional and knowledgeable. Upon completion of our vehicle the work done was amazingly successful. The staff was very friendly and courtesy. They kept me updated on my car. Did a great job. However, I hate thiefs some one stole my remote to my LED SYSTEMS. they said they would replace it haven't heard from them yet on that now I can't turn my lights off until I get one.
