Been useing this pla e for oil chance for the last 3 yrs. Today was the first time i got out of my truck the attentent got in my truck and stold $80 OUT od my wallet that i had just put in in the waiting line. Got to my next pla e to get a wash and no money. He was the only one that was in my truck..Dont get out of your ride there some of them are thievsService: Oil change

Austin and Staff here were extremely Helpful to me today and got everything done I needed and went the extra mile to help me out and the price was wonderful as well. My name is Richard Anderson. I used this service, the wash and vacuuming. At the start of this service, I was offered a deal of paying 20 dollars for unlimited washes for the month. I used my debit card. This was in February. I haven't returned since then. However, I recently discovered for the past 3 months they have taken 35 dollars each month out of my bank account. Never use a debit or bank card. They will get you. I've tried calling about this to no avail. I've left messages on the answer machine never to get a return call.Service: Vacuuming

Will not do business with them again. When you call to help a business out when they have a kid dealing with a difficult customer holding up a line and you're tell them and the response is "you're on our time", well no sir. I'm not. And I'll take my money and time elsewhere. That's what's wrong with customer service these days.

I've called to cancel my car wash subscription several times over the past few months no answer. I've left multiple voice-mails, but they refuse to stop taking $34.99 out of my account. I've had to contact my bank because obviously they don't use the phone nor check their messages. The carwash is good. I just can't cancel my subscription. Oh, I even tried canceling it on the website!

Great equipment, Doesn't scratch up your vehicle if you get the 29.99 and up wash. Only problem is the vacuums are always stuffed with trash. Love the air sprayer!

Something has really changed. I chose to get my truck washed there as I have many times for years as I needed it cleaned in and out before a trip. I was in hurry but they always have done a great job. This time, however, after paying $25 for a wash, I had to stay in the truck as it went thru their system. All good, but when out the other side, no longer do they have people to thoroughly clean the interior. No one there at all. I drove around and found some vacuum cleaners and rags. I then realized that if the interior was going to get cleaned , I was going to have to do it myself.Now I m not opposed to washing my own car, but hadn t I just paid a premium to have that done for me? Unacceptable for the price, and certainly my expectation.Next time I ll go elsewhere and get the exterior done much cheaper if it s now up to me to grab a rag.

Good place for a quick car wash. However, it doesn't do a great job at cleaning car. For the price you pay, I'd expect better.

This place is awesome. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and the guys were super nice and funny. A full service oil change and 19 point inspection for less than 50 dollars. You can t beat that! They also topped up my other fluids and pumped up my tires without being asked. 10/10. This is my new oil change spot.

Speedy and efficient service.I've had to have my oil changed while I'm working here in Albany. This is the place to go. If you have a preference in your oil, bring it with you. They'll use the filters you purchase as well. They complete a full under hood inspection and change your oil while you wait in the comfort of your vehicle. In no time your on your way. The only quick lube in town that I'll use. Highly recommend.

Let me tell you this is the place to go. They Always, and I mean ALWAYS do a great job cleaning my truck. I can bring it up there looking like I have just been in a mud race and they still will take the time to pressure wash, scub, and give me an air freshener. The lot always stay clean. I invested in the Unlimited Car Wash and it was was worth every penny.

Terrible customer service. Rude and inefficient. The oil change staff would rather talk to their buddies that come through than do their job. They don't talk to customers about wait times. Don't trust their inspection check list. My air filter, fuel filter, and wipers all needed changing and they said it was fine. Didn't trust them to fix those problems, so I went to someone else.

I was highly dissatisfied with the detailing that was supposed to be done to my truck..... There was dirt left under the seats, the cupholder & area around it wasn't touched.... It only appeared to be half vacuumed... I could have done a much better job myself, but I paid for it to be DETAILED..... I also called the next day to speak with someone about the issue, but they were closed, so I a detailed voicemail but I'm yet to receive a call back.....

I went to this car wash because it had great reviews. Id recently gotten a car the previous owner neglected to clean before final sale. I generally clean my own car but a recent injury made that difficult. Due to the condition the car was in I requested the $50 express detail. They told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half I didn't have anywhere I truly needed to be so I said I didn't mind. Half an hour later they're telling me my car is ready I'm thinking sweet must've not been as long as they estimated. I hopped in my car and wasn't impressed but figured that was it (again don't go to carwashes often) I called a friend and told her how unimpressed I was she convinced me to go back..turns out they forgot to finish cleaning my car..I ended up sitting up there for almost 3 more hours for them to finish cleaning my car..they did a good job but I wonder how often they "forget" to finish cleaning cars

Great location for a drive thru car wash. They need to do better with the rinse and dry but better than other car washes in the area.

Don t waste your money! This place did a horrible job. The exterior wash was decent. But the interior cleaning was the worst. There was more dirt inside after it was done than before. Poor vacuum job, and the dash wipe down was done with nasty rags. I had to take the car home and redo the inside after I paid these guys. And they wanted a tip!

They do a wonderful job. The guys who wash the cars are very professional and very helpful. Highly disappointed. I have been getting my oil changed there for about a year & was told today I needed an appointment. I have never had an appointment instead waited in line to get my oil changed. I have heard negative views about this place but still chose to do business with them. Today they have lived up to those negative views. Taking my business else where.

I just went to DJs car wash for the first time. I did the 30.00 deal. The outside looks great but the inside in my cup holders and other holders looks terrible still has dirt in them and stains. I will not go back. Oh and I didn't get my air freshener either. I heard good things about them but I'm disappointed.

Been doing business with them for about 8yrs if not longer, but I recently took my truck to have the tires rotated and balanced BIG MISTAKE. Went on vacation my truck began to shake when accelerated up to 75mph so I took it back to DJ s and they still didn t fix the problem, then to top it off they were using the wrong oil for my 2015 Tahoe. Make sure they check ALL fluids on your vehicle before they print out the receipt!! They ve lost a faithful customer for sure!

My first choice for an oil change in Albany! Always in and out in about 20 minutes or less while I wait right inside of my vehicle. Staff are great, friendly, and I get a good laugh every visit.

This is the only place I go to get my oil changed. They check everything and don't try to sell you what you don't need. Always pleasant and friendly.

Been coming to this car wash since I was 17 years old with my 1st car... I am now 33 and had the worst service EVER!!! Exterior is great but interior is horrible.... I just recently defended this place to a friend who said she paid for the most expensive car wash and they hardly even touched her interior... I told her that I just could not believe it... but now I do! They didn't give me an air freshener either... Best part about it the manager this douchebag named Jeff couldn't have cared less... When I told him I probably wouldn't be back after he continously told me that they are a car wash not a detailing service he happily said thank you... , No DJ'S 2 CAR WASH... THANK YOU for showing me how much you care about customers who have been coming there for 16 years! Next time I'll pay $5 and go to the oasis and do my own interior better and for free!

They put my car through the car wash machine, which was fine, but after it came out they didn t really wipe my car down properly and I had to take the tag from the worker and do it myself. I was highly disappointed. They also stained my seats. I will not be returning to this facility.

Great car wash but the guys that do the prep need to take a little more time. I expect for $25 my car would be brushed down better than it was.

Car wash service is excellent. I've been getting my oil changed there for years but recently they've really fallen off with service in the oil change facility (e.g. longer wait times, grease prints all over vehicle etc.). Hope they can get this addressed soon.

They did not wipe down the outside of the suv that well nor did they try to clean the windows. The man said to me its hard water or irrigation water that caused those dry spots. He wouldnt even try to spray again and clean them. I spent $28 and got maybe a $10 wash job. I wont be back.

They suck. I paid $28 for one of their best packages and my interior looked exactly the same right after their service and my rims were still dirty. I would not recommend this place to no one.
