The owner has a nice nasty sarcasm type attitude and he told me the engine he was going ti out in my car was new when I asked for a written estimate it showed the motor was used. And to top things off my battery was completely dead after looking at the battery I realize it s not mine and the original had been stolen out of my car. My car just stopped working and I called the shop. He was great and got there within 5 to 10 minutes. And even called us a guy that did the type of work we needed. And he did this for no charge

Would give zero stars if I could. The worst shop in town but probably in Georgia. Have had work done on many cars in the past 25 years. This shop have no idea what they are doing. They will make you pay for things that is not wrong with your car. Please stay away here. Leaving this review because I really don't want anyone to be scammed like I was . Be very very very careful.

I recently took my truck to this shop to get a diagnostic to see why it was running so rough, and cutting off. I thought it was the timing, but im no mechanic. They charged me $486 , did no repairs, and then told me I need a new motor. They charged me for 2 diagnosis, and a compression test that I never asked for. You cannot trust these shady auto repair shops. They would not release my keys to my truck until I paid the whole $486. The diagnostic test was only supposed to be $130. Stay away from this place!!!!

Great service. They quickly got my part in then charged me the actual installation time instead of the higher quoted installation time. My bill amazingly dropped about $200! We live in Texas & were here in town when our van had issues. Such a blessing to be able to get home on time still! Nice helpful people who do good work!

Lesson learned: Make sure they put every detail in writing before you agree to anything. Don't just rely on what's summarized in the quote. They purchased a remanufactured engine on our behalf and the service manager promised if anything went wrong we had a warranty that would cover repairs and labor for 3 years/unlimited miles. Apparently they don't understand warranties because once the engine was purchased and installed we were informed Complete Auto Solutions only purchased the warranty that covered manufacturer defects although an additional warranty was offered. They made several additional mistakes when repairing our vehicle and took no ownership for those mistakes (installed incorrect engine fan, did not connect hose after installing water pump, etc.). Instead, we had to pay to have the repairs corrected.� Fortunately, the company from whom the engine was purchased replaced the failed engine out of the goodness of their heart, although not obligated to since Complete Auto Solutions failed to check warranty options. We are now having to pay for installation of an engine again in less than 3 years and almost had to pay for a new engine as well due to their negligence. Overall the customer service is poor.� They treat their customers as if they don't have other options. At first, we assumed this was an isolated incident. However, after speaking to other former customers the lack of customer service and poor workmanship are a pattern (thus the reason we spent time leaving this review). Choose another repair shop so you avoid unnecessary stress and a financial loss!Service: Engine repair

Called to have my car inspected told them I thought it was the spark plugs, they charged $93 just to tell me the belt wasn t touching the alternator and didn t even bother to check the spark plugs!!! Now my car is broke down AGAIN and they are trying. To charge me the same $93 diagnosis when they didn t even do a thorough inspection!! Very unprofessional and horrible for them to take advantage of a low income pregnant mother of 3. Knowing my circumstances!! Ridiculous!

Awesome people. I pulled up to get a simple service and my starter went out in their parking lot. I have a 535i BMW and usually would only let a BMW dealer touch it but I must say I have now found my alternative to the over price local BMW dealer. These guys now are the only ones I will let work on my car.

Buyer beware!!!! $34 Tire repair (patch) charged by the 'time' it takes for labor to be completed, which wasn't even recorded. The employee was very unhappy about doing the work when instructed by management and worked for no more than 10 minutes on the tire. They entered 20 minutes labor at a rate of $88per hour. $34.02 later, he grumbled back in the office that he was done. The manager confirmed and tried to convince me that their repair is more expensive because they really do it right. Really?!?! There is only one right way to do it and it is not worth $34!!!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the boss is super kool, and I would recommend this shop to ANYONE looking for a d#%$ good mechanic. Nobody touches my babies but these guys.

Had my truck there for a week hood open over night never looked at it and the say the owner won't be back till Monday aka they guy supposed to be working on the truck so my hood was gonna be open for 5 days disregarding the rain that will cause electrical damage will not recommendService: Engine repairService: Engine repair
