Friendly people, took about 6 weeks to get parts and complete the job but they were up front about that before I dropped it off. Worked with insurance perfectly and answered all my questions. Would definitely use again.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent work done on my car and I really appreciate that my car was clean when returned to me. I can tell that they pay attention to detail. The job did take longer than I expected and deadline pushed a few times, but I can be forgiving of that because my car was handled well.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!!! ZERO stars but it wont allow me.I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Charlie's Paint & Body bought old/used parts and charged the same price as if they were new parts. They did not fasten my radiator splash shield correctly, so it ripped on the interstate. I brought the car back and they told me it was pre-existing damage. AFTER someone named Gary went under my car tore the part off. Then they fabricated a phony "adjustment claim". My car was fully insured and involved in a insurance claim. The bill came out to $6100 and they still did not fix my car correctly.DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!!

They put a new bumper on my car, and i cannot say im displeased , they did an amazing job. My only complaint would be the time it took to finish it, but they managed to get it done before i moved off to college!

The company did a job on my Saturn and now I'm putting my other car in the shop to have a bumper replaced love their work they do good work on cars I also recommended my sister to them when her car was involved in a car accident they did such good work you never knew the car was involved in the accident

Very bad experience no sure if it was Charlie himself i was dealing with but this guy lied to me at least 4 times. I would not recommend taking anything to him. I had to take to another shop to complete repairs

Well, better totally clean out your car before leaving it with Charlie's Paint And Body. Not even your screwdrivers are safe. I have a friend who had the screwdrivers taken from his trunk and a knife from his console this week. Hmmm. he only needed the front bumper fixed. No need to look in the trunk or console for anything!!!Addition: He discovered something else missing last night. Charlies's Paint and Body has one more thing to do before everything is complete. Wonder what Charlie is going to say to my friend when he finds out something else was stolen by one of his employees. This will be a true test from a supposedly reputable business.
