This Business is God sent. When I tell you Bill and his whole team was so nice to my daughter Myracle(College Student). First time away from home She found out she need back brakes & rotors on her 1st car(Saturn). She was so down & emotional. I was panicked Mom.They went above & beyond. Now she back in class with everything working perfectly. I Highly recommend them. Great Customer Service, detailed, and Honest. They just gained a customer for her entire College Term. Thank you so much

These are some of the best and friendliest people anyone can deal with. No hassle, great service at an affordable price. Also, we are not going to forget about the wonderful customer service, as well.

Awesome service. Very attentive & friendly, my tire picked up a nail and needed to be patched.What the dealership wanted to charge me 50-70 bucks, Bill Thompson Tire Service charged me 20 bucks!!! For the exact same job, and way QUICKER service time. I wasn't even here 30 minutes. Highly recommend this place!!

I came here looking for a tire for my lawn mower . Salesman told me he d get the best price available.Once I was told a price, I couldn t believe the price. Seems inflated. Salesmen mentioned to get prices from a competitor nearby. I did their prices were nearly doubled . Bill Thompson tire service gave a a couple options. Pick up in the morning or come back in a few hours. Surely I chose the cheapest since I wasn t in a hurry to cut lawn. Returning the next morning. Tire replaced for a great price. Of course had wonderful conversation. Myself being from Chicago loving the southern hospitality of ALBANY !

The people in the actual front are helpful BUT the actual employee wasn t he was side charging me when I should have went in the inside but it was my first time he charged me twice the amount the people in the office told me , he placed my rim wrong and put the tire on inside out and wanted me to think I was at fault . My tire was brand new , it was on his responsibility to correct the error but instead he wanted me to think it was my fault , plus I m now missing more screws then what I originally started with . He was unprofessional .

Great tire/front end place. Honest and and told me the vibration in my front end was due to caked on mud. Cleaned it off and shimmy went away. It would have been easy to lie and sell me a new tire, or at least an alignment I did not need. They did the honest thing and it was 20 bucks, to save the tire that was shimmying. I trust them.

Good tire shop. Been around for years, and their service shows why. Building is a little dilapidated, but it gives it character. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, though no one is wearing masks currently in the pandemic.

Mr Billy is one of the finest people you will ever meet he's a good Christian man with a kind heart I've been doing business with Bill Thompson tires for almost 40 years I would never buy my tires from nowhere else thank you Mr Billy for being a good man

Good experience once I got in the store, would have preferred to know when I called earlier in the week that an appt is recommended instead of walking in during the middle of the week. Other than this minor miscommunication, still satisfied.

Went today for my first time, it was not for my vehicle but for my boss mans, and th owner was very polite and conducted business the way every business should be ran. I support local businesses so they will definitely be first in mind if I ever need there services

The first visit they didn't fix the problem I went for so I had to take my van back. I don't like paying for a specific service and the mechanic don't even fix it.
