I have used this location multiple times so far and I will continue to use them. The customer service is great and the young men provided great advice on maintaining my oil for longer usage of my vehicle. I have experienced nothing but great service from the Sylvester Rd location. They are always friendly, nice and go beyond.

The employees here are friendly and don't push you into a service or product you don't need. If there is an issue they try to explain it so anyone can understand. Fast yet thorough service! I have been coming to American Lube Fast for YEARS! Thanks to the employees for their great work!

Excellent service. I had called ahead to make sure they had the right oil. When I drove up, I was greeted and asked was I the one that had called. They got me taken care of quickly and professionally. Awesome job!

Service was excellent workers was very helpful and friendly they explained what they was doing and the type of oil they were using. They answered all my questions satisfactorily. I was very confident and pleased with the service I received. This is my service choice. I will definitely recommend this store.

Was told after my oil change that it would be an additional $26 and I wasn t told beforehand so that I could ve made the decision whether or not I wanted to pay the additional $26. The only good thing was the convenient short amount of time that was spent on the oil change, but I spent the same amount of money that I would have at the dealership.

Charged an outrageous price to change my oil and it was even ladies day, not sure what it would have been otherwise. I had to replace wiper blades after going there, their so called inspection messed them up. Ran out of wiper fluid same day, after they supposedly filled it up. I won't go back there.

I came in with a coupon, and the manager explained it all to me clearly. The staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. Do keep in mind they also attempt to upsell. Do so at your own risk.

Update 2/23/23: Robert and his crew have straightened things out and I'm moving this establishment from a 1-star to a 4-star review. I am thankful I gave them another shot because it's convenient for me and I discovered the 7000 mile oil change!Old review: The associate didn't know where or if my vehicle needed a new oil filter. I won't be returning because the guy had very little ability to work with the public and the first experience here was fine, but the second not so much due to his inability to communicate and forego a condescending attitude. I will pass by this location to go to their other location for better service.Service: Oil change
