I don't understand that if 90% of your clientele is black than you should at least treat us with respect! They need to learn the hard way. Shop black Albany! They overcharge for their tires and payment "fees", never again(bad tires as well) I paid $50 for a terrible tire after I just paid $60 for one two weeks ago!

Took it to get an alignment and the guy messed up another part and now they refuse to fix it!!!!

Excellent service that was done quickly and inexpensive. These men had great customer service with great choices in tire selection and price. We were in and out within an hour. I highly recommend this business!

Went here to get my wife car new tires and alignment. I got to the window and told them what I needed. They told me they were eating and to give them about 45 minutes because they have another car ahead. I understand people have to eat and that s perfectly fine, BUT it doesn t take 6 people to change tires and do an alignment. Long story short I went somewhere else. Enjoy your lunch.

They will tell you one price and after they do the work will tell u something different. Told me 150 for tires and put them on and td me 450. Guess what they had to take them back off

Great service, great prices and fast bay times. When I got there the Worker was being yelled at by 4 people over a minuscule issue and held it together and continued working even though they were hovering over him and in his way while he was working while yelling at him. Then approached another customer telling her the shop has bad tires. They did great, will return for sure.

Bought a tire on Oct 6 & it blew out on the 7th of Nov. Albany Used Tire has a written policy posted that states that, They will replace any tire of theirs if it malfunction. That is false advertisement because after removing the tire and presenting a digital receipt from my bank card, showing I purchase the tire from there, the owner denied that I purchase the tire from him and would not replace it. They are scam artists & very rude and I would not recommend using this company. Tires are NOT reliable and could put you in a dangerous situation.

We got a flat tire and had it changed with Roadside assistance. So we came here after we got done with that. They started taking the spare off and then said they couldn t get the nuts off. Not one, but two. I asked if they would try a different way and the guy just said No. They said the only way was to break them. I asked if they could fix it and he said also just said No. He barely even knew the name of the piece he was having to break off. So they let just leave with only three nuts on. We drove to Firestone and they said it was dangerous to drive like that and we shouldn t have left with the car like that. So now we re $200 out from fixing what they messed up.

The experience was awful. My son took his car there and I dropped off the tires. He paid them before he left. I told them to leave te keys in the car because he could get in with key fob. Well he gets up there to pick his car up when he gets off of work and the keys are nowhere to be found. He had to wake me and my wife up at 11 o'clock to come get him. It was to late and we had to work the next day so we could not carry him home in Norman PArk. So he spent the night at our house in the same clothes he had worn all day. So when he goes up there the next day to get his car, they tell him they kept the keys because they had to plug a tire and he owed them 8$. They also left his car unlocked in the non secured parking lot. I would not recommend them for ANYTHING!!!!

Go at your own risk. Broke the end off my valve stem then said it wasn't his fault. Never again.
