Great experience - i am a walk-in with an unexpected car emergency. They were able to access my car and fix it the same day plus also take and pick me up from work. Vanessa was great to work with and the shuttle driver super friendly and early for pick-up. Thanks for helping reduce my stress when I did not know what was wrong with the car! I made an appointment on their website to have my drl replaced. The day of my appointment, I sat and waited for 3 hours to be told they would have to order the light. I do not recommend their service department and will never use them again.

Cody was very customer friendly. He provided me with relevant information during my visit to ensure I had the best experience. He called to update me of additional issues prior to repairing. In my many years of getting various cars serviced, I've never felt as welcomed and accommodated as I did on today. The staff was simply amazing from the scheduling associate with her family pictures to the service associates, the greeting as reception process was amazing. I received a letter indicating there was a recall that involved my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I called the Service Center and Steven was able to get me scheduled for the vehicle inspection on the day and time I requested to coincide with another appointment I had in the area. I was told it would take less than 30 minutes to complete the inspection. Upon arrival at the service center, I met with Steven and he told me it would take about 20 minutes and I could make myself comfortable in the waiting area. In about 15 minutes, Steven came and told me the inspection was completed and my Jeep passed the inspection. The service was on point as soon as I got there. Very friendly and helpful, pointing out problems with my vehicle that other car service shop didn't care to. Problems I suspected anyways. I think they're a little pricey, but efficient.

Came in 7:30am for recalls and oil change not realizing it was going to be $165 for an oil change and tire rotation. They didn t talk to me all day even after I called and left a message twice. I kept being told to calm down when I wasn t even loud. The service industry is suffering. If it wasn t for the recalls I would never take my vehicle in. This is why I m glad I can do my own work. I would have never agreed to a $150 oil change but they didn t volunteer the information of cost when I dropped off. I didn t ask so lesson learned. We had issues at the beginning when we first purchased and hadn t been back since. Let s hope we never have to go back. Stop telling people to calm down and do better keeping people informed on what is going on with their vehicles.Services: Electrical repair, Oil change

Service rep person at front desk was great.. however when I troubleshoot why my gas cap light indicator was still on and I purchased a gas cap from the dealership. I ended up ordering from Amazon a EVAP part and replacing it myself. I saw all lines were not connected.. Great customer service in the service department. I had a major problem and my problem with a recall wasn't great, but the people here made it successful and got me on my way. Though they were very.busy I was still a top priority and the wait was made comfortable and nor stressful.Thanks for a meaningful lasting experience

The service advisor was very friendly and helpful.However, per the advisor I was due for a front end alignment. After that was done along with the regular service I left the dealership but had to return immediately because the alignment was bad. It pulled hard to the right. The alignment was done again. When I left it was still not aligned properly. I had an appointment or I would have returned immediately.We left town Sunday for vacation and will not be back for two weeks.I will look for a jeep dealer here and hopefully get it corrected.I expect your dealership to pay for the repairs.Needless to say I am not happy.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

First time I came had issue on repair and they couldn t solve the issue because another part went out during service recall, they got me in week later and got the issue taking care of, so far in couple days no problems, I would recommend because they do make sure they take care of there customers and that s key! Plus the service rep Montana is the sweetest person, keep her around please! Also they followed up with me to make sure nothing has happened, I like five star here.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

my tire pressure light repeatedly came on, Sekelia Anthony in service handled everything for me immediately. She ordered new sensors and the work was complete, no hesitation. Sekelia also has great customer service!

Ok so there are 4 awesome people there that I met- I want to thank Amir for being the sweetest and caring professional financial manager! He genuinely will look out for what s best for you! You will leave feeling like you are really family! John sold my son his car and other than being in hurry to get home to cut the grass before his wife got mad lol no I m only kidding- he was a very professional man as well that made sure my son got the car he wanted! The lady over the service department I met today and went above and beyond to get my car serviced before I was late back to work from my lunch break- thank you ur awesome! Also there is this super cute girl that works up front- she helped me with a thing with the car I had no idea what it was but she said she would go wherever with me in the car to help me find out what this thing was come to find out it want even a thing at all lol- i hope she can see this- thank you for going above and beyond even willing to take a few of your personal time to help me!!! The dealership ran a diagnostic test when I dropped off the vehicle due to not engaging in any gear I would recommend this dealership top notch service department and the employee that stands out is Ms. Anthony This employee has a special touch when it comes to the customers . This was our first experience going to this dealership and was not pleased with certain things. The mechanic broke the drain plug and wouldn t admit it. We found that out when we took it back to the dealership we bought the warranty from because of how long it took. One day we happen to randomly call and things were about to be done to the vehicle that we didn t ask for. When the mechanic was done with the job things on the inside wasn t fixed properly we had to put those things back. Such as the rug in the front that shows the frame when pulled up. Something was finally looking like it was getting done on the last three days because we finally seen the tires off and the top of the motor off. The vehicle has a lift kit. he was to short to look over it. The vehicle has been sitting in the shop for 2 months 1/2. We wasn't offered another vehicle to get around. Just in case we needed another one. Now PRINCE dealership has it. Took it to get another radiator because the cooling flush fluids was replaced with water because we were told it was the wrong fluid. So why not put the right stuff in it besides water. Took it to PRINCE dealership that same day we got it back from the jeep dealership and didn t have it for 1hr to enjoy because of prince wanted to be on the safe side and fix the problem and they gave us a great vehicle to get around. Getting it back the same week. (This Friday) Thanks Prince dealership. Don t call corporate because the lady manager Monica over the jeep dealership will not help. She didn t want to hear anything I had to say and wouldn t let me talk. She talked over me the whole time with a attitude.

I was very happy with the young lady that assisted me. And I must add that there was another lady there that was handling the bulk of the intakes and ge ROCKED!!!. I was totally impressed with her ability to go over and above to assist even the worst clients.Everyone greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome and the time to service my vehicle went well. I was a little disappointed when I got home though. I discovered the the washer and break fluid was still low. I thought that was included in my service plan. Other that that, I enjoy the team and I look forward to returning in the future.Service: Oil change

I arrived at 9 am for a ABS maintenance check on my vehicle. My car wasn t seen until 12 noon. Car wasn t fixed until around 2-3 pm. I was charged $300 for a diagnostic check. Then another $180 for a diagnostic check after the car was fixed.
