My first time doing business with them. I find them not to be very friendly or professional people. At all I will never go there again And you would think they would be nicer people. They just made ten thousand dollars Off of my job

First, I wish I could post this with no Stars because this place doesn't deserves Rotten Apples not stars.My vehicle was taken to Albany body works because it was one of Progressive's preferred places. This is the quality of work that was done. I was hit in the rear by a truck and I had A bike rack on my vehicle. The rear gate was badly damaged. The pictures below are of the completed work by Albany Body Works. There are runs in the paint. The panels are loose and rattle. There are still dents in the panel that should have been replaced. There is sand or dirt and foreign material all in the paint. It looks like they were in a hurry and decided not to take up the paint booth for my apparently insignificant repair. I made a reference to how bad the paint job was and the owner/manager told me that they would fix it (only because progressive was making them) but not to bring them anymore work and to take my business else where. So anyone looking for quality work in Albany Georgia the last place you should take your vehicle is Albany Body works unless you have plenty of time to take your vehicle back to them to repair their backyard efforts at professional body work. But you should expect that because the attitude you will get from the office is directly reflective of the severely sub-standard work produced. The owner of this company should be embarrassed that this type of work was allowed to leave the shop. But don't just take my word for it, look at the pictures I have provided. Like they say Pictures are worth a thousand words.

I must say I have taken 3 different cars to them and never had any issues they did a great job! car looked brand new every time! They have yet to let me down. I like the fact they they take their time and get it done right. Had a pretty good experience with them every time.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Very helpful. It was a breeze to take my car by for an estimate. Just hate it's going to be 2-3 months before they can get to us. Gotta love deer season.

They promise you that they will have your car ready at certain for you can choose them to fix your car. I miss work for 2 in half weeks. I went to go pick my car up after they done had it over 30 days and still was something wrong with it after the lady told me that was reason I couldn't get my car they had go back and take everything lose and figure out what's going on with it. I have to wait another 2 half hours for them to figure out and fix it. They tired get me to bring car back for they can figure out what's was going with it another day.

This was without a doubt the best experience under the circumstances. They were totally friendly, and right on the ball. I took my car on Monday morning and was told it would be ready Wednesday and they were true to their word. Not only was it fixed but washed and the inside was cleaned and smelled delightful. I would recommend they to anyone who needed work done on their car

The work was done with a few minor errors, which they agreed to correct. However, they must work on better communication with their customers when work is completed. My car was ready but no one called me yet a small note of a date w/o details was supposed to indicate customer has been notified. It was actually the date I called to check on my car which wasn't ready by then but I received no follow up call as promised.

I have been a satisfied customer for many years. My teenagers made me a frequent flyer for a while, Lol. Always quality repairs and service. They offer life time waranty on the repair for as long as you own the vehicle. More importantly the work is good enough I never needed it.

I took my car in to get it repaired and got my car back without A/C. Don t know what they did to it but they are tell me it was nothing they did. But it was working fine b4 I took my car to them. Don t go to this shop. Their crooks! And then it looks like they have crack heads fixing on ur car. I wish I can rate them with a no star. Then they installed my car back on my car wrong.

I'm new here and My Insurance sent me to Albany Body works...they have the worst service I've ever seen..my car has been in there for 3 months and still no results,.It's time to find another shop....I don't recommend anyone to go there.There bad for businessService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
