They have a convenient location that was easy for me to get in and out of. They didn't have what I was looking for, but I can't blame it on them since I was looking for a fuse that went to an automated gate and not for a vehicle. The store looked fully stocked, and the people there were helpful in my search.

Called in to check if they have inventory on what I needed, the associate that answered the phone was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and informative. I went to the store to pick up my items and the visit was pleasant. Keep up the good services!

Their prices are competitive with other local parts stores. The inventory is decent and easy to navigate. The staff like with any parts store is hit and miss. There are those who are knowledgeable and then those who aren't. Store has always been clean and haven't ever had an issue.

Excellent customer service compared to another store down the road!! Was able to get the the parts I needed and due to the helpfulness, I decided to pick up a new set up brake pads while I was there. Everything fit and worked perfectly.

I know that staffing can be a problem, especially now that so many people are choosing not to work. However this particular location's employees are going at top speed to service their customers. They are doing it with a genuine interestIn helping find the right product/item to solve their customers needs.It's nice to find people who still care and really enjoy what they are doing.

Horrible customer service, I came in the store to buy spray on wax. As soon as I walked up to the counter the guy sent me to a different register wasn t sure if he was on break or what but the register that he sent me to the guy was currently on the phone. So I stood there for about ten minutes, the guy didn t acknowledge me AT ALL. He didn t say, Hold on sir I will be with you shortly. or anything. So I just left, meanwhile the other female employee was also on the phone down at the other end, but it didn t sound like work. Mind you .I was the only customer in there. They need to do better. I needed some windshield wrappers and they had them so the guy came out and put them on for me. So the service here was very nice. He talked and laugh the entire time. I enjoyed my visit

Employees needs more training to get customers needs more successful. Recently, I was looking for a car part so I called them to get it ready for me after they told they got it. I went there for nothing at the end they didn't have it. Is the second time it happens. They made me waste my time...I just got so mad...

Every time I have visited this location the staff have been helpful. They may not be the most knowledgeable, but they do try to help as far as I have seen. It always boils down to which employee you get I suppose. Every location has a bad egg and thankfully I haven't seen one here yet.If you need your engine checked or a battery replaced stop in and get some help. It's probably something simple most of the time unless your engine sounds like it's about to fall out.
