We cannot say enough! Our family got a flat tire and were lucky to make it to an exit. A local sheriff stopped and referred us to Fausett s. He even called asking them to stay open for us as it was closing time. Fausett s plugged our tire and what could of taken hours was finished in a matter of minutes. They were professional, caring and provided excellent service!! Thank you Faussett's!!

So grateful that JT could help us get back on the road. While driving back to Florida I was in desperate need for a ride shop that could change my valve stems on my two front tires. After being turned away by 6 other shops, JT was my good grace and changed them for me. He was very efficient and took care of the truck like it was his own. I have a 2017 F250 and JT has so much knowledge about cars that he was able to work on this truck with no issues. He made sure the truck was in good shape before I got back on the road. He is very passionate about his job and he was so humble. Thank you so much JT for everything you did for me tonight. If anyone is ever in need of a mechanic work or tire work, this is the place to go in Adel, GA.

Can t say enough good things about Dale and his techs. Our van had an electrical issue while on a road trip and we found Fausett s after going to two other shops who couldn t fit us in their schedule. Dale tested the electrical system and found we had a failing alternator. He called around and found a local parts store who had one in stock. His guys got right to work and had us back on the road within a couple hours. Dale was a true blessing. Very kind and honest. He even called me the next day to make sure we made it home safely!

Wonderful place. Last year in 2019 while driving to Florida with family, our car got a flat tire. We were stranded in the middle of southern Georgia with no way to change the tire. 15 or so minutes after we pulled over, I'm assuming the owner of the shop just happened to be transporting a few people who also had issues yet saw us on the side of the road, changed our tire to the spare, led us to his shop just 2 or so minutes away and helped us out.Within a reasonable amount of time we got 2 new tires, even offered us water and got us on the road for a reasonable price in a reasonable amount of time.Friendly shop, great people and extremely helpful.

JT was a lifesaver! We got a flat tire on our way home to Jacksonville without any ideas who to call to repair our tire so we could get home safely on a Sunday night. He was recommended through another mobile auto repair company. I am so glad I called him. He had us fixed up and back on the road in no time! I can t think of enough great things to say about him. Wonderful person, honest and excellent customer service! Definitely recommend!

Needed an emergency repair on my truck on the weekend during a trip from Indiana to Florida. JT was awesome. It's rare these days to find an honest mechanic, but he's that guy. Accurately diagnosed the problem, charged me a fair price, and had us on our way in no time. Highly recommend this place for any type of repairs or service.

Dale has been very polite and has made it his point to treat me with kindness and respect. He hasn't once spoken to me in a way that suggested that he was trying to over charge me. He and his team work very quickly and and are very polite could not recommend them more.

These guys were awesome! We were passing through on the interstate when we discovered we had a leaking tire. I called ahead and they were willing to keep the shop open past closing time to accommodate our needs. They took care of us and we were able to keep traveling through to the next state.Thank you!

If I could rate this place 1000 I would! This place is Amazing. JT is the best!! He helped me with my vehicle more than once even after hours. He was the sweetest and very dependable. They have everything there! If y all are anywhere in Adel or near Adel give them a call for all you mechanical/tire needs. Prices are great too... he helped get me back on the road to get my kids and then back home.

JT delivers excellent service and goes above and beyond. After having my tire damaged on the road during the inconvenient holiday weekend, I immediately went over to his shop, where he quickly and professionally installed a fresh tire, and as a courtesy, filled up my spare and checked my other tires. I would highly recommend.

Dale is a great guy and a fantastic mechanic JT. I highly recommend them. They went out of their way to help me out. If you need tire replacement or any work go to them. They are the best tire place in Adel, GA. Great customer service. Thanks Dale and JT.

We blew a tire on Rt. 75 on our way back to Florida. Fausett s was the only tire store near the area. What a great place! They helped us with a tire to get us home and in record time. We only lost 1 hour off our trip! Highly recommend and they are honest.

We had a tire blow on our trailer on I-75. We googled a tire store and found Fausett s Tires just 6 miles up the road. Dale went above and beyond to find the right tires for our trailer. We didn t even have to disconnect our trailer from our RV. Super friendly! We would definitely recommend Fausett s Tires for anything automotive or tire related. Thanks again Dale!

Fausett's was absolutely wonderful! I called after finding out I had a screw in my tire and started to lose air quickly. I was heading north on a roadtrip and Dale did everything he could to help me and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Awesome customer service! Couldn't be more pleased or thankful!

We were traveling South through Georgia at night on the weekend. Water pump blew. We limped back to the last exit which was Adel, Georgia. Looked for repair shops. As it cost too much to tow it three hours back home. I asked customers at the Walmart for recommendations. We were at the Walmart where we were waiting to see what our options were. The locals recommended Fausett's. I did not realize that they are a 24 hour repair shop and close by that exit. Spent the night at Days in hotel. Everyone was very nice and gracious. Called and they said they were booked solid. I called some other places and the Ford dealership close by. They were all 2 days out for us to get our SUV fixed. I called Faussett's back. After I told them our predicament needing to get back home plus I had kids with me from a road trip. He said to have it towed there and they would work on it when they had the chance. They Worked me into their schedule that day. Really appreciated it. He coulda took advantage of me. But didn't. They charged me what everybody else was quoting (except the Ford dealership, they were way overpriced). Great customer service here. I don't usually let just anybody touch my vehicles. I'm very particular. They did a really good job on my 6.0 Ford diesel. Not an easy engine to work on.

Mr Dale and Jt made my daughters Christmas. They put a leveling kit, tires and rims on her truck. She loved it. They were very polite and helpful. I recommend them to anyone looking to have work done to their vehicle.

Our daughter was traveling late in the evening and was experiencing car problems. She was alone and unsure what was wrong with her car. It is a parents worst night mare when you're several states away and cannot get to your children to help them. JT was on call and at approximately 11PM on a Friday night, he answered her call. He recognized it was a minor issue, fixed the problem and assured her she would be safe to continue her journey. Unfortunately, she does not carry cash ( ), and so the $20 fee was graciously a no charge. In an effort to send Faucett's a check to pay them, they assured me there was no charge and discouraged me from sending them payment for their services...What an amazing act of kindness in an otherwise frightening situation. Thank you so much for ensuring her safety and restoring my faith in humanity.Best wishes and many blessings for your continued success.

We were traveling from Nashville to Orlando and the throttlebody went out on our Suburban. We were recommended to see these guys and without an appointment, they looked at the issue, had a replacement part and we were back on the road in less than hour.Both JT and Dale were super friendly and walked us through everything. If I ever happen to be near them again with car issues. I know where I m going!!

We hit something on I-75N and realized we were losing air pressure. We took the next exit and after trying to plug it without success, I looked on Google to find a shop near us that could repair the tire. I called Fausett's and he said bring it. GPS got us there, limping in on 18 pounds of pressure. It was almost closing time, but they didn't make us feel the least bit 'a bother'. Dale, the owner, was very gracious about staying a bit late, when he had somewhere else to be. They got us patched and back on the road in no time, with what we considered a more than fair charge for the repair. If you are in the area and need tire repair, or any other auto repair, we would highly recommend you give Fausett's an opportunity to serve you.

If you are anywhere in South Georgia or even north Florida definitely go here! Very fair prices and they helped me get back on the road at 1am helping me and my 5 year old make it home 4 hours away. Genuinely nice, caring people who truly want to help you. Thank you JT, you were a lifesaver! :)

Fausetts Tire is absolutely beyond incredible. I called this morning with a flat tire. Stranded at my house with a one year old. I told Mr. Dale. He came to my house. Pumped up my tire and followed me to my house. Then helped me get home so I didn t have to wait with a baby in the lobby. Ordered the tires immediately and had me fixed up the same day at a reasonable price. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Towed here on Christmas Eve day in the afternoon and JT helped us instantly. Beyond kind and helpful! Highly recommend to anyone needing car assistance. Also watched him help two others while in town. Great place to go:)Stranded Canadians couldn t be happier.

My girlfriend and I got a flat on the way to go camping out of state no spare, just a donut. When my girlfriend called, they were very friendly and understanding, they got us right in and right out and back on the road. Dale and JT were very honest, friendly and accommodating. We greatly appreciate the fantastic and fast service we recieved, thank you!

My Dad and sister and I were traveling home to Atlanta from Tampa when my sister felt the transmission stall and make a noise. We pulled over at the next exit and drove straight to the Auto parts store as it was after hours and everything was closed. How lucky that it was the exit to Adel. The kind men at O'Reilly's called thier go-to mechanic as a favor for us as we were stuck and thinking we were headed to a hotel. JT came to us, at the auto parts store, when we were desperate and starting to panic. Far from home and tired! JT was personable and fair and explained that it would take some time. We were thinking the worst and planning to get a new transmission at $3000 when the dealership opened the next day. Again, so lucky is was Adel, as we soon discovered JT is the most honest mechanic alive. After 3 hours and $30 of parts bought at O'Reilly's, JT explained it was wires and he fixed it and no need for a new transmission. JT way undercharged us and the price shock was over how LITTLE he charged. So, we cannot say enough about this place and are so thankful. I would give 100 stars if I could!

Traveling from Florida to Perry Georgia with my 12 year old daughter I encountered a flat tire ...After many attempts to find help I called Fausetts Inc...I was only a mile away so I was able to make it to him where JT was waiting on me ..I was so upset being alone with my child far away from home. But JT had us up and going in a matter of minutes with a new tire ..Excellent customer service and the price was perfect ! Super nice guy and I highly recommend Fausetts...You just cant find quality service like this often anymore !

Do not have a lot of time right now to leave the detailed review I should on this man. So I'll sum it up very quickly. This man should be given a medal. Went waaaayyyy above and beyond the call of duty. Hands down. Never been to any other shops in Adel Georgia. But trust and believe you won't need to know bout em anyway. Best all around experience in a vehicle fix EVER!!! Came as a customer and left as a friend. Bottom line.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Was on a road trip on a holiday weekend with 4 kids when two tires blew out. Not only did JT from Fausett s drop everything on a national holiday to drive several miles to us, but he also replaced our two bad tires on the side of the highway, and also brought us cold water. Couldn t recommend JT s work enough. Can t beat that level of service!
