For the first time in my adult life, I ran out of gas While I was able to coast into the closest gas station, it was closed lights were on but they were closed. Having had knee surgery less than two weeks ago, this is not the situation I wanted to deal with. I hobbled to Discount Truck Tires & Towing to ask to borrow a gas can. I was greeted by smiling faces and a helpful and generous spirit. The women up front were super kind and instead of just handing me a gas can, they asked one of their colleagues to help me. Levi was hugely helpful, driving me to the closest OPEN gas station and back to my car and even put the gas in for me!If you re in the area and find yourself in a bind, these folks will help you out! If you pay more attention than I did and you need tires, roadside assistance, or towing any other service they offer, you won t go wrong selecting them for your needs.Thanks again for your help, Levi and team!

Last Friday we had a blowout in one of our big construction compressors. This shop took care of us. Great customer service and fair pricesI highly recommend them. Trust me. Don t waste time searching around for tire service if you are in this area. Go to these guys.

This place is shady. Tried to get me to sign an abandonment lease on a truck that was towed from an accident. I couldn't get my truck out of their tow yard fast enough.

They were very rude from the start of their business with us. The moment she answered the phone she was rude and disrespectful. She had an attitude with my entire family. And she s the only one answering g the calls. Would not recommend using them for anything.

Discount is god sent!! I was had a blow out on i75 with my kids in the back seat and I call the first place I could find which was discount. I called crying hysterically and Mrs.Gabby the lady that answered the phone calmed me down she was very patient with me because I could barely speak at the time. Mrs. Gabby had some one out to help me in 20 minutes. Mrs. gabby herself even came out on her own to come help me. When she got there she calmed me down and my kids down. I could not have asked for a better towing company to come help. Thank y all so much!!!!

They currently have my brother's Rav4 impounded and have refused to answer the phone. That being said, the Gordon County officer that took my niece's number and said that she would be notified once the detectives had released their hold on it, you should be ashamed for telling such a fibb. Just because my Bro messed up doesn't give y'all the right to bring undo hardship on his family. It's not right and just so we're Crystal clear about it; I would feel the same way if it were ANYONE in the UNIVERSE

Had a problem with our Prevost coach and happened to pull off at their exit so I pulled up to their shop. We had an engine battery discharge situation that at first appeared to be blown belts. Upon the mechanics further inspection it was the failure of the idler pulley that caused the failure. The mechanic located the parts and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. Great job

I had a break down on Wednesday night and they had me running by Friday. I was very fortunate to have limped into this wonderful establishment. I was treated like I was family from the very beginning. It's a family run business. If you need a tow or major work and anything in-between I would recommend Discount Truck and Tire. The work is professional and prices are fair. Thanks to everyone who helped me. Godless you all.I want to add a continuous of the steadfast service from Discount Truck and Tire. I went up the road to a truck stop and I was sitting in my truck overhearing a couple in a pick up truck that lost a fan belt. They called AAA, no help. I gave them DT&T phone number. They sent a truck, got the part and now they are on their way home to feed their animals. The shop could have towed and made more money. But they put the customer first.I only wish this shop was close to me so I had them near when I needed a mechanic.

Terrible customer service!!! Rip off DO NOT USE!!!! $900 tow for three miles! Lady on the phone got really upset when I inquired about the bill! Demanded pay immediately was not willing to explain the bill. Truck was inoperable needed repair but she still instructed her two driver to keep unit on hook till bill was paid!!! Later found out at the TA shop that plenty others had the same complaints. There are plenty other companies to choose in the area!!

Not good with diagnostics. My driver took my freight liner truck for what he thought was turbo problem. They replaced the turbo (claimed was sourced from Chattanooga, TN) plus labor for almost $5k. The truck developed the same symptoms 4 days later. It took another shop in SC one hour to find turbo passing oil. Lost a lot of unnecessary time and $$, not mentioning downtime and not being able to deliver load on time.Called back For job not completed, but refused to admit responsibility, blaming my driver for not telling them to replace the air filter, which the mechanic could have easily seen and advised.

I just wanted to say thank you to Mrs. Gabby and discount truck and tires. Mrs. Gabby did a wonderful thing. My daughter and her kids and friend was in a bad car reck and Mrs. Gabby didn t think twice bout going to help them she got them out safely and she calmed my 4 yr old grand daughter and my 1 yr old grandson down. And that s the type of company I will use. Discount truck and tires And To you Mrs. Gabby

Said they did the proper paperwork through the courts to sell my car when they knew I had people calling and letting them know I had every intention on getting my car back well they sold it anyway claim that they had mailed me my coffee at the court papers I've never got them they're no better than the average they've

I got stranded with a slow leak on my car, they gave me an offer which I did not know at the time would be better than anywhere else, Gabby let me have a chance to shop around and when I did no one would want to come by for that same price, called her back and within 25 mins a mechanic arrived as promised and replaced my tire, I was very satisfied with the service and the friendly staff :D

STAY AWAY RIP OFF!!!Our truck went in derate mode. We called the shop and ask them if they have the software for volvo trucks and if they can do a force regen and diagnostic. The lady said they do and they can do all of that just come in the shop. Trucks gets there and 15 min later we get a bill for 50$ and diagnostic report for volvo looking like attached picture with only copied errors from the dashboard. THE MECHANIC SENDS US TO ANOTHER SHOP. I guess they wouldn't even know how to recognize a computer itself. STAY AWAY RIP OFF!!! Or maybe just go to patch a tire if everyone else are closed. UNFORTUNATELY NO ZERO STARS!

These guys helped me in a quick pinch!Fixed a blown tire with no delay, and we're great people. Super friendly and professional. Would recommend these guys to anyone, in a pinch or otherwise!

Traveling in my two seater up Hwy 140, had a flat tire and was barely able to pull into the QT ..Saw the discount tire sign, walked over and asked for assistance..Was greeted friendly and professionally and helped immediately though not a trucker nor truck tire needed..Was put in contact with Moby, tire tech, who went ABOVE and BEYOND helping me. He removed tire to see if it could be patched but it was too damaged.He then had their receptionist reach out by phone and locate a proper sized tire around the area, and when one was found in Calhoun 8 miles away, he called them and had the Goodyear dealer hold one for me..Moby was professional, kind, attentive, and put me at total ease, saved a traveler out of state a long long day, along with my puppy in car..I can t say enough nice things..I only wish I could pay him and your company enough praise for a job well done..!!Thank you Moby.!!

We had a tire nearly blow out on the interstate. They got us a new one super cheap and had us on the road in about 30 minutes. This is a good place to go.

Wonderful people I had a blow out on the freeway an seen them we stopped by known they was a truck tire business an I asked for help they went out there way to give me a hand an I had only a certain amount of cash an they worked with me to where I can afford the work I had done wonderful people an a great place to get ur service for your trucks once again great people an they helped me a lot thank u gabby an boby an jimmy

lazy the owner have no idea how to motivate them to work stay away from this shop. the qoute you are guving will change. if you let them do the work. these people will take apart things on you DONT NEED FIX without telling you what they are doing. DONT GO TO ANY OF THESE SHOP PLEASE

We had a flat truck trailer tire and this shop found a broken break chamber instead, they replace it, the price was fair and we were pleased
