this place is run by amateurs. very unprofessional. their card machines is not working properly did not give me print. and the reception guy was very egoistic did not care if i buy from here or not. one tire change cost me 100 in labor. charging me for the lube to take off the tires ridiculous. they are crooks.

The Adairsville location is GREAT!! I m sure the others are as well but I was at the Adairsville location. Lisa is the lady who took my after hours phone call and was very knowledgeable about my issue. (DEF) The next morning I went into the shop and she was there and helped me get wrote up and start diag. Barry is the manager at the Adairsville location and I can t say enough about him. He is AMAZING! He had me going by the end of the day. (We had to wait on some sensors to come out of Chattanooga). I was sent over to this shop to pick up a trailer to carry to it's delivery. I arrived after hours, in the wee hours of the morning. The trailer was easy to find, the lot was lit up so that you could see what you were doing and also inspect the trailer.The only complaint I would have, which I'm assuming is not the shops fault, directly, is when I was getting ready to leave Adairsville Police pulled up on me as I was exiting. There was no confrontation, because the police didn't stop me, but I did feel a bit insulted that an officer would pull right in front of me, as if I wasn't supposed to be there, or was attempting to steal.

Bad ServiceVery Bad Service I came here to fix a tire on the trailer but they don't care since it's something small and they don't make money with a tire I waited two hours and I had to go to another place The employees had a sleepy face and the girl at the desk also for please do not come here if you have a damaged tire omg very bad service

Had a radiator hose leaking, they had me in and out in just over an hour with a lot of that waiting for truck to cool down. Fast friendly service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
