Just went into auto zone to get starter tested and the kid went over and in less than 10 seconds told me that it was bad so went over to advance and got it tested and it was good so he rather didn t want to do his job or wanted to sell me a part I didn t need. Or don t know how to work the machine. The auto zone in Calhoun told me they didn t have the part and I ordered it online and it magically appeared at the store in 2 minutes and he s supposed to be a manager these part stores are getting out of hand.

My husband & i were stranded in Adairsville Ga. after our oil completely leaked out of our Truck. We called the store for some parts we may need & Ben the store manager not only delivered what we thought we needed, he crawled under the truck helped us find some to tow & repair our truck! What a wonderful person...

Only auto parts store I go to in Adairsville. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Friendly too. If they don t have the part I need, even if it s something obscure, they can get it very quickly. Consistently great service over the past decade. They have earned a loyal customer.

The guys there were very helpful and friendly . My van battery died a few miles from this location . I was working in the area and there was no road side assistance available and the service stations and tow companies were beyond busy , so I decided to walk to this location and possibly buy a quick jump pack or charger then walk back to my vehicle .When I arrived I was greeted immediately by the employees and asked how they could help . I explained what I was looking for and they asked a few more questions to get a better idea of what I needed . This lead to them discovering my situation and they offered me a ride to my vehicle which I gladly accepted . I was able to be on my way home just a few short minutes later thanks to Ben who drove me to my van then jump started it .I definitely recommend this location and will return.

Last Sunday evening I had to drive from Gwinnett county to assist my niece whose car broke down less than a mile from Eagle Parkway.Employees John and Garvin went above and beyond to assist us, to the point of driving over to where we were stranded AFTER HOURS to assist us. Way to go guys, you re so very much appreciated!!! Great job, stay blessed!

Fantastic place to get parts. The staff is great and very knowledgeable. They had everything in stock that I was looking for. I've personally always preferred AutoZone over other auto parts places. I will definitely be going back here for all my auto part needs.

I went to 3 different places to find the right fit for my tail light bulb and i called and spoke to Charles and i went up there and he went out of his way to help me find it and it was the smallest difference in the bulbs and he found it. thank you charles

I love AutoZone.They always have the best, most helpful, and willing people.This morning I needed assistance,....Been putting something off for maybe a month or two, if not more. Tried doing it on my own a couple times to no avail. Said screw it, and went back to AutoZone.Jon M!!Much love!!He knew how to help.Didn't know the answer immediately, just like I didn't, but he figured it out almost immediately.In the past 2 - 3 months, my son and I have purchased used automobiles.We have had to frequent the Adairsville AutoZone, many times and bunches and bunches.Each time we have been helped greatly.From simple favors and requests to more complicated tasks.They never seem to have any issues helping, finding the answer, or already having the knowledge needed.They're always so patient.They have great attitudes.I will be forever thankful for AutoZone and their awesome staff.

I have been trying to find the right ignition for my car for awhile. I called and talked to stephanie and she helped me. I called multiple times and she was great each time. They are a great group of people and i would recommend them highly to everyone!!!!!

Went in to exchange alternators after realizing the first one I bought in Calhoun was the wrong size. So grateful to the team in the Adairsville location. Not only did they help me get the correct one, but they were very nice and took great care of me. I will definitely make sure I go to the Adairsville AutoZone every time.

I would like to send a big shout out to Rocio-Sanchez , yesterday she went out of her way to help with an issue . She is a great ambassador for Autozone in Adairsville . They are always top notch . Highly recommend!

The employees at this store, don't just help you with whatever you may need, they go ABOVE AND BEYOND, to do so! Customer service is impeccable at this location! The store is clean and well organized, so as to find whatever you need, quickly and efficiently! Prices, as always at Autozone, are unmatched! 5 STARS, hands down, for this store and its employees! My daughter's Jeep conked out half way between Nashville and Columbia SC. These guys - JON and the other one, came out and changed out her BATTERY after hours!! We were oh so very appreciative. Go Auto!!

Came on a Saturday. Met Julie, a veteran who helped me with new windshield wipers, who knew her stuff. Very awesome, even helped me install. Truly appreciative. I ll be back because of her.

Our engine light was flashing and we stopped here. A nice young gentleman named Brett came out and helped us. We are so greatful to him for his assistance. He even wrote down a dealership for us. Thank you for your kindness. We were from out of town. God is good

I would like to give a 5 star review to the employees at both Rome, GA locations as well as the location in Adairsville, GA. All the employees are always willing to help with any situation and also provide very competitive pricing. Thank you for always being there for my automotive needs.

Always so helpful and knowledgeable of their products! If they don t know the answer they will try their best to get you the answer! Definitely $1-$5 cheaper than any other auto parts store! It s my go to for and auto need!!!!!

No not happy with ur store I looked up the part I'm needing online I go in the store with the ad I looked up and ur people wanted to argue about the price the starter for my 2000 Ford taurus 9ne said 35 the other said 69 when went into the store they gave a whole nothing price over a 100 but that not what ur web site showed
