I am usually not an advanced guy. But I moved up to Adairsville ga recently from down south and decided to give it a shot. I walked in and was helped by Neil at the counter. This guys was awesome. Best customer service I ve had in a long time. Thanks Neil!!

The older man who works here is very rude. He blatantly went to hide in the back with his cellphone when I wanted to check out and he made the younger gentleman work one register when there were several customers waiting to check out at the same time. I don't recommend shopping here.

My tire was punctured on the interstate on my way home to Kentucky. I got off the Adairsville exit & Levi was awesome in helping me! He got my tire fixed enough for me to make it to the tire place to have it repaired.He was very helpful & made sure I could make it a few miles to Calhoun in safety. Everyone was nice & knowledgeable! So important when you re from out of town & need help!I am so grateful!

I stopped to help a young lady from TN whose car had broken down. Diagnosed it needed a battery. Drove to Advance where Neil and Ashley helped out tremendously. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond!! They showed me that helping others will always come back to you tenfold! Bless you guys! I will be seeing you again and would recommend your store to anyone needing anything automotive!!

Two hours from home, 8:50 pm and my battery terminal cracked. The guys at Advance Auto were awesome! They went over and beyond. Helped me find the part, then took pity on me and replaced it, too! Can t say enough about Josh and Justin and their team. Thank you so much!

I went to Advance today because of my battery. As soon as I cut my car off, it died, wouldn't even turn over. I went in and asked for help with my battery... They said they couldn't help me because of where the battery was. He didn't even offer to charge my battery after I told him my car was completely dead. He came out to change a windshield wiper on another car, saw me sitting in my car with the door open and still never offered to help! Such poor customer service. I went next door to Autozone and they installed a new battery and my entire visit was under 20 minutes!

The person was very attentive and assisted 100 percent but handed me the wrong parts after i showed him a picture and make and model. Still wrong. But he tried to help so much. That's why 3

I visited the store a couple of weeks ago only to stand there in front of one of the desk for almost 7 minutes. There were three associates there, one attending to a customer and the other two were standing at a computer talking to each other, right in front of me. It was not until I let out a big sigh and turned and headed toward the door that the associate tending to the customer asked the other two if they would help me but I just kept going out the door and over to the AutoZone next-door.

Not as helpful as I am used to at other AAP. I think the clerk was more interested in getting new signs placed on the windows.
