A couple of years ago I rate them 5 stars. Recently every time I bring my tires there I have to ask the guy to return my vents' caps. They don't care for the center wheels caps, too (when they removed the caps they throw them with the painted side on the ground). Last time they didn't even tight one of the rear wheels on my truck.

Pretty upsetting experience, Taken countless vehicles to Salgado but this will be the last. Was told needs a new hub and bearing went to go pull the wheel off they replaced the tire on and all lug nuts are swollen and the studs are free spinning, and 3 lugs won t come off. I just had the wheels off right before the appointment so I know they were caused by them. Was told drive it to them and he will take the wheel off but won t fix the issue created by them. Very very poor communication from the owner , Jimmy his employee was super cool and understanding but the owner went straight into defense mode. Lugs are stripped and have hammer marks where they forced a socket on it. Picture is from 30 min after install. Sounds like the hub was just a cover up of their mistake. Car only has 20k miles

I went to over five different well known shops that did not have a run flat tire, I decided to stop here and they not only had the tires I needed but the service and price was more exceptional than the other places I stopped before them. I would tell everyone to go to their shop, they are the best amongst many that claim to be!!!

I stopped by to get a used tire for my Mercedes suv. They don t have a working public restroom. They got my problem solved with a good used tire for $60 dollars.

I drove around and got quotes from all over town. I got the time tires here that discount tires quoted me for 150$ cheaper and they are 10x faster and more personable.

I had a wonderful experience at Salgado tires. Had a large bolt go all the way through my tire.Was patched and fixed in no time.Would recommend this plas to anyone that's looking for great service!

I've tried to use them several times because they do have good prices. BUT they either don't answer the phone or when they do answer they'll give you one price over the phone and then a completely different price once you get there. OR they will say they can't honor the price you were told over the phone until the owner is there and surprise, he's never there. My husband tried to go in for an alignment after he called to make sure they could do it. However, once he got there he was told they couldn't do it on his year vehicle. After he explained that the suspension isn't the same year as the body, he was then told they don't do alignments on Saturdays. All of this after he was told they could do the alignment on his truck and that they could do it that day over the phone. Saving a little money isn't worth the headache of dealing with the terrible service.

I had a flat tire and they put another tire on my truck and had me all fixed up and ready to go in no time I will definitely go back had a really good experience with them

The guy who runs this place is the absolute worst person there is. They close 20-30 minutes early every day and won t give you the time of day to answer a quick question. Would not recommend this place. would give 0 stars if I could. any other ma and pop shops would be a better solution than this place for tires

I have come here several times now, but today takes the cake. I called about an alignment on Friday, I come in on Saturday and 1st he tried to say he can't do it cause it too old, then it changed to we don't do them on Saturday. Then why would he not say that on the phine? They always seem to have a bad attitude no matter what it is Ii ask or have done. Got tires balanced and they didn't say a word about a wheel being messed up until I came back ti complain. Had them redone somewhere else and the vibration was gone. Do not recommend.

Their service is always amazing and they are so sweet and considerate. They ve helped my mom when she needed it the most! Not to mention, their prices are really good and spectacular service! Definitely my favorite tire place.

5-starsI had a great experience with the owner (sorry, can t remember his name.) Needed a tire repaired. He offered to patch it from the inside which is much better than plugging it which most other shops want to do!Quick, friendly, trustworthy and reasonably priced...I just can t say enough about this gentleman.Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

This tire shop does not look anything like its couterpart national franchise. It is not inviting, not the cleanest but I must admit that the customer service, the rapidity of service and most importantly the quality and affordability of service should serve as a beacon for any tire shop franchise! Specially in GA! It s a no brainer.

Nice and friendly ppl mostly. I think maybe I just went at a bad time when they were very busy and only 2 ppl were working. 1 was working really hard and the other not so much. I'll review them again when I go back. They have very good prices and mostly good used tires. It's impossible for every used tires to be a great tire. I will definitely go back there though. They are definitely the place to go for quality work and quality tires!!!

We have gone to this shop now two times. The first time we got two tires replaced and the second time one of the two previous tires we had to replace within 2 months. We explained to them that the tire didn t last long at all. Today another flat tire from one that they put on a couple months ago. They don t seem to care about integrity and good customer service. We won t be going back again. Money down the drain.

Inexperienced workers installed 4 new tires for my cargo van, charge me for balancing and they did not do it right I took my van to another Shop and paid to have it check & aligned $95 (again after 1 month of previous alignment ) to find the problem, I took my van again to them and the workers were rude, trying to make me think that I am ignorant. The owner was smart and courteous and fix the problem with my 4 tires.

Salgado tires is the only place i will go. Been going there for years now and i trust them. They have great prices and always have my tires. Professional men that work hard to make us happy. They to me are a 10 out of 10. Shop there for your rims and tires, brakes, allignments and others too.

I want to fully support Salgado's however I was treated as if I was a problem. I pulled up and everyone appeared busy so I waited in my car until someone had some free time. 15 minutes later.. no complaints from me a gentle man walked up to the car and aggressively explained that I was in the way and if I wanted help then I needed to get and talk to someone. I tried to explain that the spare tire on the back passenger's side needed to be changed but was cut off as he explained that he is checking my other tires. Then he told me to move my car to another location. I parked and popped my trunk so they can change the tire. The same guy took the tire changed it and then continued to check me out. I had to put the spare tire in the trunk of my car after he had made it a point for me to leave to trunk open so he could put the spare there..smh. He was just rude and unpleasant. If he was having a bad day or just tired that is unfortunate but I did not cause it and did not deserve the attitude. I prefer to support small businesses but I have to step away from this one because I not going to subject my family and friends to this treatment just to make a point against big business

I've came here several times to purchase used tires. My personal experience was not good at all. Staff is unfriendly, it seems like every time I come here the owner and his assistant has an attitude. Their prices on use tires are way too expensive. I do understand it's used tires but it's always almost bald. You come off better buying a new tire from Walmart for the price this place charges. Again my personal experience.

So I called yesterday for a quote on two new tires. The man this morning was the same I spoke with on the phone. His quote was very good, not the best I've ever recieved, but damn close per tire .He has my car up and rolls out two used tires. I ask him why and he states, "I can put the old ones on... It's kinda my fault for not asking used or new" kinda???? I'm in a time crunch and dude ripped me off for $50 per used tire. The only reason I'm not rating it 1 star is he was very polite while ripping me off. $100 for used tires? Heck, they barely have more tread than the old tires . I won't be going back .

If I could give them zero stars I would. They couldn't get to my truck for an hour even though nothing was goimg on, couldn't do what I asked which was simple, left my wheels loose and left old weights dangling on my wheel where they scratched them getting the old ones off. I had to let my own truck down off the Jack's bc they were too busy talking to each other.

Pretty unprofessional. Walked in, only guy there was watching TV and eating fruit salad. Made me pull around the other side and wait for about 10 minutes. Then told me it would be about an hour to just balance 4 tires. Only $60 tho
