Traveling to a long-term stay location in Florida, our slide out on our RV stopped working. As a result, we were unable to access our bedroom and necessary items. Made a late afternoon call to Todd s Reliable Repair Service and he was there promptly the next morning. He had to crawl under the trailer and work on the issue and was able to get us back on the road with confidence. Our slide out is now working perfectly. I highly recommend Todd for his capabilities and friendly nature. Thank you Todd and staff.

Called this guy to come and fix the sink in my trailer, when he was supposed to be here he calls and says he had an emergency and would try to make it. Called him 2 hours later and he wanted to reschedule for a week later. Don t waste your time with this unprofessional business.

I see why all the one stars for not showing up. Todd and Tony showed up back in December to "look at" what I needed... gave me a quote and said they'd come out "next week". Didn't show... was told 2 more times by Tony "next week"... still never showed.Do NOT waste your time or money with this company!!

One of the worst and most dangerous experiences of opportunistic theft in years. My partner and myself were completely taken advantage of lied to and stolen from. I would recommend youtubeing your issue before using Todd's mobile rv repair. He is a perfect recipe for issues you didn't need in your life. The man smells opportunity and will absolutely use you . If excuses could fix things Todd's mobile rv repair is you greatest asset. Do not be fooled as we were.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

We were stuck and unable to travel because our jacks wouldn't retract! Also, our stair had been moving in and out during driving on our most recent trip (yikes!). Todd diagnosed and repaired those emergency items for us as well as repaired our stove ignitor. He also gave us advice for how to repair a few other items so we could save some money and go the DIY route (how to test back flow valve inside water pump, remove and replace LED light over stove, and how to secure our ladder that was pulling out of the roof). Never talk down to a customer, especially a retired engineer with liability experience. I have already had to have the electrical work Mr. Weismore/owner did re-done. It almost caught fire again. He had also carelessly ripped my vinyl floor and did poor patch work, so it is very visible. Never got back to me about doing other warranty work.

Awesome customer service!!! Came same day to check out our AC. Got it cooling until they could bring the replacement out & got it installed & running in 45 min. Definitely recommend them highly!!! Good price too!!!

God is always done excellent work Todd Todd not God so he's done excellent work and he's been just tremendous at the things that he's done for us I not only consider him to be a great worker but since he's did I do in my work I like them as a friend

Called and left a message, got a call back in an hour. Made an appointment for five days later. Tech showed up on time. Diagnosed and fixed the leak. Totally satisfied

Terrible. He showed up quickly enough (December) however I had to keep calling (2 months later) I am told that it will take too long to get parts to fix my problem by May

Don t use this guy , called him and told me he would be there next day , never showed up , called him again said he would get there, text him 2 weeks later no response , terrible way to run a business, what a joke!!

He never called me day of service to say running late etc and left me hanging in a parking lot. Would say to all. Do not use him. He is dishonest to say the least.
