Zero stars, 5 middle fingers. Purchased 4 new tires with road hazard protection two months ago. Ran over a nail on my way to work this morning. Came in to have the tire plugged and was told they couldn t do it because they were backed up. I could, however, come back on a different day. Awesome. The leak will wait for you to fix it when it s convenient for Walmart to fix. I asked for a refund for the road hazard protection that I purchased, since it s clearly worthless, only to be looked at like I was the crazy one. I was told they d happy to plug the tire I guess they meant they d be happy to do it long after I get it plugged somewhere else. Or maybe I just wait in the parking lot for that day they have the time to do a 15 minute job? Long story short, the tires are fine but as always, Walmart service is what it s expected to be - the worst.

Went to Walmart auto care center to have a tire replaced and oil changed. Department was very busy and the phones were non stop but, this young lady handled it all with a smile. such a knowledgeable employee. This women give multitasking a new meaning. Thank you

Even though they had the lowest price for oil changes, you have to make an appointment 2 weeks in advance and then when you get there it take some forever to get to your car to just change the oil so I don't want it took forever. So from now on I'll just go to a drive-thru, take five or whatever. It sucks faster than having to wait 2 weeks to get your oil change it. It's just stupid

awesome awesome place to get tires and a oil change the mechanics are super speedy and know what there doing a 4 hour wait turned into under a hour mike is the best one out there always very friendly and helpful! and the main manger at the register is always very sweet and always there to help which is awesome normally you don't see that in Walmart now a days!

Wow! I am very pleased with the service I had on my car today!! Mike was amazing!! he was super knowledgable & kind!! David was also great!!!! It didn t take long, everyone was helpful, and I m so thankful I went when I did!!

Fair prices, quick service, friendly staff.Unfortunately none of that matters if you're not going to do your job. Says my tires were checked and were good at 32. I get in my car and they are @ 29 which means they weren't checked or filled. Grease and fingerprints were left on my hood, and no windshield wiper fluid was added.

Just know if you have something fixed and they don t fix it properly and come back they will make you wait until they get done with all their other appointments . Here already Hour waiting on valve stem for tire .

Took off work and made an appointment a week in advance with a lady over the phone to get a nail removed from my tire. Upon getting there I was told that I don t have an appointment and that the wait is gonna be 2 hours because they need to take care of the people who actually have an appointment first. The computer system was messing up when the lady was on the phone with me and she assured me I wouldn t have a problem when I came in. The tech and manager did nothing but say I was out of luck and my only option was to wait which was the entire reason I made the appointment in advance. Walmart doesn t value their customers time and will not be getting a dime of my money. Ridiculous the way they treat people!

I was 1st in line to get my tire flat fixed and I literally waited an hour watching cars go in and get their tires fixed until I complained and told them wth. The guy told me I didn t have an appt? You don t need an appt for a flat tire man that is an unexpected situation. Just say the truth that you forgot about my car and apologize. That was really missed up. End conclusion they could not fix my flat tire and I had to buy a brand new tire.UPDATE: went home looked at flat tire that thankfully I brought back with me and removed object that they didn t bother removing and to my surprise it was a small puncture that could def be repaired so I took my butt back and complained and they fixed it and I got a refund for the tire I bought. They should have not charged me for flat repair at this point because they missed up not me and I ve had to make multiple trips using my gas but they didn t. Be very cautious getting work done at this Walmart because the employees are not thorough.

Went near the end of the day for my 5 pm appt to get a tire I purchased from Walmart, installed. Super friendly techs, little to no waiting. Said it would be about an hour, they were texting me in 25 minutes. Super easy in and out. Professional.

They clearly need help. I had an appointment which basically only guarantees you to get serviced. It took over 2.5 hours to get my tires rotated and balanced. I better plan on a half a day next time. Oh my....

They've been changing my oil, batteries, tires for many years now. Very trustworthy plus they have excellent referrals for work they themselves cannot perform! Staff is always very helpful and courteous!!

Expect to spend more time in this store. They are moving everything around and are working on the floors, removing tile and refurbishing the concrete floor !!!. There is a need for more people to check out. When I have a lot of things in my cart I need a person to check me out. If this isn't corrected I will have to take my business elsewhere. It seems like they are not interested in what I have to say about this problem. When I check out I usually need a person who I can talk to about what I am buying. The problem hasn't changed !!!!!!!!The problem is worse !!!

DO NOT RECOMMENDmy husband went there to get tires put on his car and they wereto busy to do understandable. They made him an appointment for today told him his tires would be there when he came to his appointment. He called to confirm his appointment and they said they didn t have his tires he asked to talk to a manager. The manager said they had tires for him just in a different brand so he said okay he will take them. They call back saying oh sorry we don t have them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!Service: Tires

Have attempted to get my tires (that I purchased here, with rotate/balance package) several times, each time, I'm met with "we're not accepting any new service write ups, you're going to have to come back tomorrow, etc."Today I came in at 1pm. Shop closes at 7pm & was told that I should make an appointment online. And they're the only one in the region that accepts walk ins. What does that even matter? What's the point of purchasing the extra package if every time you go to use it you're turned away and wind up paying another business to do the work? Hands down terrible customer service from the auto care center.Service: Tire rotations

Got 4 Tires . Had to schedule an appointment as they are always full. Was greeted by Mike was fast and courteous. The Tire change took two hours which is very reasonable as they have to balance each tire before installing. Took care of saving one of the older tires as requested. Made an appointment to have a tire replaced and when I showed up they had sold the tire I reserved! How?! It being 5:00 PM on a Saturday I had no choice, but to miss work the next day. Unacceptable and they did nothing to make it right.

I drove 45 minutes to buy and installed a battery but the mechanic was rude and told me I had to waitn4-5 hrs just to put the battery in my car. Mean while his crew was just standing around talking. They are the worst walmart care care I have ever been.

The techs were helpful and gave solid advice. I came in for an oil change and new back tires. But when I got into the car, I found they had vacuumed it as well.....nice surprise.

Thier website says you have to call and nake appt for oil change and they dont answer phone. I called several tines only to be disconnected after 20 rings. Went into actual store to make appt and after 30 mins of waiting at desk for help i left. Never again

Manager runs a loose shop, too lazy to leave his office and the few workers know it so they just do the bare minimum while they chat and scan on their phones, knowing your waiting on your car to be finished, will definitely never be back and don't recommend this place to anyone... Sad lazy group of guys here... Very dissatisfied it took nearly 3 hours for only 2 tires and that's with an appointmentService: Tires

Absolutely terrible. From trying to make the purchase through the installation. They didn't want to finalize the purchase. They took 4 other customers while in the middle of my purchase. Another associate finally finished the quote and set an appointment for 4 days later. He didn't seem happy to take over the process. I showed up at 4:45pm for a 5 pm appointment. They checked me in at 5:50 pm, the truck was pulled in around 5:10. They started working on it at 5:45 and finished around 6:30. It was dark by then and I couldn't tell that the wrong size tires were installed. I returned 2 days later on my day off to have it corrected. I ordered 4 p265-70r17's they installed p245 -70r17's which are much smaller, but the same price. They said they can't install larger than stock size. They gave me 2 options; 1- keep the tires and they would take off $50 in fees or 2- purchase the tires somewhere else and bring theirs back for a refund. I told them to put the old tires back on and refund me. 2 hours later i was finally done with them. They're unprofessional, rude, poorly trained and have terrible communication skills. Within the 3 visits I heard the "F" word 3 times coming from the garage. A real class act!

Must say this had to be one of the most worst experiences i have had at a mechanic shop. If you have a foreign made car, for example a Mercedes Benz, do not and i repeat DO NOT take your car here. I went in for an oil change and asked them to reprogram a new tpms i had installed prior to coming. I was there for 3 hours. I came in at 8 and didnt leave until quarter to 12. I was not given any updates but as i watch the mechanic work on my car it was clear he was lost on what he was doing. He had to call on three other guys to help change an oil filter. Thankful for Allen he came and saved the day. But that wasn't the worst part. They never reprogrammed my tpms and they destroyed my air intake hoses. So i called to see if they would help and the mechanic couldnt even come to phone. He sends a message to the lady and said that my hoses were destroyed before me arriving. Which was a lie before i installed them two days prior in order to sell the vehicle. In end, dont waste your time with these guys. There too crowded before prices are too cheap and its causing them to lack integrity in there work.Service: Oil change

Friendly staff. Got a mount and balance and one of my weights fell off. I didn't get the roadside hazard coverage so I just went somewhere else and paid to have the one tire rebalanced. Reasonably priced tires. Lasted alot longer than the 40,000 miles it said. Able to get in and out. I'd go back

I went in for an oil change and luckily I was first in line. Just keep in mind to check in with them once they get your car. I never received a text saying my car was done

Went on a Friday at 2pm and the guy said it will take more than 3 hours for an oil change. Asked me to come back next day at 7am. I woke up early on my day off and went there at the time requested. A lady told me it will be more than 2 hours and there were only one person ahead of me. I just went to another business and did it. Sounds like they want customers away so they don't have to work.
