My son went to get tires replaced. We had to wait for the tires to come in. We were waiting for them, and also had to have the plugs replaced. Waited for 1 1/2 hours. Another 6 customers were there waiting with us also. Tires Plus guy said he would order us a pizza lunch for being so patient for the wait. I thought he was kidding. Well, there he comes in with 2 pizza's, breadsticks, wings, and soda. He's like, okay guys, don't be bashful. Enjoy! These guys are the best, friendly, and explained all services to all the customers. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you so much. 3/29/24.

The worst customer service. Visited twice, the first time with a rental car (Enterprise sent me there) and they would not do the patch. Second time was also for a patch (tires purchased at Plant City location) and refused to honor the road hazard warranty I purchased. Overall very rude both times. If you re going to be part of a franchise how do you refuse to honor the Tires Plus warranty? Highly recommend Plant City location.

The Service was quick, and the people have always been extremely friendly and polite. I was quoted the price "out the door" before I brought in the vehicle and that price never changed. No unexpected "surprises" with my Service. I will return for future needs.

I had 4 new tires put on here. I had a 1:00 appointment & was done at 3:15. The service was good & price was fair. It was busy for a Sunday.

My husband took our car in for an oil change and to inspect the shocks and brakes. They called us and said the shocks needed to be replaced because they were leaking. They sent pics via messages but couldn't really see anything. My husband said he would come by and talk about it. After arriving, they charged him $125.00--Oil change was $80 plus tax and charged the rest for the inspection! Who charges to look at the brakes? When my husband questioned it, they had nothing to say.Thought it was kind of strange. Will not go back there.

I've used them many times over the years. I've recommended family there. I think I just had a bad experience but will definitely do more research before going back.I dropped my car off Sunday at 12:30 told man behind counter oil change and rotate. My normal here.Got called around 4 pm Sunday says it's done great. I picked up at 4:30 the bill was over $70.. for a oil change and rotate... OK my fault for not asking when I dropped off.I walked around I can't tell they rotated my tires they are dusty and no signs of hand prints and no signs of tooling on my lug nuts... but he said they did it and I can't prove it.My biggest issue tire light was on when I arrived and on when I left. I went to WaWa on my way home 22psi 25psi 27psi 25psi. They never put air in my tires. I put them at 32 and the light is off.If they don't do the simple things did they even do what I paid for? In my opinion over paid for.Vehicle is a 2015 Ford Focus not synthetic oil.

I made an appointment in person on Tuesday.. the tires for my car were not in stock... associate said come back on Thursday at 10 am. I went back Thursday and was told I would have to purchase the most expensive tires because the tires I ordered were not in stock...I told associate I had been in on Tuesday and ordered the size I needed... associate told me they were not ordered... needless to say I was disappointed. I went to tire kingdom and they were done in 2 hours. Tires plus wasted 3 days playing games

This store is great at selling you tires but when it comes to honoring the road hazard warranty they usually will not. They just about always find an excuse not to repair the tire.

I was told by a tow truck driver that had just given my truck a jump that I needed an alternator, and I was too far from my home area to find someone local, so I went a block from my office to Tires Plus. First of all, they bought the alternator from Advance Auto up the block for $350 but charged me $500 then they charged me an additional $150 for labor and $50 for tax so the whole thing was $700. After replacing the alternator, they charged the battery for more than 30 minutes than told me the battery was bad. So, I drove it to Advance Auto, and they replaced my battery for free because it was less than a year old. But then the truck still wouldn't start, and they told me it needed a starter. So why didn't Tires Plus check this when it wouldn't start after installing the alternator? They could have checked it out and overcharged me for that too and then I wouldn't have needed to be towed home late on a Friday night. Plus, when I was paying for it, they tried to get me to sign up for their credit card. I said no thank you but then he tried over and over and over to get me to do it. Hey man, no means no always!!! Do yourself a favor. DON'T GO HERE. Call Morales Automotive Services instead and he will come to you. Even on a Friday night.

Very slow, even with an appointment, not happy with the way they talk to customers.I have been here since 10 am and now it s more than 4 hours, the worst place ever Josie at the front desk said it takes two hours .What a waste of time

Had an appointment 5 days in advance for 8 am . 3 hours to change 3 tires. I ordered three tires because I bought a new tire three months ago the rest were 3 years old . They asked which three to change?!? WowService: TiresService: Tires

Adam was extremely helpful when it came to ensuring my dad of prices, arranging payment before I arrived, and me being taken care of. Owner on his cellphone with his Girlfriend. Took them an hour and 1/2 for a basic oil change, even with 2 other employees on their cell phones talking smack to each other. WON'T be back!

Higher prices than the phone quote. Told me I needed rack and pinion steering box and lines were leaking and were dry and untouched when I checked them there. Vehicle has 55k miles. Tires were only dry rotted.

I wrote a bad review 3 years ago after an experience here. I walked in today 1/13/24 and not only did Adames the manager recognize me but questioned my review. We talked and everything is reconciled. He made everything right and we hugged it out to seal the forgiveness. As someone who worked and managed in retail for 30 plus years that impressed me!

Adam is a pretty decent manager took my car there for a new radiator and the car is still running hot and they can't figure out what's going on so I took the car to another mechanic. My only issue is after 3 or 4 days of waiting we had to call up there to find out what's going on. But other than that all is good

I was having issue with my tire pressure sensor. They came out with a small hand held device, recalibrated them in seconds and didn't charge me a thing. They just earned my business from here on out! Excellent service!

Absolutely horrible just a bunch of crooks... Car went in for repairs and the same problem keeps happening...
