I had a great experience here today. They were very busy , but Glenn assured me that they would be able to work my car in to fix my flat tire before close time. They called me when it was finished . Again Glenn was very helpful in explaining what they found and fixed! Great place!!

Had to hang out a long time to get some work done. Every person that works here is very professional and polite. Also, very knowledgeable about what needs to be done! They are very fair on pricing and work diligently to get the work done as soon as possible.

Jacob at Tire Kingdom is amazing. He took care of me quick and easy and best trip I ever had. His amazing and quick work attitude makes it want me to come back again if I have any further problems. New customer. Tracy is also quick at work and does and amazing does. Fastest repair on my tire I've ever had.

Nothing against the shop employees of this store, but everything against the owners, managers, website, and corporation. Called and scheduled an appointment for 2 OEM Continental Tires, and I confirmed my appointment and availability. I show up to the appointment, they don't have the tires I requested, and they sell me junk tires. I used to work with the other tire kingdoms, and they were great, idk what these dudes problems are. I don't recommend this store.

Big thanks to the crew who replaced my tire today. I Arrived to this Tire king 10 minutes before closing with a 2 inch nail on my front left tire that couldn't be patched due to the location of it. These guys didn't waste any time and expedited a great service.

My elderly mother has brought her ancient minivan to this Tire Kingdom for years... They have always treated her with respect and have never tried to scam her or get more $$ from her. They are trustworthy. This weekend her car was not working well and she took it in - instead of working on it and charging her a ton of money for an old car, they were honest with her and told her it was not worth putting any more $$ into it and did not even charge her. Thank you to Tire Kingdom!

I have had positive experiences for years with Tire Kingdom services. Their prices are reasonable. The manager and mechanics go the extra mile to provide great service. I trust Tire Kingdom!

I had my car towed to tire Kingdom yesterday, as I was unable to start it. I received a call from Richard at tire Kingdom, a few hours later, letting me know that my car was ready. There was actually nothing wrong with it, except that it said idle for 10 days and had some, bad gas in the line. There was no charge to my service and Richard was so very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend tire kingdom for anyone who has issues with their vehicle.

I asked how much the service would be, I was told 25 less than78 dollars. When I got to the counter to pay I was told that my oil change was for my buick lacrosse was 103 dollars and that I was get 25 dollars off. The money is not the problem it's the dishonest. Below is a picture of the invoice.They did complete the service in a timely manner but I will not get service by this company again ever.

Just needed an old tire removed from the rim new one put on and balanced. They were super quick. Overall great experience would recommend this place!

My golden fish has more personality than your front men on Sundays.Refusing service because 2 oil changes back I added a stop oil leak , due to a mild leak on the rear seal- as your front bearded man who looks like he woke up next to a keg - calls it an " additive" , doesn't make any business sense, all I wanted was an oil/filter change ,that's it...and Mr. "I'm in charge" completely refused to take me in because of the non-existent" additive " in the engine. Makes no sense . I even offer to sign a weaver for tire king shall not be responsible for anything else ...Mr. " I make the rules here"...refused. Oh well, I was even willing to pay your outrageous price for an oil change. I can buy my oil , tires etc at another place where they value business , and look , sound professionals. Addios.Truly , your exCustomer

Been going to this shop for years for all my tire needs. Today got a flat and needed a patch late in the evening when other stores were closed they took great care of me on the spot . Richard is excellent and the rest of the crew are efficient and caring. Thanks!

I highly recommend you find an alternative location. Bought a battery on 11/26/23 today 1/5/24 truck would not start. Also charged $117 for a @28.99 air filter.

Will definitely be visiting again in the future. Was able to take the vehicle in first thing in the morning for a stripped lug nut. Kept me aware of everything that was going on during the process and didn t try to undersize the possibility of what could happen. They were able to remove the stripped/frozen lug nut (the damaged lug nut was a lost cause, but I knew that going there). Thanks for working with me on this issue!!!!

They went above and beyond! I had to leave my car there and did not have a ride, Richard took me home. I was completely blown away. I have been there for oil changes in the past and I will go back for bigger jobs as well!

Came in a few days ago cause I had a puncture in my tire they sealed it up for me even though it took a little longer than expected. They did a good job.

"that patch will outlast the tire" is what he told me as I was checking out. A tire with than 10k miles had a nail. Had it patched. Next day, still leaking. Then wanted to insist I had to drop it off for the day to find out why the patch didn't work. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Used to love this place but last visit I took my truck down to get a alignment I had the 5 year warranty and I want a oil change witch was $69 dollars they said. They called and said it s done so I sent my wife to go pick it up when she paid with my credit card my bank sent me a for a $311 dollar charge turns out they charged me for everything again then I sent my wife back in and they refunded me like $100 something dollars but that s still not right so I left work and went up myself and they said they looked into it and they over charged me another $60 dollars but they wouldn t refund me the manager said if I ever needed work he will take it off like I m a get any more work done there after this I just want my $60 dollars back I wish someone would see this and make it right because I honestly like coming here

1st off, I hardly ever give reviews, but this place was a waste of my time. This was the Worst tire experience ever, went here to get tires rotated and tps sensor light checked for my wife s car. when I walked in, the guy that I spoke with was not nice or friendly, get the feeling he hated his job. Long story short, I kept hearing the word can t, can t check your sensors, cant do this, can t do that. When he said he couldn t rotate my tires because the front tires were more worn than the back, I was like no duh stupid, that s why I m here. Anyways got my keys and left that place asap, I went home and rotated my own tires myself, only took 30 mins, and I know the job was done right. I would warn anybody, don t go here unless you like wasting your time, hearing the word no can t do that and dealing with unfriendly people.

Came in with a noise in front-end and after inspection the noise was diagnosed as tire noise from cupping. Set appointment for new tires and when I arrived for appointment they now said I need a host of front-end parts too. (Brakes at 10% although they told me 2 days before they were at 50%) Either they were incompetent during the first inspection or crocked on the second. Bait and switch location, do not trust this service center.

Good service and very clear prices for all services. Getting your car serviced is a necessity but they make it as pleasant as possible. Getting in early is always recommended as they can get busy. They also have an online portal where you can schedule service.

I needed a tire patch. The first thing I was asked, was what kind of car. Seriously? What does that have to do with pulling a tire and patching it? Absolutely nothing. The quote, 28!!!! For a patch? You are charging more because of the car. Had it been for my old beat-up jalopy I am positive that price would have been $10 less! I asked 2 other shops for their prices. Lower than Tire Kingdom by far! And when I told them about this question they said it was just a ploy to get more money. The car does not make a difference in a tire patch!

As usual, Tire Kingdom knocked it out of the park with excellent customer service. I will continue to use Tire Kindom for my car care needs.

Not good service, building needs some attention.We have always used tire kingdom for our vehicle repair and tires. They are fair and get the job done. We have noticed that the inside of the building is getting really rough and could use some updates and repairs.It's amazing how Auto repair shops a lot of times look like a dump and are never clean.Just some basic advice though the pictures that are posted.

I went here to get 2 front tires. At the counter I said " I saw online you had tires for my Honda for 75 each". The guy said do you have it? I said do I have what? He said the literature showing the price. I said no, it's on your website. The guy then says, hey I'm just here to help them transition to the new company, which is Mavis. He then asks if I can just leave the car and he will find something. He doesn't ask my car make, doesn't look up the tires on a computer and then walks away from me to talk to another worker. They obviously didn't want the business. I left promptly and will go to Midas. They have much better customer service.

Rescheduling from Sunday to Monday was easy, pulling up to officers on scene was sketch .. Customer service was nice and talkative, informative, but unrealistic with wait times. Sat there from 12:45P-4:30P for tires and an oil change on a dodge WITH 1PM APPOINTMENT!! No vending machines and coffee station was nasty. Tires were a GREAT price !
