Bought all four tires from them, very simple very easy. As a single woman who goes into mechanic shops quite often and gets treated as if I know nothing about vehicles, this shop made me very comfortable. Other shops have tried to push crazy prices over me before and this shop is very honest. Thankful for the help. It s hard to find places like this, especially as a car girl

I had a completely flat tire. Brought my car in and the service rep, Josh, suggested seeing if it could be patched first rather than purchasing a new tire. The tire was patched and I was very grateful for him suggesting a patch first. The next day, I drove 1500 miles back to Chicago. Very satisfied and will definitely go back and/or recommend to others!

Great experience. Went in for an oil change and also received a complete tire rotation for free! Less expensive than Tire Kingdom by far. The mechanic also did an inspection and everything checked out fine. That's a surprise because Tire Kingdom told me my brakes would need to be replaced. The manager showed me the brake pad measurements and they were well in the good range. 10 points for honesty!This is a new business, new building. Not sure why there are reviews from years ago? Highly recommend this place!

Josh, Tyler, and Matt went above and beyond taking care of me and my vehicle on Sunday. They were able to work with me on a price, gave me a FREE upgrade on all four of my tires, and still gave me a discount. They were all super polite, friendly, and got me back on the road sooner than they had told me when I dropped off my vehicle. My car and I both thank you for the smooth rides to come!

Tire Choice was the only shop open in Zephyrhills at 730 this morning. Actually, it was 727 when I charged in with what I thought was a slow leak in a tire, They tested the tire, which actually didn t have a leak, and then checked all the other tires pressures, I was back on my way in less than thirty minutes.The facility is immaculate and professional.While I don t wish for tire trouble, I know where I go when I have it,

From the moment I called to book an appointment until the moment I left it was a thoroughly impressive experience. The general manager Josh was polite, efficient and informative. Their level of customer connection and thorough explanations were of the utmost quality and they also seem to be really great human beings. This location has been in business for only 3 months and entirely deserves much success. Highly recommended.

I came into the store needing a tire patch late in the day after being denied at Tire Kingdom and not only did they not turn me away but it was done in under the time that they said it would take. Everyone was friendly and personable and one of the mechanics even gave me a lesson about the wheel lock key that Nissan never even told me existed or where they put it in my car. 10 out of 10 service and experience.

It was a pleasure going into tire choice. Josh and his crew are very wonderful. I went in to get a bulb changed on my car thinking it will take a while considering it had to be ordered, it took less than 20 minutes. So this review will be long but definitely it a great way . So I brought my suv in for a wheel alignment service however during the consultation and review it was discovered that one of my tire was actually on the verge of falling off and needed more work . Now of course not knowing what to do the guys at Tire choice made this experience amazing not only were they able to fix everything right on the spot and at a very reasonable cost but they made it a breeze . The customer service was amazing, professionalism and not to mention my car is riding great. The techs Matt, Josh, Tyler and Robert I can t thank y all enough tone happy customer!

Josh sold a set of tires to me and worked with me on showing me the thread was worn which reassured that I needed the tires to be safe for my trip to St. Augustine the next day. Josh also showed me the difference between the white or black lettering to make the appearance stand out (white won). Thanks for the friendly atmosphere !!

Recently had a tire issue and everyone I called either didn t answer or I got told it would be a wait time of 6-8 hours. I went to tires choice and was greeted with a warm welcome, Shawn and his team are the best in the business, I will forever be a customer with Shawn. Thank you for always taking great care of our vehicles!

I don't ever write reviews but this shop deserves one. the manager is honest and very helpful. The mechanic's are very friendly. I'm not sure why there are bad reviews but these guys are top notch! they earned my business for life.

Received topnotch service yesterday day 4/11/24 around 6... I forgot the gentlemans names but my lady and I received phenomenal customer service. Definitely recommend, will continue to use this place

Great service that was honest and up front. Josh gave me the bad news that my rim was bad and the cause of the leak. They put the spare on and I was off to find a different rim. When I returned they swapped the tires and rims around like it was nothing. It is an 2004 2500 Yukon and it rides like new now. Thanks to Josh and his crew!

Would not rotate my tires. They said they have no way to lift it. I even offered them more money to do it old school with jacks.So, don t go there if you have 250 /350 type trucks.

Spoke with manager Shawn Wallis. I needed a tire replaced or patched. He didn't try and up sale a tire. He gave me the facts and waited for my decision. He was very knowledgeable about his profession and kind. Definitely recommend this place. Also, I can't forget the technician Andrew, who was very polite and provided additional information on other issues on my vehicle without trying to push any additional repairs.

When my car was done on Sunday due to an emergency, I thought it was a great place to go. However on Monday my car died at the flea market. Had it jumped and drove back to tire choice who refused to sell me a battery they thought I left doors or lights on which was not the case. They tested it 45 minutes after being jumped so it showed 100 percent duh it'll hold the charge then. They also said I needed a new valve gasket because it was leaking.. Tuesday I went to Ultima Automotive who found out that the gasket was not leaking and the whole problem was the battery not giving out enough voltage.i would not recommend this place. Ultima Automotive was also questioning as to why they replaced the water pump at 76,000 miles. Do research before going here. This place won't last long.Think about that before going here.

Just got my first (and Last) Oil Change at TireChoice Auto. In addition to $2.90 Waste Oil Disposal fee, was charged another $11.48 "Shop Supply Fee" for "Costs & Profits" related to "shop supplies or waste disposal."

Bill and the guys over at McGee are the best. This was my first time there and I received the utmost professional service. After talking with Bill for a while as I was waiting for my tires to get done he shared that he is in the business of making long term customer relationships not in making a quick buck of the customer.
