I came a little after 4pm on a Friday. It wasn t busy. They greeted me right away, took my info and got me right in. Explained what and how much oil my car took and gave me my options. They weren t pushy to up-sell but definitely let me know what else my car may be due for or need. They pull the car into garage for you and allow you to sit in their lobby which is very clean and even has coffee and snacks! All the staff were very friendly on top of that! It was my first time here and I will definitely be giving them my business again!

Clean place to wait while you have your oil changed. They are a very professional excellent crew here. I highly recommend coming here. They do offer a military discount for out Veterans which is well appreciated I will be a repeat customer let s help support this local business. Outstanding quick A++++ service

Very knowledgeable and thorough. I went in for an oil change and the technician made me aware of other things on my rig that needed some attention. They weren't pushy to upsale, but he was very professional and courteous. The entire team were amazing. I'm not going anywhere else for my oil changes and other work for my rig. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Thank you so much!

Would return again for future maintenance. They were transparent with my car, answered my questions confidently. After my oil change, I immediately noticed a positive difference in my car. Drove to work and noticed it used less gas than usual which was great!! The workers are very nice. A bit difficult to enter due to Google Maps (kept sending me to the back rather than entrance), but the manager is working on fixing that. Great prices too. Overall great location, great people and great work!

Great pitstop for oil change on my diesel truck. They discovered beyond worn brake pads and changes those along with the fuel filter that somehow made it 57k mile. In an out in a jiffy. Will return.

I've been here to Grease Monkey at least 3 times and am completely satisfied with the service. Everyone is courteous and helpful. There's no pressure to purchase additional services. I'm given a print out of recommendations for my vehicle, suggested by the manufacturer including the mileage. I recommend this location in Zephyrhills, Florida to everyone.

Fast and friendly service. The Pit Crew worked diligently and effectively. I would definitely recommend coming here if you re in the area! They took great care of my GTI, providing a window wipe down and filling up my tires while performing the oil change. Super fun watching them go! I had an oil change done at Grease Monkey. The shop was super clean, the guys were incredibly nice and knowledgeable, and I was in and out in about half an hour. Probably one of the best experiences I've had with an auto shop. They earned themselves a repeat customer for sure!

I took my Lexus IS250 here for the oil change. They not only did the oil change and oil filter replacement but they checked many things else and replaced a cabin air filter too. I watched them worked on my car and satisfied with their service. I was in and out in a short time. They also gave me $15 discount. I would highly recommend this place.

The guys were awesome. Just bought truck at auction. They checked things over and even checked reverse lights to see if bulbs were bad. Great to talk to also.

I absolutely LOVE the mechanics. They are friendly, mannerable and efficient. You don't find to many young people that talk to older adults with a warm conversation and pleasant demeanor all while changing and filling your car with fluids. I was in and out in about 30 minutes or less. They even honored a discount without a coupon....Gotta Love It!!Ladies and Gentlemen meet the OWNER. I believe his name is Heath? He didn't mind getting in the mechanics bay with the guys and getting his hands and nails dirty!!! You don't see that to often. He even helped me with a minor problem with my car and once again I was in and out with tire rotations and oil change less than 30 minutes. I WILL give him and his crew 5 stars

The people were nice and friendly. I enjoyed talking to them. I got a battery and was told it was the same price as it was at advance auto and they will put it on for free and it was actually almost $100 more. Other then that i will be back cause i love the convenience of this place. I never have to wait long.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Great staff and trustworthy guys. They changed my oil and let me know my lights were out and recommended only what I needed. They got the work done fast and had fair pricing. If you need service definitely give these guys a try.
