Had my BMW in for oil pan gasket they had to raise the engine to replace gasket. Mechanic didn't open the hood and when raised eng put two dents in hood. I brought it to the owner attention and said he would take care of it. It's been two months and still no reimbursement. I don't think I would recommend this garage.

2019 Chevy equinox needed my fuel tank replaced checked around. I prefer to support the local Mom and Pop shops everywhere else charging 125 to 150 Cost with me supplying the tank was going to be around $750 talked with Chris. They told me their labor rates $60 an Then surrounding shop had my vehicle towed To the shop absolutely professional would recommend them to anyone charged me $330 for the Install great job.

Had rear brakes done about a block away noticed they were spongy. Called them said bring it in the morning. Sat there an hour no one showed. Still have spongy brakes.

Just had the guys replace all six injectors on my Mazda CX-9. I will definitely be a repeat customer because these guys are loyal, professional, and super kind. One of the best businesses in Zephyrhills and we are so lucky to have them here.

This is a warning to anyone who chooses this business.I had my 2012 Kia Optima towed to this location last Friday because it was apparent that my starter was not working. Upon the advice of the manager of Ice Cold Air (my current shop and mechanic), I took it here because they previously changed the starter and it was supposed to be under warranty.Upon arrival the next day on Saturday (March 21st), the manager Derrick Pena and another young guy with tattoos went to look at my car while I was there, and they proceeded to put in a new battery in my car. Their assumption was incorrect, so they went ahead and put a new starter in the car.After a few hours and the manager keeping me away from seeing the repairs to my car, they all pushed the Kia inside of the bay to prevent me from watching. Than a couple of minutes later, the guy with the tattoos approached me very casually and told me that my motor was blown, like it was no big deal.Aside from the bad news I was given, the guy with the tattoos told me that he would sell me an engine for $3500, but he would knock off $500 to be nice to me.I was not happy at all, so I called the Manager of Ice Cold Air and told him what happened. He immediately recommended that I have the car put back together and towed to his location in Zephyrhills.On Monday morning, I called this location and spoke to Derick Pena the Manager and informed him that my car was to be towed from his shop. I also asked that my car be put back in the way it arrived to his shop and he complied.When the tow company arrived and picked up my car and brought it across town to Ice Cold Air, the Manager Shawn immediately was disgusted because the components on top of my engine were torn apart.As seen in the uploaded pictures, this shop left my car in shambles and another garage had to locate missing intake bolts, re-assemble the loose starter, install a new intake gasket and replace a broken coolant hose located under the intake.Upset and furious, I called this shop on Monday late morning and explained that my car was not put back together. They said, "They probably dont know what they are doing, they can put it back together themselves". Who the heck says that? Can you imagine this happening to your car?Following the advice of the Manager at Ice Cold Air, I wanted the owner's phone number to Big Mechanic. His name is Steve Torregiante and I wanted answers on why his shop acted in such an unprofessional manner? I knew that this shop was upset that I wasn't going to buy the engine, so they purposely left my car apart to upset me.The owner never answered his phone or called me back after leaving two voicemails. Today is Saturday the 28th and he still hasnt called me and its apparent this is a very bad business in all. I will never take my car to this shop again and I dont think anyone else should either.To add injury to insult, I paid Ice Cold Air to put my car back together and I was told that my engine was bad. Thanks to the diligence and kindness and professionalism of the Manager, he was able to dictate to me that my car has an active recall on my engine. Due to bad bearing wear inside of the engine under the TSB distributed by Kia, I was told that BIg Mechanic should have known this issue. Instead, they decided to attempt to rip me off and when I told them I was towing it away, they decided to leave my car purposely apart.Today, my car is at Kia getting a new engine replacement, new starter and new intake. I thank Ice Cold Air and their help and expertise for saving me from being ripped off from this establishment. I have since filed a grievance with the Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services in seeking the monies I have spent to get my car back together. I will not stop there because I plan on seeking someone who can look into getting this shop shut down for attempting to rip me off. I have contacted Nikki Fried's office and Channel 8 WFLA in hopes that they never do this to anyone again.

Owner david is great they did the cat-back exhaust on my challenger as-well as multiple repairs to my Honda over the years i had it my go to mechanic for tedious work id rather not do myself such as brakes or oil change

Stop by the shop previously to explain what I needed to be done. They were very knowledgeable and we set a time for me to come in. I must say their work was beyond my expectation making sure the job was done properly I would highly recommend their service to anyone. This is a small shop feel, very well priced for labor per hour and quick service. I got my truck in and out of there within one day replacing all the struts some seals and oil change so there was no inconvenience. It has a new shop owner who is very friendly and personable, I would recommend this place for in town vehicle repair. And just say hi to the new owner David if he is there Wheeling himself around.

My car was having an exhaust issue (it sounded like an angry bumblebee), so I took it to my regular mechanic who looked at it and said there were two holes in the exhaust. Naturally - as it turns out - he also doesn't work on exhaust issues, so he recommended Big Mechanic. I set up an appointment for a SATURDAY (whaaat?!?!) morning. They looked at it and found only one hole in exhaust that could be repaired easily vs. replacing an entire part. I was in and out in an hour. Staff is fantastic and prices were great (even though I was, jokingly, quoted $1M )!! I highly recommend Big Mechanic!Service: Exhaust

Although they were extremely busy I had a blown light bulb and these guys took the time to help me out and were able to change my bulb after I went to 3 other locations. Some may see this as something small but I work in the evenings and didn't want the risk of getting pulled over again. I'm so grateful. Kind people still exist!!!!

Went in to Big Mechanic to have the mid and rear mufflers removed on my Dodge Charger. The guys were great and did an amazing job straight piping my ride. Sounds great. I was in and out in less than 2 hrs. Price was great too, other places wanted to charge me almost double. I recommend Big Mechanic in Zephyrhills. They do great work. You won t be disappointed.

Replacement clutch system. These guys said they would charge me $940.00, and that's the bleeding lines replacement slave cylinder master cylinder, A day or so later they boost the price up to 1547

These guys beat all prices from Tampa to Orlando for my exhuast on my 98 GMC and did an upmost professional job on my truck. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Had my Daughter take her car by to have a oil leak looked at. The opportunity was there for this business to take advantage of this young lady but they didn t they provided stellar customer service. What could have been major dollars ended up $36.95!! Thank you for your honesty and integrity.

I brought my Chrysler Town and Country here after it had been unable to start and then sat for 1 1/2 yrs. Two other mechanics had been unable to diagnose the problem. This auto shop found the problem and fixed it within 2 days and the price was awesome. Since it sat for so long there were other needed repairs which they took care of. I cannot say enough about the shop and Louie who told me he would take care of me and he absolutely did. If you're looking for a great shop and especially being a woman afraid to be taken advantage of, put your worries aside and go to Big Mechanic!!

I brought my kia in because my air was warm. They got my car right in. They found out I had a leak fixed it and I was on my way. Darrick the Mgr was very professional and so was the mechanic Matt. I love this place haven't taken my car anywhere else since the first time I visited . The people here are great the prices are reasonable and they will find out the problem too get you back on the road. My car is older with a lot of miles and he went above and beyond to get it fixed and running right!! I'm in school and on a budget they understand and will try there best to accommodate you. Peyton and his mechanics rock!!

Truck ac stopped working on vacation they fixed it for free, could have charged me for a lot of work I didn't need. Then my alternator went out and they fixed it fast for a reasonable price. highly recommend, got me in and out fast and back to my vacation. owner is very friendly

DO NOT GET ANY EXHAUST WORK DONE HERE! Initial impressions of the place were very good, the owner was nice and honest but it only went downhill from there. They had the simple task of removing a resonator and replacing it with straight pipes, a job any other muffler shop could do in their sleep. I noticed something was off when the worker started torching off my resonator instead of using a proper cutting tool. when most of the pipe was burnt off he took a crowbar to pry off the resonator. This shifted my whole exhaust and my exhaust tips were hanging down. The worker then started lowering my car and said he was done. Owner was very understandable and they spent around 2 hours trying to fix their mistake but my tips were still misaligned and the exhaust did not sound right. This forced me to bring my car to another muffler shop and pay more money to fix everything Big Mechanic did to my exhaust. After my car was up on the lift in a different shop, they showed me that I had an exhaust leak at every single point where Big Mechanic tried to weld it. After the pipe was cut off I could see that the pipe wasn't even welded in half the places! I couldn't believe it. It isn't over yet. The resonator that was taken off could not be reused because Big Mechanic torched holes in it while trying to take it off. The other shop fixed everything and my exhaust sounded perfect. Big Mechanic does not have the proper tools to perform any exhaust work and you'all end up paying another shop more to fix their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and find a different shop.

I recently purchased two mufflers for my GT mustang I contacted Midas to have them installed they wanted $285 just to put them on my car I contacted big mechanic went to them the mufflers I had purchased would not work so I ended up purchasing two mufflers from big mechanic and had them installed total cost $200 my car sounds great and runs great thank you big mechanic for your professionalism I will definitely recommend you to friends...Service: Exhaust
