I had a very good experience! Chris Dean was able to handle everything for me in a timely and efficient manner. He kept me updated about my truck topper status and when I arrived for the install, he walked me through all ins and outs of the topper and made sure I didn t leave with any questions. 10/10 experience!

Great service, fair price and nobody tried to upsell me stuff I didn t need. Chris Dean and his team are excellent!!! I would go to them for any needs and recommend them to all my friends and family. I only gave them 5 stars because 10 wasn t an option. Great place!!!

I highly recommend Yulee trailers. Chandler and Jimmy were very professional, respectful and had great attitudes. Just hours before and after hours of research, I went with a bigger trailer company in south Jacksonville, ( due to price) what a mistake this was, zero customer service, "new " double axel trailer, was in horrible condition, at one point I found myself outside prepping the trailer for delivery as the customer......inflating tires, asking if the lights have been checked, etc. etc. and after all of this, they sold me the wrong trailer........ I decided to leave and eat lunch, the minute I got in my truck to leave, I knew I made a mistake and immediately drove to Yulee trailers. My intention was to give them an opportunity to match the price and then I would happily give my business to the smaller town business. Not only did they match the price, but they were cheaper, had outstanding customer service, sold me an overall better trailer and made the entire experience enjoyable and the exact opposite of how the morning went. Again, I give my highest recommendation to Yulee Trailers.

I purchased an 8' x 5' trailer from Chandler and the staff at Yulee Trailers to haul my zero turn lawn mower. Price was great and the service was next to none. Chandler took the time to help me clean my electrical hookup, so that the lights worked perfectly before I left the business. That is the attention to detail you don't see everywhere which will bring me back when I need another trailer. I highly recommend Yulee Trailers to anyone looking for great service.

I took my lunch hour and drove across town because I was quoted one price on the Internet. I even replied back to the email that I would be driving up to look at the trailer that I was quoted. Upon arriving, and waiting 15 minutes for assistance, the salesman simply told me "that was my mistake, it's actually $3000.00 more than that". Next time be more careful on quoting prices. My lunch hour is valuable to me.

My wife applied for financing for us a 6x12 trailer, using the "financing" option on this companies website. Instead she was approved for a yard card, which had terrible reviews, very misleading. Will never purchase anything from them.

Yulee Trailers is a great company just of Hwy I7, I was in a hurry to get to the keys and needed my hitch and boat trailer fixed .Chandler and George suggested a an awesome hitch that I hadn't seen before for my jeep. It had multiple ball sizes and a lock to keep anyone from taking my boat.They took care of my jeep and fixed my boat trailer quickly so I could get fishing!! They have a strong knowledge about accessories Fun group n got it done. Highly recommend them.

Best lawnmowers and trailers you can buy and the service is outstanding. The people that work there are very knowledgeable , friendly and helpful. Don't buy your bad boy at tractor supply buy it here .

I had been looking for a 8.5x26 tag along trailer. The build needed to be custom from the axles to finishes .After getting with Chandler and working through all my insane needs. He was able to get my trailer built . If you are like me and want what you're paying for to be what you want. I recommend getting a hold of Chandler over at Yulee trailers.

First off, I stood outside walking around the parking lot for 25 minutes or more as workers even seen me!Then, I walk inside and asked for some info about trailers and different sizes. After agreeing on a size I asked to get some prices for a 7x12 and asked for a color combination they did not have on the lot. So I told them just to get the info the following day and gave them my number to contact me once they received the info.! That has been a week ago. Can t give anyone business that don t want the business.

Nice people but the financing department is ridiculous. They couldn't finance me for $2600 when I was putting $1000 down with an interest rate of 29%. I pulled up in a $36k new car I financed. What was a waste of two hours.Expedite the credit approval and run it FIRST. This way someone is in and out sparring time and embarrassment. Instead I shopped and found everything I needed. I'm counting a wad of cash thats just not good enough for them.These are trailers not ancient relics of a time long forgotten. They aren't jewels of Atlantis. Loosen up your absurdly tight financing policies and TAKE CASH. Who turns down $1000 cash on a $2600 purchase? Thats over a third of the value.If you really want a trailer go to craigs list. I found one for $900 and its just as nice without the red tape and I saved a ton on taxes. These trailers must be made of gold.

Limited selection, but friendly staff. Answered all my questions and there was no pressure. Didn't have what I wanted on the lot, but took the initiative to search for it for me. Contacting their supplier and will in touch. I recommend checking them out if your looking for trailers or mowing equipment.

Brought my boat trailer in to get a seized pin removed, George and the gang got it all fixed and removed within the hour and sent me on my way.
