My new 2024 car with 1.400 miles had the chrome peeling on the grill. Had a 4pm appt. They had me wait over a hr just to tell me they will not warranty it there. Told me Go to the dealer that I bought it from. Just because they didn t sell it to me. I tried to buy it there. Couldn t get the color we wanted. I would not recommend this place. Very poor customer experience.

We were traveling home to Ohio when our water pump went out in our Chevy Tahoe. We were pulling a 32 foot travel trailer. Your dealership was able to get our vehicle in that afternoon and assessed what needed to be done. The parts were in stock and you fixed our vehicle within 24 hours and we were on the road home. We were extremely pleased with the service that we received. In addition to fixing our vehicle so quickly you provided us with transportation to and from the hotel we had to stay in and provided a space for our travel trailer while the repairs were being made. Thank you for your wonderful service!

My windshield has a major issue on the driver s side. When it rains it s very difficult to see. I believe it s inside the glass as the wiper can t clear it. My friend asked if I should put the defroster on. The service tech didn t seem to think there is any problem. I have photos and a video from the hard rain yesterday so I ll take my new 2023 car back.I have been waiting over 4 months for my front license plate holder. I was told by Doug last month that it s been ordered.I m tired of the run around. Buyer beware.

I have had my car serviced twice at this location after moving to North Jacksonville. Not 1 issue. For today's service when I booked it on line I accidentally didn't book for an oil change/tire rotation just my 15,000 mile check up and a recall. I didn't realize this till after they did the recall portion. The entire team was able to get my car serviced for everything needed right away. James was so kind and understanding. Thank you so much for taking care off my car!!

My Service Department appointment was scheduled and service were done in a very timely manner. The service center staff were very professional and helpful. I was very pleased with my overall experience at the Ron Anderson GM dealership.

I brought my truck in for AC repair, oil, and rotate tires. They did a great job on AC repair, oil change but did not rotate my tires. I paid for AC repair, oil change and tire rotation. My husband marked the tires so he would know and the tires had not been rotated. He looked at the tires when i got home. I have been using Ron Anderson and besides this one incident we have always had a good experience.

whatcha do with my seat buttons? They are missing, and y'all offered for me to buy new ones when y'all lost them. Wish 0 stars was available. Update, they were way better this time, still missing seat buttons and told I could order them. Went from one star to 2.

My wife and I have purchased two vehicles with Ron Anderson, both were seamless and great experiences.Recently my Tahoe was brought in for service, and while it's been a tricky task narrowing down the problem due to the extensive computer systems, they keep me updated on all trouble shooting and make sure I'm taken care of.Highly recommend!

Recently, I decided to purchase a used Buick Encore with the idea that if I had any issues with it, there would be a dealer very close by to work on it. Well, low and behold, I recently noticed a small leak under the car. I made an appointment online, dropped off the vehicle at 8AM. The best part was that they had a shuttle waiting for me to take me home while they worked on it. They needed to keep it overnight for a part, but, next day, they called immediately to inform me it was done and ready for pickup. Best part is that they had a shuttle dispatched to pick me up and bring me to the dealership to pick up. Wonderful, easy, no nonsense service! A+++

Had a service appointment, showed up and the drop off lane. Nobody came out so went inside, after being ignored someone walks by and I asked if they were a service advisor, he says yes someone will check you in shortly.Wait about 5 more min and Nobody shows up, look around and the "check you in shortly" guy is just standing around talking to other employees. Finally someone comes out as I'm getting in the truck to leave, but at that point I was done. Won't be back for service or purchases.

I wish I could give 0 stars because this was a huge waste of my time and money. I had just moved down to the area, my husband was deployed and I had no one I knew in the area to help when the electrical system in my car started going crazy. My horn would honk, hazards would flash on and off for no reason and it quickly drained my battery. I called into this location asking when I could be seen, explained I would have to wait for service since I knew no one from the area. I was told at the time I could get shuttled home while they worked. I showed up right as the dealership opened with one person ahead of me. Well, now no shuttles available, ok, I would patiently wait for the diagnostic test. I waited 3.5 hours in the ice cold waiting room for the service member to tell me they wanted at least another 2 hours to look into this because he didn't want to "burn out" his tech trying to figure this out. I had no idea I would have to wait like this and had a kid at home alone. I had to leave. Then I was offered "Maybe we can get you a $40/day rental car". Nope, that didn't work out either so I decided to leave. There was no negotiating the price of me sitting wasting my time at this location. They charged me $146 for NOTHING!!! NO ANSWERS, no diagnostic of what could be wrong. I asked if I could even get a military discount and it was a flat "NO". My car was 187 miles over warranty, mainly due to me trying to find my way around town looking for someone to help with this issue. I got into my car and it smelled like an ashtray. I guess the tech was getting so burned out he had to take multiple cigarette breaks in my car. What a horrible business this is and the way I was treated, I could not believe! I am also very turned off by Chevy in general now. The dealership in Kingsland diagnosed the situation and the battery control module went out. How does this happen in a 3 year old car I barely drive? We had planned on trading in my husband's F150 for a Chevy and this whole experience shut down that idea very quickly. Never again!!!

Traveling From Maryland to Marco Island, Florida for Christmas vacation with my kids. We broke down on the side of 95 at 4am Christmas morning After four hours on the side of the road I found a company to tow my surburban and boat. I decided a Chevrolet dealership will be my best choice repairs. Sadly I was disappointed in the service. We dropped the vehicle and continued to Marco. I called the next morning to make contact with the service writer and make sure my vehicle was going to be repaired before I had to headed back to Maryland. It was difficult to get service on the phone. Once they answered they didn t know who had my vehicle. Then I was told I filled out the paperwork incorrectly by checking all of the boxes.i had been awake for 30+hrs.I offered to give them a credit card at that time to pay for any repairs. I was told they had to email me new paperwork to begin repairs. I said OK and waited for an email. Approximately 2:30 in the afternoon I hadn t received an email so I called back to the dealership was told it was a very busy day and they would email me at that time because I had been waiting patiently. no email came that day, I called the next morning again, hard to get a service writer on the phone. At one point I had to explain the situation and leave my information with the receptionist because service never picked up the call. I Was told they would send the email for the paperwork. At around 12 o clock that day still no email so I decided to call the service manager who looked into it called me back. He said they had the wrong email address which I had given three different times. Service manager sent me the email and told me my truck would be looked at as soon as possible. I called back Thursday to check on progress and had hoped to pick my vehicle up, still hadn t been looked at.Later that day I was told they looked at it and decided the fuel pump was bad and it was a one day part. I agreed to the price. The next day I received a call saying the fuel level sensor wasn t on the fuel pump like they thought it would be and it would be an additional charge of approximately $150. I told them I just need my Surburban fixed to make it home.Long story short, poor communication until I called the service manager. My Surburban wasn t fixed until Saturday. Why would it take a dealer 5days to replace a fuel pump?I m a loyal Chevrolet owner ..I expected more from a Chevrolet dealership.

Terrible salesperson I brought my truck in for a trade on a new equinox. The sales manager and I could not agree on a price so he got up and insulted me called me crazy very unprofessional. I went to another chevy dealership in Orange park and saved $6,000 plus a red tag sale and gave me $5,000 more for my trade in compared to Ron Anderson price and treated with respect. And the service departmentIs just as bad you will get nothing but the runaround and over charged.Anything over $200.00 in repairs theirs a 7% fee extra if you put on your credit card. Ron Anderson is the worse. Do your self a favor and stay away from Ron Anderson.

Took my new GMC Acadia in because I couldn't get the 2nd row seat release in the back to work. Ben Manning and Cam were very helpful in showing me what I was doing wrong and getting the release to function properly. I had a great service experience, this was my first time using Anderson's service department.

The Salesman Dylan was so nice and helpful, especially since we traveled from North Myrtle Beach to look at the truck with no guarantee we would buy it. All employees were helpful and courteous.

Three months sitting on their lot no repairs. Back and forth playing games on phone. Says one problem, then they find another! Overcharged for a battery. Rude Customer service when an employee hangs up on you on phone. Lack of communication. Will never buy or deal with this dealership ever again. Vehicle still not running, issue never addressed

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Came out an hour and and a half later. My car sat in the same spot for a very long time. When I inquired about it, they checked and it was finished. Had I not said something I might still be sitting there. Then he wasn t sure if it was finished or not because it was right in front of where I left it in the drop off zone. I m still not convinced the work was done. And I really wanted to give them a good review after reading all the negative comments on Nextdoor about the service department. I bought my car last November from them because I wanted the dealer close to where I live. Looks like I will be looking for another dealer.

I give them three stars because I got a basic oil change and received basic service. Waiting room was clean. Basic coffee, no snacks or bottled water. They did have free Wi-Fi and they had a brand new corvette on the lot!

This review pertains to the service department only; I've had no interaction with the sales side of the dealership.Overall, the service I've experienced over a two year period and five service visits has been significantly lacking customer service and more times than not, the service visits have been disappointing. Ron Anderson is conveniently located to my home, but I will not likely be taking my Silverado to them for service going forward and will try a dealer in Georgia or JAX. My most recent service visit for 45,000 mile service on 16 and 17 Oct 2023 was the straw that broke the camels back for me, but the disappointing lack of service I received was representative for most of my visits. During this most recent visit for which I had an appointment for approx. 10 days was for 9am on 16 Oct. I dropped my vehicle off at the dealership on Sunday evening (15 Oct) for my 9am appointment the next morning. I stopped by the dealership on 4:30pm on 16 Oct, the day of my appointment expecting my vehicles service to be completed, but I was informed the ATF still needed to be changed and it would be another 60-90 mins. I informed the service representative that I would pick up my vehicle the next morning and also expressed bewilderment as how the vehicles service was not completed after 7.5hrs following my appointment time. Frankly, I was not totally surprised based on previous visits. I arrived at the dealership at 9:30 am on 17 Oct and learned my service was still not completed and my vehicle would be ready in approx. 45 min (turned out to be 90 min). The vehicle still required the ATF to be changed and the transmission fluid filter had only arrived to the dealership that morning...good thing I did not wait the day prior. I was told the UAW strike is impacting parts availability (and it is), but they could have ordered the parts when I made my appointment, or ensured the parts were on site at the time of my appointment, or they could have told me all parts were not in and defer the ATF part of the service, or they could have offered my a loaner vehicle, or they could have given me a discount for the inconvenience. The service department had numerous options available to them, but they chose the option of excuses and to inconvenience the customer. I have not experienced any issues with the actual quality of service performed by the mechanics/technicians. If you decide to have your vehicle serviced by Ron Anderson, be prepared to be frustrated.

Everything seemed ok with the work so far on my first visit. I am used to leaving my malfunctioning car a the dealers, what happen if it was completely down? make an appointment to tow it in? Nobody to greet you for service, I felt completely lost when I walked in; no after service detail. I understand you are not huge but, those details could make you huge. I used to take a previous car to a different brand place because of those small things

James was a very friendly gentleman. James kept me updated on everything that was going on with my vehicle. He told me what was needed, what is going to get done before he even started. Would i recommend anyone to go there to get their vehicle serviced yes, ask for James and he will guide you through everything and keep you updated every step of the way. I m sure the other guys there will kept their customers informed as well, but I only dealt with James through my experience.

Came in oil change and tire rotation, also ask them check front in on passenger side. They said they didn't see nothing wrong. So I'm back today because making a louder sound when you hit the brakes. Have a appointment again for tomorrow to check the brakes.
