Great management, great advisors, and great technicians. When you are made aware of the severity of a repair and how long it will take and how much it will cost, it is not the fault of Quick Lane that the vehicle was in the condition it was in. It's an old car, but now it rides better than a new one. VERY SATISFIED AS ALWAYS WITH MY PAUL CLARK FAMILY...and that's how they treat everyone....like FAMILY

Ive been a customer here for a couple of years now and im always pleased with the service I get. I've had 2 tires on 2 different vehicles with nails in the tread. Both were were patched for free which is a great surprise since we didn't know that was even a thing. They've changed my brakes, done regular servicing on my and my wife's vehicles. Always reasonably priced, and quick. Definitely recommend if your looking for a vehicle maintenance business.

Went in for an oil change. Someone hit something in my car. Manager said can't see any damage going into bay same exact view but can see there is damage coming out. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. Had to file a report. Will never go back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I drove in from out of town and my engine light came in. Went to quicklane to save time as the dealership was over booked. Christine at the front made the whole experience worth it. High energy and gets the job done. Be aware that they are charging now a 3% surcharge if you use your credit card to pay for your bill which is an added cost to you but that's extra money for them.After you've already spent almost $1,000 they want to add another percentage for you using a credit card that's wrong.The other problem is they charged you $1,000 or more to fix something and then when you drive it off 2 days later it's not working so what are you do you go back and try again so they can charge you more?

I love this place and I've always had the best service, but today was just top notch. It's always impressive to see someone talk down a grown man's temper tantrum in real time, without making the entire place suffer through the cringe for more than 10 minutes. Nice job y'all.

Stopped in for an oil change. Was helped immediately and a technician was on my vehicle very quickly. Total time elapsed was in the range of a half hour and rate for the service was very competitive. I'll definitely be back.

Quick service, great customer service. Says a lot when the people in customer service have good people skills. Seldom found these days. I was informed every step of the way, which most auto maintenance shops do not bother to do. Ever I'm back in San Fernandina, this is my go to. Great job, guys.

These folks understand customer service. They are friendly, efficient, honest, and helpful. I will continue to have servicing done here. Also, they performed an inspection on a used car I purchased and provided a report card on their findings. WORST PLACE I have ever been to for oil change. The guy could not hear me. I asked for just oil change then notice them taking my tires off and moving them around. ( Just a Note: these are new tires i had put on less then 3 month ago) when done they came out told me there were nails in my 2 of my tires. In all 20 mins turned into about an hour. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I previously took my vehicle to another business to have my car's service maintained. However, as a result of COVID, that company is no currently completing any vehicle service. I read several reviews on local companies in the Yulee area and felt Quick Lane would be my best choice. Not only was the facility kept neat and clean, but the employees were very professional and friendly. My car was in and out in no time at all; in fact, sooner than they had led me to believe. I will definitely continue having my car serviced here and have already spoken with friends and family about them. :)

Taking my car here from now on! The staff is amazing and they always keep you informed if any issues show up with your vehicle! The service was quick and the prices were good! My car's driving like I just bought it!

Do not buy tires here! Do not buy Goodyear tires! They were out of Michelins. So my new Goodyear tires on my 2015 Camry thumped badly. 1st time they said one tire threw a balancing weight, which they replaced. 2nd time they road force tested and found 3 tires were out of spec and Goodyear replaced them. 3rd time they said all was in spec and didn't see any problem. 4th time I told them I would throw these away and get new tires at another shop, manager went for a ride with me and said he would try to work something out and call me back. 2 months later and I still have thumping, unbalanced tires and no one has called me. So I either put up with thumping new tires for the next few years or I spend another $700+ and throw these away.

Don t waste your money or time with this place!!! From 10 am getting a lifetime patch in my tire to being on the side of a road with the same flat tire by 3pm! With the manager complaining about paying his technicians because he didn t want to give a refund. Yelling at my husband after apologizing for the patch but not wanting to give the refund. 1 star because I can t give a zero.

I want to thank my new favorite salesman Brandon for my new truck including the lifetime warranty and very low APR. AT first is was looking not good but he put in the work and made it happened and wake up with a good morning text congratulations come get your new truck. I drove 45 mins back to where I got my truck to now service it. The quick lane was fast, friendly, and got me in and out!! I'll drive 45 mins then 5 mins to my local store.. well worth it!! Good Job Paul Clark for having a fantastic quick lube!

I get my work truck serviced here. I will drive past 50 other places accross 100 miles to do so. They are very nice and very honest. And they always have time for me.

There were NO Covid protocols followed. No one wore a mask at the front desk, nor were there any plexiglass shields in place. Website said they have protocols in place. I saw none at the Yulee location. If this matters to you, just be aware.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was kinda intoxicated while I was getting my oil change, seemed pretty good. They said I had oil in my car and they drained it for me. Awesome job.
