I set up an appointment online for this location for a simple tire alignment. Input all my info in and set up a date and time. I took off work to make my appointment only to show up and be told that they can't do my alignment because I have a dually. (Maybe the site should have an option or warning for dually trucks) After being told they can't do the service, I ask if any of their other locations could do it, I am told none of the others could do it. I called another location and asked about an alignment on a dually, and they told me that it wouldn't be an issue. So this location has nice people working and a nice shop, but the website should be changed to offer a dually option when putting in information about the vehicle.

Originally was happy with my oil change service. However I referred my grandmother to y all. She got her stuff fixed the first time around $900 fix. Then she went back because her light was on still for the tire pressure sensor. she was told by the associate, oh two of your sensors are bad it s gonna cost this much meanwhile we took it to discount tires and they stated nothing is wrong with any of the sensors. The code just needs to be cleared! are you kidding me? That s a scam for y all to play an old woman like that and lie.

My son had a 3-year warranty on a battery. His car needed a jump to start and off he went to get the battery checked at this Pep Boys. After waiting for 1.5 hours. They said nothing was wrong with the battery. So, we got it checked at Advance Auto for a second opinion and indeed it showed a low battery charge and that the airbags may not deploy due to a low battery charge. Pep Boys and I are lucky my son was not in an accident with no airbags deploying. A lady at this location bragged about how much better their testing equipment is compared to Advance Auto...HOWEVER maybe they should take the word of their customers that the car did not start prior to a jump and that we got a second opinion. This could have ended badly with no airbags deploying if in an accident or leaving my son stranded somewhere! They offered to have it rechecked with their testing equipment again. They should have offered to have my son go in again ahead of the line and get this resolved asap by honoring their warranty. They probably just didn't want to honor their battery replacement warranty, or their testing machines are faulty. Will never use Pep Boys again.

I needed a new tire for my car and went to the Pep Boys nearest me. I got there just before they opened. I first spoke to the Manger, Glenn. Glenn is a very nice, friendly guy. He looked up the tires that would fit my car and recommended a Cooper Tire. He said I d be out quickly. I was in no great rush as they have a nice, clean waiting area. Glenn and I chatted a little while I waited. He s a very interesting guy.After 30 minutes my car was ready and they provided me with a multipoint inspection with recommendations service. It was a very pleasant experience and I thought the price was reasonable too.I ll be back for any service I need.

Had a flat tire when I got off from work and luckily I was close to Pepboys. They were able to patch my tire which I was very happy with the service. They were very friendly. I will be going to them for other services as well as needed.

Got a 08 Dakota that s been shaking like a leaf, came in and got two new tires and rotation done in a very timely matter. Thank you for the great service would recommendTurns out a tire was separating. Easy fix

We had an appointment at 10am for a simple oil change. With four children we walked around for an hour and 15 minutes, only to come back and be told that there was still another person in front of us! What is the point of making an appointment? Zero customer care, we will not be back.

Been having AC issues called on a Saturday morning & talked to the manager Stephen, he told me to bring it in for them to at least diagnose & order parts if needed. They did a detailed vehicle inspection (even provided photos) and called me to explain what should be done immediately & explain AC issue. They put dye in for a leak and explained that they didn t want to start work unless they 100% knew the issue. New condenser was ordered and car was fixed & ready by Monday. Stephen and his team were wonderful & I didn t feel pressured into having any work done. I will continue to bring my car here!

Took my ford taurus car there a few weeks ago for a soft brake pedal. Told them I have already had new master cylinder put on but they kept insisting this was the problem. So they put another one on and it did not fix anything over 600 dollars nothing fixed. They told me to take it to ford place it was abs module. Didn't trust what they were saying took it to another shop all it was is 2 brake calipers that were froze up. New shop fixed in a couple of hours and good as new. They said this should have been caught when pep Boys were bleeding the brakes. So dishonest to take someone's money and fix nothing. Will never go back not good customer service.

I wanted to share my experience with Pep Boys in Yulee on the 4th of July.While out running errands, my transmission light came on and 'D' started flashing so I pulled over in 10 Minute Express parking lot. They were closed so I called Pep Boys. Thankfully, they were open and I was able to speak with Steven. He advised me to absolutely not drive car and to have it towed to dealership or AAMCO. Steven was very kind, helpful and patient with me. He even contacted owner of 10 Minute Express to explain situation so my car could stay overnight in their lot without fear it would be towed away.This was my first experience in a long time dealing with vehicle issues alone since the sudden passing of my husband in March.Thank you Steven for you help. So very appreciative and grateful!

Called & set appt for 8AM & arrived at 7:50. Employee came out & told me he was going to take the gal before me since she arrived earlier. No problem. He never came back out for any info so I went in now 4th in line. Was told all online appts are somehow being booked for 8AM . I advised I called not online. He could care less and told me it would be atleast 2 hours for just an oil change. Really???? Nahhhhh, I did my due diligence to call & schedule and still wasn t able to have my car serviced in anywhere near a timely manner. Sorry, y all lost my business!!

Every time I tried to get a diagnostic done, the master mechanic was not there. I made an appointment weeks in advanced but no one said anything about the master mechanic not being there to perform a diagnostic until I was at the counter paying for ADDITIONAL services I added to my visit. The main purpose of my visit was a diagnostic, as stated in the scheduled appointment, and I did not receive this service. Other than this, it s a nice location and it is very clean. I am also quite happy with the services I did receive.The staff themselves (other than the master who is apparently never there even though they say he s there Mon-Fri) are extremely friendly and hospitable. However, not being able to get the most important aspect of my issue addressed, though, after a couple of visits, calls, and an in advanced scheduled appointment, is really bad. You need a second master mechanic who is there often (everyday?? It s a car shop) and then you ll be perfect.

Our suv quit working while we were visiting the Fernadina area this weekend. The staff at Pep Boys went above and beyond to assist us. We were able to leave our vehicle there until a mechanic was on duty and the staff once again were spot on keeping us informed. We appreciate their professional service.

You guys were absolutely amazing! I came in to have my windshield wipers fixed since Windshields Direct couldn't do their job properly and left me in a downpour with no wipers. Y'all all came out and worked on my car in an instant to get me in and out!! I appreciate and will recommend y'all to anyone in town & I hope your business thrives! To whom It May Concern:My name is Deanna DeSena and I want you to know about two of your employees from Yulee , FL. Steven and Kara . My boyfriend and I experienced car trouble in Brunswick GA on 4/15/23 and the closest pepboys was in Yulee, FL. We are from CT and after a week being here we were on our way back when suddenly our car overheats in GA. We called the closest PepBoys and Steven was so kind as to give us an appointment on Sunday morning 4/16/23. When we got to Pepboys that morning, Kara was the nice person who helped us. Unfortunately she explained that it couldn t be repaired by them that day and would be 3 to 5 days to get the part. Although, we did not have the luxury of time we had to be back at work on Monday 4/17/23. While you would think our story with PepBoys ended there it didn t. Even though we couldn t get it repaired by them, they still allowed us to leave our car there and even put it in the garage for us overnight to keep it safe. We ultimately had to order a car transport and rent a car to drive home but PepBoys reassured us that our car would remain safe under their watchful eye. Our appreciation is immeasurable and they were so kind and accommodating to out-of-towners. It took a little longer than we expected to have the car transported and in the meantime Steven ,the manager at PepBoys, kept me updated as to when the car was picked up. Customer service like this does not happen all the time. PepBoys should be grateful for these two workers and their customer service attributes. Went to this location for an oil change, new wipers and other basic maintenance. Upon entering the facility I was greeted by Johnathan who was very friendly and welcoming. I checked out with Johnathan also, after speaking with Corey. Corey was very informative about the maintenance done and also gave me a notice on what would be needed next. My car was done in less than a hour. I will be returning to this shop for any regular maintenance I need in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about this new establishment! I called first thing in the morning on my way to work because my engine oil light came on. Austin, the store manager offered to drive me to work which was right around the corner while my oil was being changed then he even offered to drop my car off at work when it was ready! Thankfully, my boss offered to pick me up and drop me off, but I was pleasantly surprised by the generosity! Also, the price of a synthetic oil change was below average than most of the other places that I ve gone to. I will certainly be returning for additional services as needed! If you need automobile services, go to the new pep boys on SR 200, you will not regret it!!

The most dishonest place I have ever been to. Iwent in for an oil change and they told me Ineeded new tires and then sent me pictures oftires with cracks in the tires trying to pressure meinto buying from them. The pics were of tires butNOT my tires!! The tires on my car are still good.Thank God I did not fall for this. Then he said Ineeded air filters and quoted me high prices forthese so I said I do Not want to change themtoday. Jonathan said how about if I only chargeyou $20 for each filter. Oh I said OK then that'sfine. I don't understand is why "higher prices in thebeginning if I say no then you're just going tolower it down to $20 each this is very suspicious.To be honest I don't even know if I received newfilters or not. Please be cautious of taking yourVehicles here to get serviced.

Came in for my tires to be balanced at 4:00. Was told they could get it done today. Been waiting for 2 hrs and now they can t do it . Will never recommend or be return here again. Very unprofessional.

Emergency ! Needed a battery on a Holiday Weekend. No problem for these guys. Excellent service with a smile. Thank you Steve, Keith, Corey and staff .
