They will tell you they fixed your transmission,(twice) don't believe them. Because less than 1000 miles later it went out AGAIN. I won't be back.

Have to give the gentleman with Paul Clark Ford mobile oil change in Yulee Florida a huge thank you! This service has just been implemented at Paul Clark Ford. Jason and Joe were my service professionals who came to my house and explained everything in detail of what they would be doing to change my oil among other check points routine with an oil change. I couldn t have ask for more respectful, professional and courteous gentleman. All this was done at my home with exceptional care taken for the surrounding property. I am highly recommending this service to everyone.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

No appointment needed, get there early, less wait than Jacksonville big deal ships with VIP and appointments. Chick fila and Walmart is across the street.

I went in Paul Clark Ford in July '22 with my '21 F 150 display screen not working (blacked out). Still under warranty. Daniel Chaney said it was on back order and they will let me know when it gets in. He also said it could take up to a couple months as they were on back order. He said he would call me when the part arrives. I went back in late October or early November asked what was up with the part. Daniel had to reorder the part but it would be released for shipment in 10 days and they would let me know when it arrived. I received no communication from Daniel. My experience over the last 6 months is he does not return calls. That is why I stopped by again today Dec. 6th around 11:30 to follow-up. After a few minutes waiting, I spoke to Daniel Chaney and he refused to look up my truck issue on his computer and I was directed to the parts counter to find out if my part was here. Daniel was confrontative and very rude. Not customer service oriented at all. I felt it was weird that I had to run down my own part and report back to him. That is not what happened in late October/early November when I was last in. The parts man (very nice) got the info and said the part was there but I didn't get it (in so many words) and he could reorder it but would need an service order from Daniel to do so. I walked back around to speak to Daniel and Brian West (very customer service oriented) jumped in, pulled up my information and assured me the part was ordered again and they would call me when it arrived (estimated 2 - 7 days) to schedule installation. Based on my experience over the last 6 months, especially today, I will be surprised if anything happens resolve my issue. Brian Chaney does not need to be in a role that involves customer contact.RegardsService: Auto maintenance

My experience with this establishment was pleasant from start to finish. I took my car in for an oil change and asked for the check engine light to be addressed. The first service advisor I had did not hear me ask for the check engine light to be addressed so when I picked my car up I didn't have answers. After getting home I asked my partner to pull the codes and let me know what was found. He was able to pull the codes and cleared it to see if the check engine light would come back up. The check engine light did not come back on so I had assumed the problem self corrected. A few days later I started to have white smoke come from the exhaust. I called Paul Clark Ford and explained what was going on and they were able to get me in the following weekend and the wait was very little. Chris (certified mechanic) ran a diagnostics on my vehicle and found that I had an manufacturer defect that would take 2 days to fix once the parts arrived. Thank goodness for warranties as I needed a new engine. The appointment was scheduled and I was told I could drive my car up to the day I was to bring it in. I got a call a couple days early since the mechanic was running ahead of schedule. Brian West in service was my service advisor for this visit and let me just say he was phenominal!! He made the process so easy and even asked to have a couple other things aside from the reason for my service and was able to get it taken care of. Due to the service I received from these amazing individuals I will certainly be returning and referring as many as I can. Stopped by for an oil change and tire rotation (The Works Package).Requested full synthetic oil, printed out work order did not say that, when questioned the counter person said I will write it on there. I checked with the tech and he said he wrote it on there. Since I had an issue before, I checked my level which was ok. The tech came out and asked if everything was ok and I told him I check the level because of the previous experience.Got home and checked the oil abbreviation and it was a synthetic blend not full synthetic. Not happy. At auto parts store now to buy what I requested and change the oil myself. Done with Quicklube service.Service: Auto maintenance

Traveling from out of state. Tailgate wouldn't open.called a different dealership who went on and on about it would take two days to diagnosis as I tried to explain it was a tailgate. Called Paul Clark the gal was great said come in and we will checkitout. Daniel found simple fix no charge. I would highly recommend this service dept. Thank u

DO NOT GO! DECEITFUL FOLKS !BEWARE, I was sent a coupon for an oil change, seems pretty simple. I specifically requested they use the exact same oil as the time before.( I had gone here to get my oil changed two other times with no issues at all ,come to find the wonderful you g man I dealt with prior no longer works there)So when I went in to pick my vehicle up I was hit with an additional $20! Charge. The female manager could not explain to me why such a large upcharge even with the coupon I presented before the service was performed which was for $47! She argued with me and said well prices just went up please do your self a favor and save yourself the frustration!!

Ok. Alyssa Random, the service advisor was so helpful. She knew I was from out of town and helped get my car fixed so I could travel safely back home.Even though I know the service department was short staffed Alyssa was so kind in helping us get on our way. Robby (Mgr of Quick Lane) is the Man! Said he d take care of us and he certainly did! Replaced broken washer pump/motor and an oil change/tire rotation with no issues! Total job took about 2 hours, and I went next door for lunch and the time flew by. Yes I ll return in the future for more work! Had oil changed Sat. 1-29-22, on Sunday noticed oil spots in my driveway also noticed oil all over the engine thru the passenger side wheel well. Took truck back Monday morning, was told by the girl up front( only person upfront and was very busy) they will take a look at it, when finished the girl said she didn t understand what the mechanic said but that it was fixed, I left and after about an hour I noticed some smaller drops of oil on my driveway, I opened the hood and it still has oil on the engine, I am hoping that is all from doing sloppy work, I will try and get the oil off the engine and driveway on my own, this is the worst service I have ever gotten from a Ford Dealership anywhere, I wanted to establish a relationship with Ford to do repairs and work on my truck but at this point I will not, there are several other places I will check out and see if they want my business, VERY DISSATISFIED with the service at Paul Clark Ford.Service: Oil change
