Posted originally for the quick lane, but since no one wants to answer to rectify the situation, I m posting it under the whole service center.Pretty disappointed with the quality of work done for a simple oil change. Got in my truck to be greeted with oil/grease on my drivers door, and on my center console. Oil life wasn t reset either. On the bright side, i was in and out within 45 minutes. I d prefer to wait longer for better quality of work though. Probably won t return to this location for service work. If you can t get the little things right, what makes me think you can get the big things right?UPDATE- walked out this morning to my truck leaking oil. Looked at the drain plug and looks like it was torqued down so tight that it broke the gasket. The manager said to bring it back so he can see what needs to be done. I ve already been there once, your dealership failed to properly perform the service paid for. No way in hell will I be driving a $65k truck that s leaking oil back to the dealer that was completely negligent and incompetent in performing the service. The correct thing to do in this situation would be to send someone to ME, expeditiously, to redo my oil change, and also clean my newly stained driveway that resulted in your technicians incompetence. Still waiting on a call back from Daniel, the quick lane manager, as well as the dealer GM. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

I recently purchased a Ford Maverick at Paul Clark Ford and the experience was great. I worked with Karlin and couldn't have asked for a better sales representative. He was knowledgeable, honest and responsive when getting back to me with answers to my questions. This dealership was straight forward from the beginning on the price. The price we discussed at the beginning was the price I paid when I picked up my truck. I'd recommend checking them out when looking for a new vehicle.

From start to finish it was a great experience.Zero pressure. Zero problems. The entire process was fast and the folks at Paul Clark Ford made me feel like family. Super excited this location offers a mobile service! Thank God! Had some recalls to care for and getting to the shop can be challenging. Joe provided a call ahead to let me know he was on the way, showed up on time, very knowledgeable, great customer service skills and informed me of everything that needed to be looked at and/or was done before leaving. Not to mention he didn't leave a mess in the driveway. Thank you Paul Clark Ford for having this option! And thank you Joe for taking care of me! I Will definitely use the mobile option in the future. So convenient!

Normally I like their service area. But this time they only had one piece of repair equipment for three vehicle appointments; service took too long due to this. Unfortunately my vehicle was not in front of line. I would have been in a better mood if informed ahead of time.

Salesperson Dylan was wonderful to work with. He was polite and respectful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Emmet who helped with the sales paperwork was polite and through explained all of the paperwork, payments, and made sure I knew the extra warranties I could add. The whole experience was pleasant and easy to know what I was purchasing and I want to thank the whole team for my new vehicle.

Brandon was stellar and went above and beyond to get me the deal I wanted, which I honestly thought was impossible, since I had gone to other dealerships trying to purchase the same vehicle and did not even come close to what I wanted. Even driving down to the dealership I have serious doubts about getting a deal done, but to say the least, Brandon did not disappoint, he not only have all documents in place for the numbers that I wanted, but was very detailed, and made the process a very quick and easy one. Kudos to him and the dealership!

I received a text from Paul Clark Ford saying that there was a recall on my truck and that they could.....get this....COME OUT to my house to address it! Hahaha, riiiiigghhht!I assumed it was a spammer, we all get those text messages. I thought maybe they'd ask me to convert money to Nigeria secure my place in line for the service. After determining that this was legit and scheduling an appointment, I'm happy to say that they left 20 minutes ago after having fixed an emissions recall on my F350!Jason and Derek were the ultimate customer-oriented technicians and have solidified why I will ALWAYS use Paul Clark Ford, even though the Ford on Atlantic is closer to me.Thanks a ton, I appreciate it! -Hu

I am super appreciative to Paul Clark who came out and did my car and several others who won as well during the school day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! You can negotiate a price, but it will NOT be the price when you get there. We drove over an hour to this dealership, just to have the price be jacked up when we got there. The salesmen named Brandon also did a very sleazy move to try to stop us from going anywhere else. He kept my bank check for a whole day and called me the next day to let me know "I forgot the check". VERY WRONG! Turns out we didn't need the check anyway! Got the same car with way more upgrades for less and with a warranty!

Nightmare in Yulee. Three weeks ago I went in person with a copy of a recall notice and spoke directly with Service Manager Brian West. He said the part would arrive in a week and I made an appointment three weeks away when I would have a rental car due to family visiting. I arrived at the appointed time and spoke with Phillip as Brian was not there. Phillip first said they showed no appointment, then said it was scheduled with their mobile service, and finally said they would take care of it. He confirmed I would have my car back by end-of-day. Four hours later Phillip called me and said the part was never ordered but would be in the next day if I could leave the car overnight. I agreed. The following day at 11:37 am I received a call from Phillip telling me that my car was ready. Phillip called again at 11:45 to tell me that they had broken a trim piece but had ordered a replacement that would arrive in three days. Phillip called a third time at 11:48 am and offered to have my car delivered. I was out with my visiting family at the time and Philip agreed to bring the car at 4 pm. At 12:35 pm Phillip called a fourth time to get my address to bring the car at 4 pm. At 1:10 pm I received a call from Kayleigh asking for my address again and telling me they would bring my car right away. I told her that I was not home and she insisted they could leave my car and key in my driveway. After some argument from her she agreed to bring my car at 4 pm as promised several times earlier. I received an email confirmation that they would bring my car at 4 pm. I messaged Phillip and left a voicemail for Kayleigh when I arrived home before 4 pm and told them they could bring my car anytime. Neither responded. When the car had not arrived by 5 pm I went with my son to locate the car. Service Manager Brian West was there and I asked him why my car was still there. He didn't know and tried to find my paperwork and key. After ten minutes of Brian frantically searching multiple offices and calling his employees at home he did not find my key. He printed a copy of the service order and I took my car home with my wife's key that I had fortunately brought with me. When I had no word that my key had been located by 9 am the next day I started driving to Ford. At 9:18 am I received a text "Your service valet has picked up your vehicle from the service center and will arrive at your location at approx 9:25 am." Since I was IN MY CAR I drove home to see who would arrive with what. At 9:35 a Ford employee arrived to bring me my missing key. He said he was late because he tried to start a similar car with MY key as no one told him I had taken my car home the previous day. He said he found my key "behind an oil can on the other table." Thinking this ordeal was over I received a text at 1:46 pm "Your service valet has arrived at your location with your serviced vehicle." Brian West has not contacted me to to let me know the replacement part for what they broke has arrived and NO ONE AT PAUL CLARK FORD has apologized. On a previous visit it took two employees 2 1/2 hours to perform an oil change after it was on the rack. When I arrived home I checked under the hood and found the battery cover loose on the other side of the car and the fasteners missing. They had also changed settings for lights, mirrors, seats, and mirrors. I drove back and spoke with Service Manager Brian West who had another manager recheck everything under the hood. I spent nearly four hours at the dealer that day for a simple oil change. That time I did receive an apology and a letter for a free oil change. When I went back in a few months for that free oil change, letter in hand, I was told I still owed $68 for the oil change despite the letter. I grabbed my key and left telling him to take it up with Brian West. I heard nothing more about that oil change.

Been working with Paul Clark Ford for years and this is not the first vehicle purchased from them. What set this experience apart from the rest is that Brandon Colongo, our sales rep, was zero pressure and found exactly what we were wanting, but he went above and beyond to ensure that with my busy holiday-travel schedule, we could be in the vehicle with all of the necessary titles, tags, registration and insurance buttoned up working around my strange schedule and suggesting that we could meet, with the vehicle, in between cities so we could start the new year driving it!

The sales might be ok, but the parts department needs some supervision. Called and ordered a door stop for a F350, parts guy looked it up by vin. Said it could be there tomorrow. We tried to pay for it and he said just pay when we pick it up. Tried to call later in the day to get an additional part, and after 2 hours never reached a human to talk to. End of the story is the part was never ordered, and the parts guy dropped the ball. Not a good way to do Business. Will got up the road to GA for now on where they want my business.

I have owned several Ford vehicles over the years and visited several different Ford dealerships to do maintenance on my cars. This is the first time I have had such a pleasant, personalized service that Christina provided. This lady knows what it means to give customer service and ensure that you understand the service, and I did not feel like she was trying to drive me bankrupt to complete the maintenance on my vehicle. Ask for Christina if you stop by, she is the best!

We bought two cars from Paul Clark this year, a 2021 Bronco and a 2021 Bronco Sport. This dealership has been fantastic to work with. Both purchasing experiences were easy and stress-free. There were no hidden fees or surprises and in the case of my Bronco I really feel like they went above and beyond to communicate with me throughout the ordering process.

We went in for a problem, as they were fixing it, miraculously a pin hole formed in a part they weren t even working on and we were told it would cost another $1300. When questioning the service advisor he started becoming belligerent and wouldn t let us speak. We will always make the drive to coggin off Atlantic where they do quality work and stand behind their services and treat their customers with respect. Do not go here unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for issues you didn t have when you went in.

My car died in the parking lot across the street from Paul Clark Ford they sent a guy over to jump my vehicle I required they check it out as not to happen again they started working on my vehicle immediately finding out I had a bad battery and replaced it. Everyone I spoke with at the quick lane were friendly and working hard I got out of there in about an hour. If I have a concern I think the battery price is a little to high but now a days what isn t

I had the pleasure of having Brandon Colongo as my sales associate when purchasing my dream vehicle a 2016 Jeep Sahara. Truly the most stress free and accommodating experience I ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle. They truly did go above and beyond across the boards from start to finish. Have had several positive experiences with the service depart. In each case they diagnosed my vehicle and repaired it in the same day as I waited. Brian West was great and I was not stuck with outrageous diagnostic charges like I have been at other dealers. For my most recent visit Chris (Mechanic) rode in the vehicle with me to listen for that faint sound only I could hear, explained what it was and got me on my way.

Very positive experience with Paul Clark Ford. 2015 For C-Max for 100K service. Robbie, the service rep, worked very closely with me on what was needed and briefed me on the work when finished. Mike, the service tech, did a fine job as did Kaleigh the cashier. Very much appreciated. Well Done!

For mobile service! Joe and Jason came out to the house to replace my battery when it died. They did a multipoint inspection and let me know what else needed attention, topped off fluids, and replaced the battery in less than 30 minutes. They advised me that they can do other services as well such as oil change and brake replacement so I'll definitely be scheduling that soon. Highly recommend. Especially Joe and Jason. They were exceptionally professional, polite, and turned a bad day around for us. Thanks again!

I was traveling from South Carolina to Orlando, when I got to Yulee my radiator fan wouldn t shut off. I pulled up to the Quick lane mechanic shop and was greeted by Christina. I really thought they wouldn t be able to see me being that this was an emergency walk in. She not only got me in immediately she had me out in no time, she s so nice. Best part it didn t cost me a ton to fix.. wish I could give 10 stars.. great location please visit if you need assistance.

Just had Paul Clark Mobile Service do the works on my 2020 Explorer. Done in 1 hour and Joe and Jason did a great job. Also thanks to Christina who set up appointment and handled payment.
