Unbelievably great service and really friendly staff. They took great care of me and my car, and made small talk while I was waiting to help the time pass. They were also very quick considering how busy they were. Job was done in less than an hour. Seriously could not recommend them enough ESPECIALLY when all other shops near them turned me away saying I need to take it to the dealership! These guys are the best! Wish they were in Chattanooga.

My family and I were recently traveling to Florida on vacation when our van broke down on I95. Called the store and got great advice on best way to get my van to their shop. Because of our situation they checked things out ASAP. They tried a number things , but felt it best if we also had it check at a dealer. They voluntarily transported it to a dealer for the remaining repairs. These folks didn t charge me for the work they did because they couldn t finish the repair or for taking their time to transport it to the dealer. In a situation where I could easily have been taken advantage of it didn t happen. Possibly the the friendliest and most honest car repair shop I have every dealt with.

I don't know what I would do without Goodyear. Mike, Bam Bam and the entire crew are so helpful, honest and kind. Best services and prices for all 5 of my family vehicles, including diesel, gas and import. This is the only place I can trust.

My family has been taking a variety of vehicles here for the past 6 years. They have never tried taking advantage of us and always shot straight with us. I've brought in an old truck from the 80's all the way up to a brand new vehicle. I've asked them once to do an oil change, rotate/balance, alignment and a couple other things on one visit. When i went to get my vehicle back, they told me that they checked the alignment and it was barely off. They fixed and told me they wouldn't charge. They have been great to me and my family. Will always go back to them.

Charged me for nothing. Told them exactly what needed to be done. Dropped my truck off, they called the warranty company which denied the claim. Then charged me and told me the exact same thing I told them was wrong with the truck when I dropped it off. Wouldn t take my vehicle there again, seems to care more about money then customers.

The only place that I take my vehicles to and the first one I recommend.Mike and Laura do a fantastic job running this place, if you are looking for an honest and knowledgeable auto mechanic shop, this is the place you need. 5 Stars all the way!

Went in today at 1:25 and the lady told me all the techs are at lunch til 2. I went literally across the street to Mavis Tires, the young man said, "let me grab your keys and I'll get you in as quickly as I can". Good Job Mavis!! That's customer service!! By the way, I just purchased 4 Goodyear tires about a month ago. Never again!!

Was told that this shop could help with lawn mower tires by another local business that we purchase our equipment from. So I went in this morning to have a tire repair for one of our commercial mowers. When I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly team of people and the owner (can t remember his name). They reviewed my tire and quickly realized they couldn t get the tube needed for my tire repair. However, rather than send me off with no results, the owner proposed a potential solution and insisted we give it a try. His solution worked and resolved my issue. When I asked how much the bill was, he said no charge. Go make sure it works out... I tipped the awesome tech who helped me, and went on with my day.But I got to thinking, wow, this place just feels like small town (hometown) service and man do I miss that! I will certainly be back for service and or tires. These folks want longterm customers and not short term gains...That type of service is rare in this day in age and it s great to experience!! Great job Goodyear Yulee Team!

I am a business owner with several ram 3500 which does car transportation. I experienced a flat tire on my truck and it was close to the end of their shift. The staff and the owner of this particular Good year was so friendly and professional it was almost unbelievable. I am located in Augusta Ga. I wished I had this kind of customer service at my home. They even helped me disconnect and then connect to my 4 car trailer. As I said this is not an easy task but they saw that I needed help and they all pitched to help me back on the road. These were some angels sent to my rescue. Going forward I will make sure I will visit them again for all my future tire needs.

Fast professional service. I had an appointment for 3pm to get my tire patched. I was back home and on my couch by 3:27! I will return. I saw a lot of return customers coming in and out making appointments and getting advice. A repeat customer is better than advertising to me.

okay first off the staffvhere is absolutely amazing..had a minor emergency before I needed to get to work at the hospital. came in let them know about my issue and they got me processed before they even opened. as soon as the staff came into the garage they got me in and out within 15 minutes before the garage technically opened. Thank you so very much for taking such great care of me and my vehicle

There s soooo much I can say about this Goodyear location!!! To sum it up, each staff encounter renewed our faith in humanity and just good people! My husband and I were stranded as a result of our car breaking down and from our first encounter with the dear sweet lady at the front desk to the technicians that assessed our car...we were met with the utmost respect, honesty, and kindness! They offered to get us lunch while we waited for the tow truck and my sweet friend at the front desk even drove me to pick up the rental! And to top all of that they loved on our sweet furbaby who was just a ball of energy!!! I do hope the employees read this... we truly believe God sent us angels to watch over us in our time of need! We are so grateful!

Wish I could leave 0 stars. My car was misdiagnosed and I was almost charged 800 to replace a part another shop told me didn t need to be replaced and I still would have been having car issues. I don t know if it s because I m a woman or if they re just bad at their job, but this location definitely forever lost my charge. I d rather drive to Jacksonville for my car services!Edit: They told me I needed my master cylinder replaced, but the part is on national backorder according to them. When I took it to another shop (Girvin Rd Goodyear) they said that there is no way that my car that was less than 5 years old would need a master cylinder already. It was just break pads and break fluid that needed to be changed. On top of that, the second car shop said that they should have checked my break fluid when they changed my oil.Never again!!

Good place, friendly workers, . I would have given them a 5 star review but they sold me a tire that had a dead spot and when they found that out they didn't offer to replace it, they told me it would round itself out...it has been months now and still the same. But they do good work. I still go there for oil changes.

I took the truck in for a brake pad replacement. It turns out, they were in good condition. I was surprised. I guess there are still honest mechanic shops out there. I recommend this locally owned Goodyear location. I will be taking future maintenance here. 5 out of 5.

Lets not say that their customer service people are rude, however they certainly have an attitude of them doing "you" a favor. They're services are certainly not low price and an expected warranty, was non existent. Give your hard earned money to a business who appreciates it.

I have repeatedly brought automobiles here and find they provide a great service for the value. I would normally rate them 4 stars but they get an extra for being AAA members. Make sure you ask for the AAA discount if you have the membership!

Awesome service as always !!!! They didn't have the tire that I needed in stock and after looking for a few minutes and coming back to the counter to tell me, a light bulb popped on over his head...... Mike walked over to a tire display hanging on the wall, checked the numbers and pulls the tire off the wall takes it to the back, comes back to the counter and says " you're next in line". Now if that's not customer service then I don't know what is!!!! Thank you again Mike

Mike and his crew are the best! I have gone in for service from everything from tires to drivetrain and powertrain service and never been disappointed. The only thing I have never inquired about was bodywork and I am sure they could get it done too.

While I don t know the name of the counter manager on the morning of Feb. 28, we were grateful that he was able to work in our oil change while we waited. We are visiting the area for a couple months and chose Goodyear of Yulee because our son is a Goodyear employee in PA. He even helped us get through the road construction so we could shop at Target while we waited. Thank you! (P.S. one tip your showroom needs a really goood cleaning)

I arrived at 5:00. When I entered, there was no one in the office. However, I could see several guys standing in the shop just standing around talking. Finally, a worker walks in and asks how he could help me. When I told him that I had a tire that was leaking air and needed patched, he told me there wasn t anyone available to do the work today. They close at 6:00. Guys still standing around as I drove off.

Absolutely Terrible Service! Had to take our car in for repair - not running well at high speeds. They charged you $128 just to look at it! This amount does not apply to any repairs - this is just an amount they charge because they can. Also, very rude receptionist. We will never take our vehicles to this Goodyear repair location again!
