First time here was great and got great service. Second time, not so much. First, employee says that a full syn change is only good for 3000k. Then I ask for them to change my cabin air filter and they not only put in the wrong one in but tried to tell me its was correct. They also didn't clean out the debris from the old one and jammed my fan. Then they tried to tell me that was not the case. Manager gave me a refund but made no effort to make up for this problem. I think these guys are given incentives for up-sale adders over an standard oil change. I will caution anyone using these guys. see pics

Great experience great customer service. Will be taking my car to them every time. The Manager Todd is very professional, friendly, and you can tell he knows what he s doing! Didn t pressure me unlike take 5 but still made me aware of everything. Angel was also very nice and friendly. I will never take my car anywhere else from now on.

Second time here and my experience was just as amazing as the first. All staff members were so friendly and communicative, they kept me informed on any adjustments needed to be made and kept me reassured that my vehicle was safe in their hands!

Have been having my oil changed here for awhile. This time I was told my valve covers were leaking and my brakes were metal to metal and gave me prices for them to make the repair. My husband and sons checked and my valve covers and they are not leaking. I do have a oil leak but it is not from the valve covers. I had to have two tires repaired due to a screw and loss of air. Took the vehicle to a different tire store. No mention of my brakes. Beware of this store. I will be having my oil changed elsewhere.

Went here once and the experience was okay. Just your normal oil change. Last week I drove in asked for the basic oil change that was $59ish. Guy says okay and starts doing it all and then finished. Came to tell me my price was $100 because it needed synthetic oil. My truck isn't high mileage and he never asked if I wanted it which I didn't. I'd agree with the other customer that they get incentives on up charges. I told the mechanic I didn't ask for synthetic and he said it was already installed. Never again! I'll go back to the dealer.

Incompetent at best. Had new tires installed, did an alignment. Steering wheel is now turning left while driving down the road straight. This was after several tries by them to fix it.Wife stopped for an oil change and they did not re-install the plastic cover all the way. Came loose driving home destroying the cover.Do not go here!

Great service today from Chris!!He was very informative , professional and gave me information about additional services my vehicle needed , but wasn t pushy . I added one service that was in my price range . During the time of the service , he kept me updated on what was happening and again was always professional. Kudos to this team at a nice new location!

Angel and his fellow technicians at Express Oil Change & Tire changed the oil on my 2005 Toyota Matrix on June 25, 2023 and could not have been more professional or competent. They gave me a detailed list of maintenance due on my car, for future reference, but did not push me to buy any services. Angel simply let me know Express Oil provides regular maintenance services in addition to standard oil changes. The price for my oil change was competitive and fair. Due to my positive experience, I plan to return to Express Oil Change & Tire for future oil changes.

After calling, checking their prices, checking reviews i felt they could handle a transmission flush (they said they did them)I made reservation,and noted what i wanted done. When i got there and checked in immediately 2 guys started telling me this wasn't what i needed. But they would have the mechanic (Chris) ride with me to figure out the noise I was being troubled with. Chris heard the noise, but could not tell what it was. He suggested starting with the basic $30 (kindness) diagnostic.I have already had a diagnostic done, but if $30 could find the problem i would do that. Being that transmission flush is a routine maintenance I told Brad to go ahead with having that done, so Brad started the drain. I asked him if they indeed did a flush and he said "no, that can't be done on your vehicle." are you going to change the filter? Again "no that cannot be done in this vehicle"I'm not sure they should get a poor review or if I should for staying there and putting up with all of this. I was there for over 3 hrs, left TOTALLY frustrated and got absolutely nothing i requested, but got a bill for $255.( $150. for a diagnostic,) that according to Brad said the transmission needed to be checked-but it was"just a "routine maintenance " issue. He gave me NOTHING in writing.Service: Transmission

Today I went in for a last minute oil change and was greeted by Angel. He was awesome! He was able to get me in immediately. He was very informative, polite, and his customer service was great! He did a safety check on my brake lights, blinkers, horn and headlights, no other place has done that for me so I was very impressed! He showed me the oil dip stick after the new oil was put in the truck. And best of all he was super nice to my 4 yr old son and gave my son a mini football before we pulled away! Quick oil change and the techs were not too pushy with trying up upsell me products or services. They had Motorcraft oil in stock which was a bonus so I didn t have to change which oil I ve been using. About $100 for an oil change with semi-synthetic oil in a pickup so not terrible pricing.

In Yulee, Florida near the intersection of A1A and Amelia Concourse a rock punctured our left rear tire. We pulled over at a bank and was assisted in changing tire by a state trooper and sheriff deputy. After changing the tire the trooper said we needed air in the spare. I noticed an Express Oil Change & Tire up the street. As soon as I pulled up, Dylan an employee knew right away what I needed. It was closing time and they were starting to close up. Dylan quoted me a price on a new tire and I agreed. We were on vacation and ended up buying a set of 4 even though they were closing. Thanks to Dylan and staff we were on our way in 30 minutes. Dylan and staff were a blessing. God is good.Thank you Dylan and staff,Mike and Kathy Hester

DO NOT GO HERE!! I repeat do not go here. Employees are rude. Manager especially. I went in for a simple oil change and ended up with a car that would not turn on after leaving. They purposely broke the rental car because they made a mistake changing the oil before checking their database to see if they serviced enterprise rental cars. So since I complained and they thought they wouldn't get paid, they broke the car. I called after car broke down and they were laughing over the phone.The entire service crew ganged up on me, one girl, so bad that the guy getting a service beside me said he didn't like how they were talking to me and discontinued his servicing as well. STAY AWAY. This place will get it's karma for treating customers badly for their own mistakes. What goes around comes around to the guy who changed the oil and purposely broke the car. That saying is for you since you like sayings.

This place & the folks that work here are awesome! I needed an oil change badly & was told my serpentine belt was cracked so I had them replace it. Service & price was great! Will be back for sure. My 3 year old and I stopped by to get an oil change. Angel greeted us and let us know we were able to stay in our vehicle during the service. It was so quick and convenient.
