The customer service is excellent. The receptionist is kind, knowledgeable, and quick. Tony Ramos was in charge of my repair. He kept me informed by calling me with updates. On the rare occasion I called him, he returned my calls the same day. I am so thankful for the service.

Brian P totally restored my faith in the automotive service industry! He went above and beyond by helping with insurance and additional touch up work, all while maintaining a professional, attentive, and friendly attitude despite having a lot on his plate at the time. I took my car to this place thinking it was at the Toyota dealer's place. They would be professional. My car came out with a crash. They don't want to take responsibility. They showed me photos of when the car arrived, not when the car was finished. In the end, they treated me as a liar. Be very careful. to take your car to this business

Brian was extremely helpful throughout our entire experience. We had to replace the whole front end of our Prius V. He explained everything. His estimate was accurate. The work was completed on time. He went out of his way to make our experience an excellent one. he was so knowledgeable.We will use Penske again if we need bodywork and we will be in touch with Brian. Paul Menitoff

Great experience. Very professional. If you have State Farm insurance it will be a breeze. I simply walked in and spoke to the receptionist (she was very friendly and knowledgeable) then she linked me with one of the agents. He took pictures and set a date for me to come in and drop the car off. He had the rental company ready for me and they came to pick me up from the location. In the end my car was back to the original condition and I was able to leave the rental car at Penske. They took car of everything and made it headache free. Since they were a partner with State Farm the payment was handled between the two companies and I didn t have to deal with any of that complication. I couldn t have asked for a better experience.

EDIT: Bringing this down to one star, found traces of paint overspray on the top plastic trim piece of the door. Sloppy job. (Last Image)Last week I took my GR86 in to repair a door ding on my passenger door (image 8). Matthew Armenti was helpful and reassuring that they would take their time and make it look good as new. Even went as far as to order any replacement parts ahead of time for me.Upon receiving the car a few days later, the door had been paint matched very well; however, the dent was still faintly there (4th image, see how the reflection distorts), and the door itself had poorly-finished crusty clear coat all around its edge, top to bottom (first 3 images) with a small drop trickled down the side. Small traces of it also ran on top of the front fender s edge where it meets the hood, and partially the hood s edge too.I of course had to take it in one more time, making sure to let management (John) know about the situation when coming in. He sympathized and has paintwork experience to confirm what it was and made sure to make it right for me in the end (images 5-7).I m thankful to him that it eventually was sorted out, but I can t forgive the team that rushed/overlooked this unprofessional job in the first place. This car holds a lot of sentimental value to me, so you can imagine how frustrating it was to discover this poor quality finish. I pray that this doesn t happen to any future potential client of theirs having the same situation as me, and hope their quality improves.

It took a long time to get my car back- partly because they were so busy and partly because they had to work with an insurance company. However, Jeff was super friendly and patient with us. We bothered him a lot but you wouldn't be able to tell from how he treated us. He went above and beyond to get my car the best repair. It looked excellent when I picked it up and was all cleaned up for me. I would definitely recommend working with Jeff here if you need work done on your car. Really bad experience with them they made me wait and no one came out they told me the were super busy but other people came after me and they took care of them first,and the reason it s that because I was paying out of pocket and they love insurance claims so they can charge more,and the funny part is that I buy all my cars from them

Great service and since it's connected to Palm Beach Toyota, i trust to take care of my car repairs. Matt is amazing and has 5 stars cause of his attention to details. I look forward to getting my Lexus fixed in coming weeks. He's the best!!! I highly recommend him and they know how to talk to ins companies. I work as a paralegal on behalf of ins companies, and it takes lots of prof experience and expertise to make them understand the insured's needs and special circumstances. This is the best place for speedy car repairs!!

Wasted my time completely. Was trying to get a quote for a repair but unfortunately it never went through. The wait time is ridiculous (1 month) just for an appraiser. Also the appraiser was not the most knowledgeable person I have dealt with. On top of that, the insurance company did not get any notice of my estimate being sent. So do yourselves a favor and select another body shop because they will waste your time.

I used this business to repair my daughters vehicle that was involved in an accident.My husband and I both are in the automobile industry.we both have high expectations when it comes to service of any kind in a dealership.We both were so impressed with this establishment!I never once had to call them and ask them what was going on- I was updated every single day by text.our vehicle ended up being ready days before the estimated date and the car looked amazing and the detail inside the car was awesome!Matt Armenti was professional from start to finish!!Thank you for the great service.

The staff at this facility was very empathetic and helpful when my 83 year-old neighbor wrecked her car. When there was a post-repair necessity to return the car for a low coolant problem, they had a Jerr-Dan here promptly and returned the car to her an hour or two later. Thank you John G., Matthew, Rick and others.

I needed to get my Toyota C-HR repaired. I chose Penske Collision out of a list of repair shops. My first contact was John, then Julio. They were truly amazing and professional. My car came out of the shop looking brand new. I would recommend Penske Collision to anyone who needs any type of repairs. They are consummate professionals and truly care about you as a person. My thanks to John, and his staff for all the help in organizing the peeling bumper repair after i had moved out-of-state post their initial bumper cover repair. They orchestrated a local collision/repair shop and a rental with nothing out of pocket and little to no headache on my part with really quick turn-around!Thanks again and Merry Christmas!

Tried to bring my car here to get repaired. I was asked to bring it in for an inspection so they can order the parts and Jeff gave me a whole story that everything is backed Up right now and it will take it a bit. He said 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks I called to follow up and he told me another 2-3 weeks. After ANOTHER month I called and he told me that I had to bring it AGAIN for another inspection to order parts. So after 2 months nothing was ordered. I took my business else where last week and just got the call that it will be done this Friday. Don t waste your time with this body shop.

I have used Penske Collision in the past to repair my Toyota RAV4 and had a wonderfulexperience both times. My latest visit was the n 10/26/21 and my estimator was, Matt A. I had a wonderful experience with Penske Collision. They level of Customer service that Rick provided exceeded my expectations. I hit some road debris on the way to work and thought that there may be some serious damage to the bottom of my car. My insurance company set up an appointment with Penske because they were close and could see me right away for an estimate. Rich was supper helpful in seeing to it that I got into a rental car right away as I really needed to be back at work. Luckily no significant damage was found but Rich pointed out a problem I suspected I may be having given how my car was pulling to the right. One of my tires was damaged! Rick said he could have a new tire for me in a couple of hours which I was surprised about because my from my experience my tires are difficult to find. He also found one for me at a really great price as my tires can be very expensive. I am very loyal to the Tire Shop that put the Wheels on the car to begin with so I was hesitant to take Rick up on his offer to change out the tire and adjust the alignment. What most impressed me was that Rick was insistent on helping me not trying to sell me on something I did not need telling me I could come pick up the car later and they would put the donut on for me so I could take it to my regular tire shop. After experiencing this level of customer service I couldn't help but take Rick up on the offer. Thanks so much for all you did Rick! I will certainly recommend Penske to all my friends and family.

Both my car and my husband s car had mishaps with debris on the road within a two week period of time! My car was much more badly damaged, and yet was taken care of in less than a week and they made getting my rental and retuning my rental very convenient. My husbands car had minor damage, and when we showed up it was put up on the lift immediately, it was a quick fix with just a few small connection pieces and the grill cover that needed to be fixed - and it was done immediately with no charge. Your service people are so polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I worked with Glen but we did not catch the name of the gentleman that worked on my husband s Prius yesterday. I will recommend your service department to ANYONE I know who needs repairs. Thank you so much!

Excellent service from this company. My daughter's car was repaired there after a serious collision. The experience from the moment we walked in and spoke to the receptionist,to the continuos professional work from Tony Ramos our estimator, was excellent. Dealing with Tony was a nightmare brought my car in for a simple dent on my drivers door. Took a week to finish the repair when I went to pick up my car there was a stain on my passenger front seat. Tony insisted that the stain was there and that he had a photo to prove it when I saw the photo you couldn t see anything. My car was painted white and the stain just so happen to be white. Mind you they cleaned the seat but Tony still had the audacity to tell me that the stain was there and even called me into his office to try to point out the stain on the picture that he had. These people will not take responsibility for anything that they do to your car I suggest looking somewhere else. Other issues I had was what appeared to be overspray on the entrance to my door which he also claims was there even though that was also cleaned up by them. Another issue I had was the door that was painted had spots on it which they buffed out. Overall the experience has been far more complicated than it needed to be and I ve wasted my time coming on multiple trips to pick up my car. They do sloppy work and charge the insurance a fortune.

I recently was involved in an accident, one of the options my insurance company suggested was Penske Collision. I took my car there and met with Jeff Ferencz, he was very helpful and guided me through the entire process during the repairs. He said his goal was to make this as easy on me as possible. I was impressed with their facility, the service and the repairs that were done. It was a relief that everything went so well and that my car looked great again. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I had my glass broken last Thursday and of course it was after 5pm and everything was closed ,Ibwas looking for a glass shop and some names came up so Friday morning I started calling around and No one would pick up the phone , mind you it's 8am , finally I called Penske collision and I was freaking out by now luckily Brian answered the phone and I explained the situation that I needed my window covered until it wa fixed , he said no problem come right in and ask for me , he ordered my window that Friday and by Tuesday he had my window ready for installation, Maya even took me to my work ,thank you for making a difficult situation a little more comforting . In would definitely recommend them ..

This place is great. The repairs to my car were done well and the staff is excellent. I had a little issue after it got fixed and they got right on it and handled it immediately. They are very professional and give excellent customer service from the receptionist to the mechanics just everyone it seems you deal with is all about customer service in an excellent way.

I went to drop my vehicle off for estimate and repair. The staff was very friendly, professional, prompt and very organized. My rental car was waiting outside. The entire process was easy and quick. I recommend Penske Collision to everyone.

My insurance company asigned this shop to me because it was the closest to my location, so i called them in order to schedule an appointment.Right away the person answering the phone had a very bad attitude towards me, and made me feel like i was bothering her; i kept providing her with my information, and i really tried to overlook her rudeness, but after the 3rd time she made me feel like i was begging for something, i had no choice but to stop the process and cancel my appointment.I ended up selecting another shop, and the process of making my appointment with that other shop was night and day: pleasant conversation, as they made me feel like a valued customer.Customer service is a MUST for this type of business.If you have zero "people's skills", then please get a job in accounting, or something similar.
