Daniel, of Neverland RV is the only one to touch my camper. He was prompt, respectful, trustworthy and worked hard and fast to determine the issue and the fix. I can t imagine calling someone else for service. If he s busy when you call, give him a chance to get out to you, he s worth the wait.

Called for a problem withShutting my gray valve, Dan showed up, said the valve was shut all the way. Continue to get an estimate on things I needed done. Gave me a verbal estimate of 1100, Sent me a written estimate of $1293 . Told me that my AC metal box needed to be replaced along with a thermostat, I got another estimate the guy thoroughly checked the AC it was A burned out wire not what he said it was,When Dan was here, I said how much I owe you, Charge me $235 for the estimate to look and see that the valve Was shut, Very expensive experience to just give an estimate. I suggest you look elsewhere before you call him first. Dishonest in my opinion .

Mr. Daniel was great! He was very professional and willing to help. My A/C in my new Grand Design went out and he was there to help every step of the way, even with the paperwork for the warranty! Daniel did a great job and got a new a/c unit in for a reasonable price. He is very responsive with calls and emails, and always calls to let me know when he is on the way. Very pleased with his work and responsiveness. Daniel is super friendly, making it very comfortable to have him working in my camper. He is now my go to person for repairs.Service: Air conditioning

This is the owner of Ideal RVs and I want to thank Neverland RV repair & serviceWe Thank Mr. Jones for providing excellent RV service and repair, we are an RV dealership in business since four years in the Lakeland Polk county area and have been doing business since the last six months with Neverland RV repair and service highly recommend Mr. Jones and his company who s came through for us several times on several RVs if there was a sixth star I would provide it as of now we re going to go with googles five Happy Trails

Daniel was a pleasant and friendly person. Although our issue was not in his list of services, he still have a quick opinion of our root problem, and didn't charge us for his time....a rare occurrence in this day and age.

Was only one of two whose responded to my call for an emergency water leak. Arrived at the promised time and was able to determine the cause provide a fix to remedy the water leak. Won't hesitate to call again if needed.

I talked to him made an appointment to meet him took off work to meet him showed him what I needed and haven't heard from him since
