Brought our RX 500h in for a scheduled service on Saturday. There was several cars ahead of me but it was quick getting checked in. Jesse was our service guy and he nothing of awesome. He gave us details on what they were checking and asked if we had any issues. Jesse gave us his contact number and shared where his office was located in case we had any question. Our service was completed on time and everything went as planned. Jesse was polite and professional and couldn't have asked more from him. He made the process simple and made sure we were comfortable. Jesse is an great asset to Lexus of Palm Beach. We highly recommend him if you have any service needs or questions. Thank you Jesse you did an outstanding job!

Arrived for my scheduled 5,000 mile service check-up. Was promptly greeted by Scott. Entire service was completed in just over 1 hour, which was super efficient. Angel assisted me with some technical questions I had and solved my issues very quickly. I had a wonderful experience. Thank you.

My service advisor Chris has redeemed Lexus for me. Repair and maintenance is never fun and can be stressful and costly. Chris was honest and transparent. Tim the service manager was calm and understanding ans maintained professionalism, even when I became agitated and frustrated. My car now rides like new again and I totally trust the service dept at Lexus of Palm Beach after many experiences elsewhere.

I ve been to this Lexus several times and have had great service from Steven and Jesse. Steven is great to work with, he sold us our new Lexus and has answered all my questions since. Jesse has worked with us in service and he is awesome too. Very kind and knowledgeable. Both of these guys deserve raises!

Have purchased four Lexus' at this dealership. Always had them serviced, repaired, and maintenance performed here. Never a problem. Technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and customer friendly. I realize that I could probably go elsewhere and save money, but cheap is hardly a substitute for quality and peace- of- mind service. Lexus of Palm Beach is a class act and one feels that you're their number one priority. The customer lounge is large with comfortable seating and refreshments. Even the bathrooms appear pristine and well maintained.

I have to say, this was my second time as a Lexus costumer, My wife and I were impressed by the professional demeanor of all the associates: once, our vehicle was due for service we confirm the commitment from the service associates, we were assisted by Jesse Garcia both times and we can tell He is content with what he does and how his job affect those who are being assisted.Thank you for making us feel welcome into your premises.

Such a nice experience. I signed up for the express service. After dropping off my car, I relaxed in the customer lounge area. I had a coffee and before I knew it my phone was ringing as my car was ready. A quick look at my watch and I saw it was less than an hour after I got there. Perfect!!

I have always had a wonderful experience at Lexus of Palm Beach Service Center. Every person there is friendly, helpful and polite. Tim, the Service Manager, is outstanding and will take good care of you from start to finish. You will not regret booking a service appointment here!

Brought our Lexus for servicing at Lexus of Palm Beach and had a great experience with Tim Piggee, an assistant service manager. The service department suggested we replace the front tires as they were fairly worn. Tim quickly pointed out that our Michelin tires were warranted for 60k miles. The car only had 26k. He contacted Michelin and we were offered a 57% discount on a new set. Way to go Tim!

Jessie my contact for my service yesterday. What a personable gentleman! He explained what was included and gave me options for my 5,000 mile check up. During my wait time, Jessie would come over and inform me as to the progress and how much longer he felt the wait would be. I totally appreciated his care and consideration! What a gem!

AJ understands the vehicles and is a magician with technology. He s always eager to help and does it with a smile. He explains the most simple of functions that are not simple to me and he does not get frustrated which is refreshing. Anthony was my advisor and was completely professional and attentive. I went to pick up my car, which was left overnight to be serviced the next day. My service agent, Rick, was not there, but he left clear instructions for another agent to take care of me, and everything went smoothly. This agent was pleasant and did things efficiently. Great teamwork!

Came for my first complimentary maintenance and was very impressed with the Palm Beach Service Center. Interior waiting area was clean, spacious, and offered coffee and bagels to those waiting. Anthony and the staff serviced my vehicle in a reasonable amount of time, and I look forward to returning for any future maintenance my car needs.

Excellent service by Ron Speck in Sales and Mike in Finance. I am an out of state purchaser and Ron worked very closely with me to procure the NX350h Luxury model. I had to wait for 2 months to get a specific vehicle which could not have happened without timely responsiveness, communication and closing by Ron. All in all a great experience with the dealership. I highly recommend Lexus of Palm Beach.

I did not buy my Lexus at Lexus of Palm Beach but that did not stop them from being extremely helpful, courteous, and attentive. Making the appointment was easy and quick. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left the staff was extremely on top of all aspects of service. I waited for the car in a beautiful area with all conveniences.

My overall service experience was very good, but there was a gray area where I had the vehicle to be pick-up by an in-land transportation company to carry the vehicle to my shipping agency, Tropical Shipping, but that could not be done because the vehicle had too much gas in the tank. I had requested that the vehicle have only a 1/4 tank or less gas and as such, the vehicle could not be carried to the shipper due to the vehicle having a 1/2 tank of gas. I had to pay the trucker for that service time since he could not take the vehicle with a half tank of gas. As a result of that I have to pay the trucker to return for the vehicle when the gas has been reduced to a 1/4 tank of gas or less. Other than that, my serve was great.

We had a great experience with Lexus of Palm Beach. There was no pressure to buy or lease anything we didn t want or need. Jack Hughes (sales agent) was very professional and worked to get us out of there in the shortest time possible. He gave a thorough explanation of the features of the car and answered all our questions completely. Also no pressure from Mike in the finance department. He worked with us to get only what we wanted. I d go back again!

I took my car into Lexus to get my second key fob and received excellent professional service. The waiting room is very comfortable and snacks and beverages are available. They even washed my car. Lexus is a class act. Thank you for the excellent service.

Went in for an oil change and had one simple request. Don t wash my car because it has a ceramic coating and that voids the warranty. Of course they wash my car and I now see all sorts of tiny scratches on my black paint. Thanks Lexus

The Lexus dealership has been very helpful and has great customer service. The other day my tire pressure alert came up on my dash and I noticed a screw in my tire. I drove straight to the dealership. They patched my tire and washed my car all in under an hour.

My service advisor Nick really restored my trust with Lexus of Palm Beach. I honestly gave up on the service there. He was professional, listened to my needs and made sure that my reason for my visit was addressed the first time. I don t have to go back saying the reason for my visit was not fixed. Neither did he just try to rip me off with prices and things I did not need. Thank you Nick I hope things will remain this way.
