I recently had my Tesla serviced at European Paint and Body, and I must say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable and his staff were all friendly and professional. Not only were they informative throughout the entire process, but they kept me updated on the progress of my car.The body work that Chris and his staff did on my car was simply outstanding. I was truly impressed with the results and couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend European Paint and Body to anyone who needs body work done on their car. This place is FANTASTIC. Utterly spotless facility, staff is amazingly responsive and accommodating. I was totally flustered dealing with the insurance company until the owner, Frank Frasca, took over and handled everything! My car came back looking like it just came out of the showroom and it only took 5 days to fix a 26k dollar repair. I could not recommend a shop more than this one. Absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Thank you European Paint and Body!!

I am very happy with the job done on my Tesla. I live in Miami and only trust to leave my car in the hands of Bob and Chris no matter the over one hour driving distance because at the end I get the quality and service I deserve. My Tesla looks brand new again like if nothing had happened to it and believe me this car has been through a lot. They always reach out to give me updates about the service, easy and fun to work with. Thank you so much for this year!

This shop is the best of the best. I had an accident driving from Toronto to Florida. This shop was recommended by Tesla for my repair. From start to finish, these folks are an absolute class act, excellent in service and particularly customer service. Irma at reception is phenomenal and Chris in service was one of the few service people I ve ever met, who really cares and put their heart and soul into making their customer happy. I couldn t more highly recommend this repair shop.

My BMW was sideswiped and the repair was so good that my husband couldn't tell what side of the car was repaired! Plus they communicated with me throughout the process and even reached out to me after the repair to make sure I was happy. I cannot recommend then enough.

Called several shops and decided to go with European after going into the store. They had all kinds of high end vehicles which made we feel good taking my BMW to them. They seamlessly worked with my insurance company and had my car done so fast compared to what others quoted me! Ty to all the staff!

This is the place to go for your BMW paint and body work. European paint and body 2 treated me with the respect I expect from an establishment as this one. Bob the manager was very helpful and informative about my 8 series and the process it was good ng to go through. Took my car here for an estimate and got a real quick reminder of how cruel and ambitious some people can be. The damage: a small dent (that you can barely see) a loose part {that only needed to be screw back} and a 1 1/2 inch scratch. I explained to the technician that this would be an out of packet expense for me, no insurance involved, he kept insisting I file an insurance claim, didn't take long to understand the reason behind that, a ridiculous amount of $5,244 that he came up with, explaining they had to repair and paint the whole right side when the damage {the scratch and dent} was no more than 2-3 inches big and the loose part was something minimum because the next place I went to get another estimate the technician put it back in place in less than 3 minutes; and for free btw, (thank God there's still good hearted people out there} Moral of the story this place is a complete and absolute rip off, be very careful if you decide to go there, they're waiting to eat you alive.*BTW front girls are not friendly at all.*I posted one picture of the damage will be posting an update with more before and after photos soon.Update: No sir you guys did nothing for free, misunderstanding on your part, and I'm not expecting free work either, but it was the next shop I went to that did it, not you. I have no intention of returning to your place.

Kudos to European Paint and Body 2! Anna, the receptionist, kept me informed the entire process; Sal and Chris did a phenomenal job with the body and trim work. Bob, the manager, made me feel like a friend and not a client. Thanks again for a great experience and professionalism. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family.

I took my BMW 2022 X5 in for an estimate for a relatively small repair and told them I was insured with State Farm. The sales person said he would provide State Farm with the estimate once I had a claim number, which I provided. I had to call/Text several times to get them to return my call and the sales person was extremely rude and interrupted me as I tried to ask if they had provided State Farm with the estimate, telling me he would only give State Farm an estimate after I had dropped off the car and it was taken apart. When I finally got to ask a second question, he told me I had to sue State Farm if the costs were more than authorized by State Farm for the repairs. When I said that does not make sense, the sales person told me that I should not take my business there. I agree and recommend others to stay away too based on the rude behavior by the sales person.

I work with Chris Silveira and getting my Tesla model three dent damage. I was impressed with the way that it was handled. They met my expectations and even more the car was returned to me exactly on the date that it was promised the service was excellent they want even above and beyond to make sure that I was dropped off and picked up from the rental car place, and overall I was very impressed with this place

Took my BMW 3 series here for some work after being rear ended. First off the counter staff is fairly rude and wouldn't respond to me after asking for several updates on my car. After it being there for approx. a month and a HALF, I finally got my 3 Series back. Upon close inspection, I can tell quickly that it was a sloppy job. The rear paint doesn't match under light and the panels do not line up correctly. If you love your car, STAY AWAY!!

I was truly satisfied with the customer service provided, the care they gave my car, and the outcome of the repairs. Luis was great, he kept me in the loop at all times and reassured me that I would be highly satisfied, especially because he had one of his top techs on it. Huge thanks to Carmelo for letting me check it out even when my car looked not so great and definitely for making sure my car looked spectacular after the repairs. Both Lyis and Carmelo went above and beyond to provide a 5 star experience!!!

The owner has changed. When I brought my car in the last time, the shop estimate was outrageously high ($5k), and I was told they didn't know if the intervention could even fix the problem! I didn't use the garage and have moved my rating to 3 stars. I have no idea what kind of job they would do.This was my original 5-star review when it had the original owner:THE BEST, hands down, not only for repair but for personal care. I had work done on my BMW twice (to perfection). Today, I could NOT open my hood. I took it to BMW service ... 4 guys tried to open it but couldn't, said I needed to come back in and have an hour or so worth of "work" to get to the bottom of it. I immediately thought of Bill at EP&B. I drove over. Within seconds, the hood was popped. He said it just needed a little lubrication, which he provided at no charge! I cannot recommend this company enough.

When I went through my first accident this is the location that my insurance company sent my car to. I didn't know any better but my first call was from Anna who was the first person outside of my family who asked me if I was okay and if I needed anything. She was the sweetest. The next person I dealt with was Edwin who also made sure to ask if I was okay. He explained the process that the car would go through and what to expect. After everything I went through with the accident and all the stress of the insurance company this place took all the stress out of getting my car fixed. They both kept in touch with me and always made sure I didn't need anything. I thank them both for the professionalism and kindness. My car came out perfect and I would recommend this place not just for the work but for the people.

We have used them twice for our Tesla Model X. Bob & Anna have been fabulous at taking care of us and out vehicle. They are very responsive to our emails and texts and phone calls. As busy as this place is they always find time to speak with us regarding our repair status. Highly Recommend them!

Based on a recommendation from another reputable body shop in the area, I took my BMW 428i to European for repair of damage to my passenger side rear quarter panel and my door. I was initially told that the repair would take about 3 weeks; however, I had to wait nearly 3 weeks before I could drop it off so that they could schedule me in. My scheduled drop off date was 3/22. I arrived to drop off and was handed off to my service advisor who then told me it would likely be 4 weeks for the repair if they had problems getting the parts, but that he would keep me updated. Well, today marks 6 weeks and I still don't have a firm answer when my car will be ready. To make things worse, 2 weeks ago on 4/26 I was told that the car was "going to paint" but this morning I got an email stating that "paint department rejected the splice line on rocker" (sic)...so, it's been sitting in the paint department for 2 weeks???? I've not been offered a single apology, I've not been offered any sort of real communication about the status of my car or any estimated delivery date. In the meantime, I'm out $300+ a week in a car rental since my insurance only covers 30 days of rental. I can not yet give a review on the quality of the work performed, but based on the customer service i've received so far I am very nervous.Service: Painting

Edwin and Bob did an amazing job with both of our vehicles. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the quality of their work and jumped through some hoops to get everything done and get the car back to us as soon as possible. We really the attention to detail and going the extra mile for us. We highly recommend them and would definitely bring the cars back if needed in the future.

I couldn't be happier with the customer service at European Paint and Body! They repaired the body of my car from a hit and run and not only did they do the job perfectly, but they kept me posted every step of the way. They called me every four days to tell where we were in the process and how much longer until completion. The staff was so friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable! I recently entrusted European Paint & Body to perform a significant repair to the door of my Audi coupe, and my experience could not have been more accommodating. In addition to pro-actively going above and beyond the work promised, they effectively managed my insurance company relationship, and completed the repairs on-schedule and ensured complete sanitization of the vehicle prior to me reclaiming it.
