I really wish I could leave 0 stars! The manager of this business was the nastiness man I have encountered in my ENTIRE LIFE. He came out the shop screaming obscenities bc I didn t park in a parking space as I was simply asking the staff if they could assist in servicing my vehicle. He ranted about him already having a bad day and if I didn t like it I could leave. Extremely poor customer service and indecent professionalism. Don t spend your money on this blasphemous establishment!

Customer for 10 years brought in 5-6 cars at least.. A great day is when I did not have to see or talk to the Manager/Owner.This is a very rude , disrespectful, angry individual, Who screams at his customers the same way he screams at his employees.He is the one person, who hurts this business the most. No one else to blame. Most bad reviews you see out there are about him.. He is the reason why people dont return.I found a new place for tires n oil, where I get treated like a valued customer. My only regret is not finding them sooner.There are a bunch of Tire/oil places, no need to put up with B.S from nobody.

Jeffrey and Carl are both hardworking, trustworthy mechanics. They go above and beyond to make sure your car is well-maintained and feels better to drive. When my alignment was off they corrected it and showed me the issue. Another mechanic told me they needed $1200 to fix my car. THANK YOU!

Horrible!!! Can I give a negative star!!! Owner is a jerk. Think he can talk to people anyway he wants. Want a cookie for being the owner? . I was just trying to ask a question when I heard the mechanic discussing me. He yelling like I'm a kid. Don't wish harm on many people but karma is a B. I bet his family life is messed up. Nobody needs to be that bitter so early in the morning.

I noticed in the reviews I wasn't the only one dealing with a miserable person. The owner im assuming, gave me an attitude and refused to plug my tire for no good reason. Do not go here. I don't know why he has a guy on a bicycle advertising the place when he doesn t want any business. Went to one down on congress had it plugged within minutes.

I needed a pair of rear tires and I heard this location had good deals. Not friendly service but they do have a fair selection of tires and the price is very reasonable. The gentleman was pretty much a buy or get outa here type of guy. His price was good but I chose not to buy here. I feel like it s my choice where I spend my money and vocal tone plays a part in that.

The manager has outstanding customer service. We were in dire need of roadside service and had already called 11 companies who didn't want anything to do with it. Deals on wheels was very accommodating and quickly came up with a plan to get our truck operating. Not to mention we were 1.5 hours away from them!They exceeded the deadline!

Absolutely just the worst service you could ever receive. Guy who I spoke with on the phone pertaining to my urgent flat tire situation was a rude jackass. Don't ever do business here, these people are the worst and will just upcharge you for anything and treat you like trash....

Had an oil change and the mechanic didn't properly attach the oil cap... leaked oil for 2 weeks... No Deals on Wheels or oil. The owner Jeff also was irate and irrational. Never apologized for the bad service. Not good service.

I came to ask them a question about a truck they supposed to be fix for me. Those people attitude was so bad, I couldn t even communicate with. Please don t do business with these people. You work hard for your money don t go spending it at this dead end shop. I would not had knew they existed if it was for penske. They stolen everything out the truck. Please be careful with this shop. Every bad reviews is 100% accurate. Run please.

The owner of the place is a very aggressive person received me with a bad attitude. I came by to see if his employee was at the shop and kept yelling that it was only him and started cussing at me for no reason. Maybe because I m a Hispanic women but to his other customer who was a male he received them with such empathy, a whole 180 change. Called the police on me just because I was asking why he was treating me aggressively when I came and there was no need to cuss. An owner should be rational and welcoming to his customers not uneducated and disrespectful.

I m not one to write reviews but the customer service I received was extremely horrible and thus had to write this review. I ve had my own tires changed at this establishment before. It costed me $20 cash to change and mount my own tire. Recently, I had a tire I needed to change and mount. When I arrived at the establishment, I said to the owner I need to change my tire and he said go park my vehicle and so I complied. I showed the owner the tire I needed to change and my tire in the trunk. The owner said it s $25 cash. I said, sir I only have $20 cash on me and I ve changed my tire here before. He looked and said it s always been $25 with an attitude. I said no it has not, because I ve changed my tire for my other vehicle over 2 months ago and paid $20 cash. I noticed he doesn t have great customer service skills at all and I was not about to fight over $5 difference. It was approximately 25 minutes before the shop closed. There was no way I would have been able to make it to the bank and back with the remaining $5 cash. So, I asked can my pay with my card for the amount you are charging? He said with an attitude, no cash only for this service. I didn t have a problem with the money at all. If the new price is $25cash I m not going against new prices. I m very displeased with the level of customer service. His attitude was more so like, I don t care and I don t want your money and I don t want to do the job. Crazy enough I was able to find another tire shop 5 minutes away who charged me more than $25 for the same service and I gladly paid for it with my card. They had great attitude and the level of customer service was great. Customer service does make a big difference in business. I m not sure if the owner have ever taken a course on customer service prior to opening his shop but I do hope he understands that without customer service, he won t have much customers and without customers he won t have a business.

I Showed up there with no appointment to get my tire fixed I did not have to wait got quick fast service the guy very nice and pleasant. prices were very reasonable so I got an oil change done too would definitely recommend doing business here will definitely come back every time I need an oil change or Tire work I am very happy with the work and the service that was received

bought four big truck tires from him they were Chinese ( I had concerns owner assured me that there good they have no issues,In the 1st 6 months never took it on the highway at high speeds truck was shakenCalled there shop owner was very short with me claimed there something wrong with the truckI don t have a lot of free time tried a few things just started to get worseCalled again I was warned by his employees bring it there when the owner is there. Due to the owner won t do anything to fix the problem.One of my drivers took to them while the owner wasn t there They didn t due anything we talked about. The phone except thru more balance beeds and broke my equalizer valve.Called them back several times with no answer back finally got hold of the ownerAgain real quick with me told me the same thing something must be wrong with the truckTo bring it back in. Explained my situation might be a little whileI m busy and the truck is not being used much. Well today again owner didn t want to hear anything about what they did, So he gets to profit from selling cheap tiresHe doesn t listen or even care or try s to help I m assuming he doesn t have the experience for big tires. He doesn t even have a balancer, that s why he could catch the defective tire to begin with.

I've been there 3 times in the past 6 months for small replacements and general maintenance, each time I was told exactly what I was having done and what it would cost, no fuss and no bs. Pricing is more than fair and each time I was back on the road in less than an hour, and my vehicle was better than when I brought it in. I've been extremely happy with the service I got here, I will continue to give them my business and I would recommend anyone else to ignore the reviews and give them a chance. I didn't read a single review before the first time I went there, I just needed some tires and they were close. But I felt compelled to leave an honest assessment and praise them for the service I myself have gotten here...The owner is a very honest and straightforward guy and I appreciate that. Keep up the great work.

Great prices but the owner/manager had an attitude from the time we arrived. When he asked for the wheel lock and car key I guided him towards my car to follow me he states I don t go digging in peoples car I then told him I never asked you to that was my whole point of walking towards the car myself.Even when he gave me the estimatedTime it would take to inspect the car he saidIt with an attitude. Will not be back!

Great Service!!!! I am pleased to say that they were fast and efficient. It's very hard to trust people with your car but the men working here are amazing and set my nerves to rest. They also have a wonderful finance program in place that will help anyone who qualifies get a lot of their vehicle needs met. I am so happy to have found them and will be referring many others to them as well. Thanks guys :)-H&B

My husband recommended this place and I value his opinion. I needed wheels - I opted for new ones - I probably could have bartered but I didn t. We felt like we got a good price for new wheels with balance and alignment. Service is freakishly fast - staff is friendly - and no BS suggestions - had us out within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!! Took my vehicle for AC service as it was blowing warm air. Was first told it was a simple electrical issue and was charged $133.75 to repair . Picked up car and the air was hit again just 15 minutes later. They looked at it again and then said the compressor needed replacement. Charged $665.55 only for the vehicle to blow hot air less than an hour after pickup. Learned that they put the wrong compressor part in my vehicle AND forgot to install all parts needed for the compressor system. Owner was extremely unprofessional and difficult to talk to. Said mechanic was away for a week and no one else could look at the car. Had to get car fixed at a competent repair shop. Deals on Wheels incompetence cost me an additional $750.10 for the same compressor issue and Deals on Wheels REFUSES to refund me the $665.55 that I paid for a service that they never provided. Grand total of $1,415.65 for a compressor thanks to them. BEWARE OF DEALS ON WHEELS!! DO NOT USE!!

Not only are the manager and owner rude, they sold me a bad tire and then wouldn't return the money or put the $80 toward a new tire. I understand and know now that they have a 24-hour return policy (which they're apparently 'doing people a favor' by even offering that), but when I called within 24-hours to report my tire was flat, the owner didn't tell me of that policy. It wasn't until I brought the tire in on the following Saturday because I work during the hours they're open during the week, that they told me about the policy (and it was obvious I hadn't driven on the tire, I'd taken it off immediately to avoid using it). I regret giving them my money and will be telling my friends and family not to use their services. It's worth an extra $40 to ensure a safe tire, and that I'm not just giving money away.

Pulled in today, a Sunday afternoon. I needed 2 tires and an alignment. The owner was great. He brought out chairs for my mom and I to sit outside in the sun since he stated the shop was much colder than outside. He had us out of there in a blink of an eye.He pointed a few things out that need to be done and I'll definitely be back next weekend to get them done. I have to say Deals on Wheels was a breath of fresh air, no nonsense, which I happen to appreciate. Service and price I don't think can be beat. Definitely 5 stars all the way!

First let me start out by saying that my parents owned a shop my entire life so I'm really picky when it comes to getting my car worked on....With that being said, I couldn't be happier with this place! The owner really knows his stuff and is very straight forward and to the point, a rare quality to find these days! We had to get 2 new tires and an alignment and were out in under 45 minutes. Not only was the owner great but his entire crew seems to be really good as well, couldn't help but to observe them while waiting on my car. They were just as fast and efficient with everyone as they were with us. Couldn't help to feel like I was back in my parents shop :) I eagerly recommend this shop to anyone that needs some TLC for their vehicles!!
