Andreas Svensson, Mark, Cody and the whole team at Viking Automotive are first rate. Always willing to go the extta for service. The prices are cost effective and they know exactly how to service my cars. I have used them for years and think it fortunate to have such a knowledgeable staff here in Vero with reasonable prices for what ever service I need on all my cars.

I have always been a huge proponent of this shop from the first time I spoke to the owner, Mark, at the old location. Also, Andreas, Rhonda and Brian have been a please to work with. I have brought multiple cars to Viking automotive and all have been fixed promptly, professionally and consciously. I must say, the quality of cars I bring to Viking automotive is very low, but they somehow turn them into high quality!! The new location is very spacious and cleaner than you d expect. The staff is very personable and are always looking out for your best interest: whether that is pre-purchase inspections, honest pricing or just genuine care of your vehicle.Highly recommend!

I love the new store!! Viking Automotive Advisors are super smart, professional, reasonable and their new shop in the former Sears auto shop is so clean and new!! They gave me new oil, wipers and repaired my 2004 911 Carrera 4S window regulators. After I arrived home and closed my convertible top the rear window didn't close. I called Andreas and he said it's memory position should reset but I could bring it back in for help. But he was right! It reset itself the next time I opened and then closed my convertible top! Thanks Andreas and everyone! U Rock! My 911 runs so great! (2023)That was from last years visit~my annual oil change last week went perfectly! I trust this auto group with my Porsche anytime. I traveled to Key West the next day and knew I was safe and secure after my check up with Kevin at Viking Automotive. I love Viking Kate

The most elegant car shop I've ever been to! Fully stocked waiting area with comfortable chairs, snacks and drinks, sparkling clean bathrooms with all the extras, like you're in a spa!Customer service was top notch, when I first settled in I thought 2 guys were chatting about cars, turns out one was the technician. He was personable and thorough and I got the same attentive service when it was my turn. He went over what they did and what they noted (I came in for an oil change and to look over a car I had bought a month earlier). He reassured me that we'd made a wise purchase (whew!) & to my delight told me it just needed some routine maintenance and even showed me pictures of my own vehicle!It had been raining when I was getting ready to leave so they pulled it up close to keep me dry and send me on my way.I can't say enough good things about Viking - we have found our car people!

Never bringing my car here again have charged me 150$ and could not tell me what it was for and did not fix my issues I had to bring it back the very next day and then tried to charge me another 250$ to fix the problem they said they fixed the day before I am a struggling college student and I feel they took advantage of me at this business and will never be returning here please be aware of what they are charging you for and why and make sure they actually fix the issue with you re car the first time

Andreas stayed in touch and communicated about the issues with my vehicle. I had taken my truck to 3 different shops including chevy itself to fix the issue but none of them could figure out what was wrong and left it for a week at a time at each. I left it for one night at viking and my issue was taken care of. They send you pictures and videos to show exactly what they are diagnosing and changing. Very professional

I took a chance and decided to try Viking Auto and have them swap out my cue screen. I was told whoever does the job should have experience. Well, these guys did a great job! Andreas and Rhonda are great people. Honest and fair. Don t hesitate to give them a try. This is my new go to shop. Thanks everyone!

First time having a vehicle serviced at Viking Automotive. Jay was wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions with patience and care. The service was done very quickly and the price was reasonable. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Will definitely be taking my vehicles here in the future. I have a 1972 classic car and had trouble with subpar repair work done by another (not local) company. Viking was recommended to me by a local shop dealing with classic cars. On my first visit in June 2022, the owner dropped what he was doing, examined my car, and spent a generous amount of time discussing my car issues. When I returned to have the work completed, Viking was in their new location. The owner recommended a source for rebuilt classic carburetors-I took his advice and got an excellent carburetor to replace the garbage the previous shop had installed. The shop and customer areas at Viking Automotive are spotless and spacious. The front office staff was friendly and attentive. Again the owner took appreciable time to go over repairs in sufficient technical detail to satisfy me. I was comfortable leaving my classic car with them - they exude competence and professionalism. I'm a detail oriented person, and I was confident in the quality and accuracy of their repairs. My car ran very poorly when I took it to Viking- it runs great now! I do not hesitate to highly recommend Viking Automotive. It was a pleasure doing business with this shop and all its employees.Barry GriffinVero Beach, FL

I've known Andreas and Rhonda for many years. I remember him we when he was working down I think on 43rd Ave. They are very easy to work with, very knowledgeable about vehicle repair, honest and on time. I'm always treated like royalty. With out a doubt one of the best automotive business. I told Andreas that God moved Sears out to make room for Viking. Viking needed room to grow as it's necessary for Viking to bless the community. Great place to do business.

Based on the very positive online reviews of Viking Automotive I brought my Audi in for a second opinion on a potential engine oil leak problem. The first shop suggested a complete engine tear down which could cost thousands. Viking had a more prudent and less costly approach to test where the leak was located. Once the diagnosis is confirmed then I ll know what to do. This approach gives me more confidence in how this company does business.On my 6/22/23 follow up visit the leak test determined a small leak in a timing cover which resulted in a new seal installed. The rear brakes were replaced as well. Everything was well done at a fair price. You can see they take pride in their work.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Brake service & repair

Such a great place to bring for service.. any service- friendly and trusting - comfortable waiting area as well..They take care of my 2017 Volvo - make sure everything done properly.. have needed quick checks and will always fit me in !! Highly recommend!!

I've lived here for 5 years and never found a good mechanic. My brakes were squeaking horribly and my car would begin to shake when I accelerated. I asked a friend and she said she goes to Viking. They gave me a great estimate on new brakes and rotors, but they weren't positive about the shaking upon acceleration. Andreas said he would try draining the transmission fluid a few times, but it wasn't a guarantee. Their transparency and honesty gave them my trust. I told him let's do it and I'll be happy to pay the service fee regardless of outcomes. It worked!!! The shaking stopped! It was a done deal. They're my new mechanics!

They did a great job servicing my car. There was a great place to sit and wait for it to be done - coffee, snacks, water and soda.The ladies at the desk were very efficient and explained the bill.All in all, a pleasant experience

Great experience. Diagnostics details were excellent. Facility was virtually spotless to include the work bays. Work was accomplished on time and reviewed with me completely. Professionalism at every level. I will certainly recommend this business to anyone who asks.

Did exactly what they said they would. No " surprise " costs. Very professional. Waiting area is so nice. Coffee, beverages, magazines, TV if you want and free Wi-Fi. Very comfortable. I have a long history with this repair shop,from Mitsubishi,to Independent,and now Viking.I have been very well treated by Viking (Andreas),and I am very pleased with my most recent experience.I am astonished at the physical appearance of the Viking garage.From the repair bays,to the text communication,the service is crisp,thorough,and fairly priced.I have recommended Viking to two friends so far.Thank you for the chance to offer my enthusiastic recommendation.
