I really can t say enough about this dealership! Third vehicle bought from here but first one with new ownership and this experience was by far the best! Chris was from start to finish amazing to work with found us a vehicle before it even hit the lot, yo-yo made the experience so fun and stress free, James in finance worked his magic and made closing the deal easy! If you need a new or used vehicle, CHECK THEM OUT!P.S. Chris, our daughter loves her rose! She said that she can t wait to buy her car from you when she s old enough!

I highly recommend Vero Beach Mitsubishi. Bryce took great care of me during my visit. Him and Chris (gm) got me into a nicer and newer vehicle then I originally planned on buying. I'll be back again when my wife is ready for her new car. Thank you again.

This place was amazing!. I had a great experience. Danny, Megan and Chris worked with me till 11pm at night making sure I left there completely satisfied and safe. Every person there was not only kind and welcoming to myself but went over the top to spoil my 5 yo very energetic son. I love the vehicle I purchased and will most definitely be going back for the next. I may even have to stop by and let my son say hi to his new friends.

Great dealership, felt welcomed and not pressured like other car dealerships. Everyone was personable and friendly. Our salesman showed us all around the dealership including bringing us to the service center and introducing us to them and the parts department. Financing was a breeze and those guys were also extremely friendly. This will be my go to dealership from here on out. We love our car!!

Night and day from other dealerships in the area. Come see the light they shine. Jacob and Sales Manager Meagan were the best. They truly tried to find us something that would fit our budget AND our needs. No pressure, no pushing, just listened to the customer and brought what they could offer to the table. And they nailed it.Then, when we found a small issue that was missed in the service, we called and they got us in the very next morning to fix it on the spot. Sent me home in a loaner for the day to make sure they fixed the issue and gave it a full detail to make it a like-new car. My wife has never been so happy to buy a used car. I have found my new dealership.

Best car buying experience we have ever had, and we have never said that before. Our salesperson was Danny he was very informative about the new outlander as this is our 3rd one. He explained all the new updates on the 2024 and the difference between the models. We highly recommend and they have a great selection on the lot.

My wife and I were looking for a nice SUV for our family Vero Beach Mitsubishi was our choice. They were not pushy. They took the time and had patience with us when choosing a vehicle for our purchase, Mellow our sales associate, showed us many different vehicles and options and prices that we could afford. This is the third Mitsubishi my wife has purchased for a great price. They were very accommodating, and took the time for us to make a smart decision, especially the times that we are living in where every dollar counts I would give this place a 10 out of 10. I had a great experience working with Jermaine and his team! Julio, my sales representative was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. Went here looking for a used vehicle and ended up buying a different used vehicle. Julia and Fernando were fantastic to work with, as well as Meegan. The whole process was easy and seamless. No pressure from sales whatsoever. Really felt like everyone involved had my best interests as first and foremost. Only issue was that auto was not finished being detailed by the time we picked it up and had to wait for it. Other than that, everything was top notch. Would definitely recommend this dealership and would buy from them again!

Danny and Chris helped me and my boyfriend find our first car! I was very nervous but they both were understanding and very comforting. They navigated us through the process and made sure we understood everything. Danny really put his time into it, we were here for 5 hours trying to make a desicion god bless Danny for having that type of patience! I definitely will be coming back in the future and asking for him specifically.

We went in to look for a car for my daughter. She was very specific in what she wanted, in fact it took two days at the dealer before she made a decision. Yo-yo and the manager bent over backwards to make sure she got exactly what she was looking for at the price she wanted. They were extremely patient and accommodating to us in spite of our strict demands. We feel fortunate that we decided to go to this dealership. She is in the military and they made her feel like a rock star. If I ever have to purchase another vehicle it will be from them. They are truly awesome and we thank them for their customer service and product knowledge.

Most easy going car buying experience. Julia was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and flexible from start to finish. Without her excellent customer service my father and I would NOT have purchased a brand new Outlander. Overall a very enjoyable and exciting experience.

Attempted to buy a vehicle, was told after doing all the paperwork that the car wasn t at the dealership.After waiting multiple days with no update I call and ask for one. The salesperson forgets my name and what car I m calling for (after ~4 days) but he does tell me that the car has multiple issues that needs to be addressed.The issues were nothing major so I go ahead and requests updates for the future. After a week of patiently waiting I have to call once again to ask for the status. After calling the salesperson tells me that my financing was done incorrectly the first time and needs to be done again, resulting in 2 more hard inquires in my credit report.Awful experience

What an amazing experience buying my new 2024 outlander. I think most will agree buying a car is not usually an enjoyable experience but Mitsubishi made it happen! They fought to make the deal happen under less than ideal circumstances and didn't stop until the numbers were right. They took my trade and helped me get out of a car I was unhappy with and gave me a great deal on my trade value. Overall, Yoyo Meghan James and Chris went above and beyond. The rest of the staff was so welcoming and kind. I would recommend them over and over again! They are AMAZING!!!

Danny, sales guy and Megan, sales manager, you're tops. Went in to get a small car for my daughter. Left with an SUV. These people care about what they do. Megan, a very motivated and capable, sales manager will get you the right deal. I'm definitely going back in a few months.

Hands down this was the best experience buying a new car I've ever had. Vero Beach Mitsubishi is an awesome place to buy a car. Julia, the internet sales manager is great to work with, she was very helpful. Chris, the sales manager was relentless in getting us the car we wanted at a price we could afford. Awesome guy to work with!! Aaron our sales rep was knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at and very personable. Bryce the financialperson we dealt with made us feel very comfortable with all our decisions. They even helped us to find better insurance for a cheaper rate from a highly rated company. Now that's some serious customer service. Thanks for all you hard work and kudos to the team at Vero Beach Mitsubishi.

Service Department sucks. Ever since Sutherland was bought out the service has gone down hill. Service technician removed my locking lug nuts , probably destroyed them and replaced them with OEM lug nuts without telling or advising me. Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation and had two recalls. I was told approximately 2 hours and now it's going to be 3 hour's. It's time to buy a Chevrolet or Buick and trade in this Outlander

I usually never write reviews but I had a fantastic experience at this dealership!! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best vehicle and within our budget. Funny thing is that we went to get my car serviced and next thing we know my husband is trading in his car for an outlander lol. Yo Yo took my husband for a test drive and the rest was history. We brought our dog with us and Yo Yo made sure to get her a bowl with water , and went and got us lunch. I have never had someone be so attentive and so genuine as the gesture wasn t just to make a sale . Christopher was a genius at running numbers with my husband, gave him an excellent offer for his trade in . The numbers were so good that the next thing we did was also get me into a brand new 2024 eclipse cross . Christopher and Yo Yo were the dream team!! We went for a simple routine service and walked out with two brand new vehicles!!! The finance process was so smooth and easy, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Online prices are a complete fabrication. Listed for 25,300. The paper work from there "motivated to sell" offer was over 27k, plus 2500 reconditioning fee plus 1300 for some other bogus fee, went from 25 to 30k before stamps, taxes and title. Salesman was pleasant but I walked away from the deal and the sales manager Chris Ranucci decided to be a condescending jerk. He wanted to "educate me" on why I was wrong and explained that all of the online prices are essentially a lie, you just have to "read the disclaimer". Which isn't even accurate bc they changed the asking prices on top of all the fees listed in the disclaimer. Zero professionalism from this jerk, he couldn't handle being called out and someone walking away. Seems they have new management and things aren't going well for them.25k to 30kSales manager Chris is doing a disservice to this business.
