I set up an appointment when I arrived from my appointment my appointment was never scheduled. Then when they finally me they cannot get my lug nuts off. What kind of tire store can I not get a lug nut off? They never tried getting it off and will not give me a number to get ahold of anybody through corporate

50min till closing and they can't patch a tire just wait around for that 50 min to be up told me come back tomorrow yah let me just drive a flat tire around good thinking tex what happend to the help that used to come out and greet me as I walked up

Cody is the most unprofessional, no commonsense having person, no manners, no simply decency, rude employee I have ever come across in all my many years of doing business with Sam's. They must be desperate keeping him on as an employee. I will NEVER do business with this location again.

I've been a Sam's club member for a long time and I broke my normal tradition and instead of purchasing tires from tire Kingdom I decided to take advantage of a sale at Sam's club. A mistake I will not repeat. I arrived at the store before I opened and was the second in line to purchase tires. The gentleman in front of me was not purchasing tires and installing as I wanted to do. When I purchase my tires and wanted to have them installed I was told that they were double booked meanwhile there's no one there. And the time that I argued that my tires could be done right now being that whoever has an appointment is not here they could have changed them. While going out to my car I noticed three empty bays and two guys standing around. I asked to speak to a manager who cut me off mid sentence went to the back to see what was going on and return to say that one of them was a trainee and they could do nothing because they will be double booked so I have to come back on my appointment. Come back out to my car still three empty bays and now there's three guys standing around. I will not be doing Sam's club's tires again I'd rather pay more to get the proper service that a membership deserves. If I could give half a star of would

As hurricane Irma was in the Caribbean I went to Sam's Club in Vero Beach, Fl. I needed two tires for my automobile. They were not in stock so they ordered them and said they would call me. They did call a couple of days later and left a message that the tires were in and it was first come first serve. I was there the next morning at 6:30 AM. I was the second person there. The lady ahead of me was getting her tires rotated, nothing else. They opened at 7:00 AM and soon there were three young men there who were employees in the tire and batteries section. As I said, I was second in line behind a lady who was getting her tires rotated. At 9:30 AM they told me my car was ready. I paid them $308 plus change and left. I went to my regular mechanic to get the oil changed. I mentioned that I had two new tires but that was all I said. When he was through he told me that new valve stems come with the new tires but that whoever mounted them did not put the new valve stems on. He also said that they did not check the other two tires which were 10 pounds low on air each. I have no opinion on this experience and have only stated the facts as I perceived them. I rated it as three stars to indicate neutrality. I would have left it blank but assumed that was not allowed. This was my experience and nothing more. There are no emotions involved, no opinions and no advice given. You may add this to your experience and it will mean you are wise beyond your own experience. You may then leave the total of your experience and wisdom for others, if you want to. I have neither under nor over exaggerated. I believe what I have written here is a fair and accurate account of what transpired, but being that I am human, then I fully admit that I am subject to error and that I may be mistaken about anything I say, write, do or believe. I do wish to add that I am a Plus Member and that I was charged twice this year for my Membership. I paid a total of $200.00 to get special treatment.

1/10/21, I purchased & had installed 4 tires at your Vero Beach, FL.store. When I got home I checked the tire pressure in all tires..my car calls for 32lbs front & 30lbs back and I found all tires OVER inflated by 7 to 14 lbs. 2 tires were 44lbs & 2 tires were 37lbs back/ front..How can this happen from a tire shop ?? If I didn't check right away the new tires would have worn UNEVEN already..Not satisfied with your service and would like to know the reason for this error..PLease respond..Bill & Barbara Walston..
