I've used Action Automotive for years and am always happy with the services they provide. You do have to be a little patient (they still get to your vehicle in a timely manner, though) because they are always busy, and good automotive shops are always busy.

My husband took my car in on a Monday and told the mechanics he thinks something is wrong with my turbo. Come Friday we called and they said it was ready for pick up. My husband drove my car and the same thing was still happening. They charged us $1,200.00 without telling us what they were doing or how much it would cost. After looking at my car again they said it was the turbo... go figure. I thought it was customary to call and inform the customer of how much things are going to cost before they work on them.

Never talked to Travis until we arrived at his garage. I trusted him with my truck because I had heard good things about their work. Seven hours later, I received a call that my truck was done. The price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend Action Automotive.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Great shop. Had trouble with my car and they had it back to me next day! So thankful. I ve used them about 3 or 4 times now always been great

My son has a 2010 Dodge Ram with almost 300,000 miles. He uses it extensively for work so lately he has needed a lot of work. Travis at Action is amazing. Every time my son has called with an issue, he has been able to get his truck repaired without hardly any downtime from work. If I could give 10 stars, I would. You don;t find service like they provide anymore. I just hope the guys there know how much they are appreciated.

This guy is amazing. Take your car here if you want excellent service.Our car broke down in Florida driving from Georgia. He took our car in at 5:00 PM and gave us excellent service. I wish his shop was near my house because I'd take all my vehicles to him.

Travis Staaks is definitely the man to beat. He is not only a talented dirt track car racer, he is one heck of a mechanic. The shop is clean, the staff goes over the top in each and every job, and the prices are absolutely fair. The guys know how to just about anything.... and the right way. From transmissions to engine work to a simple oil change, they do it right and treat every job the same. My truck is my baby and I take it to him before I do the dealership or a place like Firestone. He is always working on his race cars, so his knowledge of vehicle parts is as large as a library. The man knows everything. Definitely a top guy.

Travis was great to help work out a great price to fix a van donated to us so we can get it to a veteran to live in. I highly recommend as they are respectful, generous, accommodating, and honorable.

Prices change. What the verbal quote is is usually $200-$500 off. They don't apologise for the change. I will say they do talk to you and keep you posted on when your vehicle is available, but adding an arm and a leg is not my idea of good customer service.

I have known these guys for over 10yrs and they have always done me right. They are respectful and understanding of the person and will do their best to help you out and fix the problem!

These guys are great! They don't treat me like I'm stupid because I'm a girl, and they don't "look for gold" under the hood of my truck. Highly recommended!

They have worked on several of my vehicles since my husband passed away, he was a mechanic himself and this was where he said to bring them. They have been so helpful since his passing.
