I had a fantastic buying experience here. Mark is professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly he was freindly and not pushy. His communication throughout the entire process was amazing. I am very glad that I made the decision to purchase my Rebel 1100 from here. I will definitely buy another bike here in the future.

Mark was great and all his staff was very willing to help. I love my '99 Valkyrie interstate. Radio controls not working, but it is 24yrs old. Should be an easy fix.. Thanks again, I've had it a week. Already have almost 600 miles on it.

The guys there were so nice and down to earth. Hans was the salesman I went through and was really helpful and not pushy or salesman vibe. Also Gary in the parts department was genuine too. I was blessed by my experience there and would recommend them to my friends.

Brooklyn was very sweet and great with helping me get parts for our shop golf cart! I didn't have to wait on anything, was very straight forward with everything and i will be continuing doing business with these guys. If you get with Brooklyn for parts, you will not have any problems! I would definitely recommend Xtreme Powersports!

Only rating 1 star for the experience received from the service department in 2022.Schedule my motorcycle in for safety check and oil change since I haven t rode it in a while and wanted someone to look it over.I took it over there and waited in the waiting room for 4 hours and then was told it was ready. I don t know mind the wait my problem was what they told me after. That all they did was an oil change when clearly I knew that my chain needed to be replaced. I spent too much on labor for an oil change and then when I asked why they didn t check the chain they said the appointment was for an oil change Even though it was not.I immediately called around after this experience and found a shop that took me in right away and they mentioned to me that the bike was unsafe because of the chain and was shock they left me like this. (Also labor was cheaper at the other shop)TLDR version: A company is only good as well as they treat their customers after the purchase.

I had an issue beyond my skill set with my sxs. The repairs took some time to get done, but they fixed my ride!There's was a slight misstep with reconnecting everything, but the owner made right with me and I was very appreciative of that.

We enjoyed working with power sports they are great my only concern would be we paid on the higher end for our little Navi we got a great deal with my husband s Honda 650 last year. But it runs great no complaints there. We are hoping to have honest dealings in the future purchases.

Bought 2024 crf110f for my son. Hans was friendly and very honest about his pricing. Returned the next day to pick up the bike and help me out to load on my bike carrier. Would love to buy again here in the near future for upgrades. Highly recommended.

Great operation, friendly staff, great inventory. I ordered a roof for my 22 Slingshot SL, I was called when it came in, given an appointment for install. Was told 2 hour install. I showed up at 9am, got right in, and out in 2 hours. Love the place!BobParrish, FK

Mark was my salesman on my 2024 grom SP . He had sold my son his first bike which he got an grom aswell a week before i got mine . He was very informational on the grom and answering all my questions . Everyone at xtreme powersports was very friendly. My son and I will definitely be back for any service an upgrades.

I strongly suggest going anywhere else but here. Firstly, the hours of operation are a major inconvenience for anyone who works a typical 9-5 as they close 6PM on weekdays, close early Saturdays and closed all day Sunday. In comparison to other motorcycle dealers in the area they fall short of more customer-friendly hours provided by other establishments. What's added to my frustration is the constant backlog they maintain in the repairs department. Most recently it took them weeks to get around to looking at my bike, and then another month to actually get the parts I needed causing significant inconvenience. They tell you this is due to post-COVID labor shortages and not having enough techs, it's definitely gotten worse but this has been the status quo for them since I first started taking my motorcycles to them around 2018. And as if all of this wasn't frustrating enough, the bike I brought in had been in a minor accident of which I had already fixed most of the minor damage and namely just wanted parts and for a tech to look it over to ensure nothing else was wrong, so after doing what I'm sure amounted to no more than 20 minutes of "work" they had the audacity to charge $150 for a diagnostic fee in addition to the parts when nothing was wrong or no work was performed other than hooking it up to computer and a quick test ride after what's already been mediocre service. Personally this was the last straw for me and I don't plan on returning here, it's a shame because they re one of the few authorized Honda Powersports dealerships in the area they sell a great product but literally everything else adds up to what's consistently been a frustrating experience in bringing my bikes here.

Can t say one bad thing about this dealership! Hans was super courteous and professional drove down from Ocala Hans and his team stood after hours 2 hours after their shift to make sure I left with my brand new 2023 husqvarna 701sm!!!!! Will be back again!!!!!

Then transaction was flawless from start to finish!! These guys know there products and do not play games. Gave me very fair pricing right up front, with no price haggling and the forever of going back and forth to feel like you got a good deal. If your in the market for any kind of power sports, the team over at extreme are the people you need to see. Sales, parts and service are hands down the best in the US! Whoever owns this business truly knows about customer service and making a customer feel like family!!Thanks team extreme for making everything so effortlessly smooth!!Will be purchasing again very soon!!!

What an outstanding experience with a group of individuals that CARE. Simple, easy, no BS, no games. The front end of the house with Mark and Hans makes you feel welcome and as you go to the back for service, Gerry and the crew have years of knowledge to share.I've purchased from other dealerships throughout the Greater Tampa Bay but Xtreme makes you feel like you're in the right spot to obtain that dream bike of yours! Mine was the African Twin and I love seeing Hans take the manual out and play with the screen and bike to better understand it for his future customers! But I almost wanted to say, Dad is that you?! (Prenote: My dad's first reaction to purchasing any electronic is to look at the manual!) It's okay, if Hans would like to adopt me, it'll only cost a Goldwing and 450 Dirt Bike!Thanks again team! If you're looking or purchasing, this is the place hands down!

Alright, it's time to give them 5 stars and explain why! I've always dreamt of having a pure Supermotard, not like the Husky 701 SM or the KTM 690 SMCR SM which is only available in Europe, this is why I decided to get the 501 FE Enduro and to switch it to a Supermotard, I just dropped it this morning.It is gonna be a real beast, I was really impressed and satisfied on how they took care of me and my needs. The entire staff is Incredible and very friendly, from the front end, to the parts and those working on the bikes. I really appreciated the deal I got from Hans, it was amazing and with Gary (parts), he never pressured me on buying anything or to have me order the most expensive parts that I didn't need. He always asked for my opinion first, I really liked it because in many other dealerships, they will have you add a lot of stuff to increase the bill. That's why I definitely recommend this dealer.Thank you all so much for everything! Braaaappp!!!

Emailed a few dealerships about pricing on a new bike and none of them would even take me seriously they all just gave me some generic run around response without providing any information I was asking for ( rockstar power sports & Broward motorsports) but Hans at extreme powersports actually answered and provided the answers I was asking. Would highly recommend Hans and extreme powersports they're there to move bikes not play stupid games!

There's honestly not enough stars to rate this place! I dealt with them for years and every single time they have exceeded my expectations! I made the mistake of going somewhere else and it was a costly mistake. I contacted Brittney the Service Manager and she took my motorcycle in without an appointment. Her communication and handling of this unfortunate situation was far beyond what I ever expected. Not only did she update me every step of the way but she documented everything. I'm a business owner myself and customer service goes a long way with me. They make you feel like you're part of the Xtreme Powersports family. Everyone is always friendly there and welcoming. I've stopped by on several occasions and they're always eager to answer any questions I have. Gary in parts is fantastic! I've called him several times and if he doesn't have the answer right away he will take the time to research and get you an answer. I've never personally bought a motorcycle from them. But they will definitely get all my business from this point forward. If you live in the area I promise you that you will not be disappointed! My motorcycle sat for 4 weeks at another local shop. In less than a weeks time they had my motorcycle up and running. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Check over my entire motorcycle. When it was completed they even washed it for me! You can't put a price on excellent quality of service. There's a reason they're one of the best Honda dealership's around. I can't put into words how impressed I am with Brittney the Service Manager! She is truly dedicated to her job. Even after my motorcycle was completed she followed up with me to let me know when the rest of my parts would arrive. She's very hands on and deserves a Ton of recognition! I tip my hat to this well organized establishment!
