Crooks!! I came in for an oil change on Tuesday and ended up needing one additional service after a diagnostic test. On Wednesday, the very next day my car gave out while in traffic. Almost $1000 and Not even a week later, my car is stalling and smoking yet I don t have any answers. I am thinking the owner just hires walk ups or drunks.

Worst experience!!! Very unprofessional.. went to see what the issue was with my vehicle and was told I needed a throttle body once part arrived and installed then was told that wasn t the problem the engine is bad now I m told ok so I pay the deposit to get a used engine and I m told it takes 6 hours of labor cool three days (not including Saturday and Sunday)go by and there s No call or update of the status of my vehicle so the fourth day again not including (Saturday or Sunday) pass I go up there in person and talk to the guy in charge man is a joke very unprofessional and unreliable he says the mechanic went on vacation WOW I politely tell him that he could have notified me or updated me the status of my vehicle. In total it s been 5 days which there s 24 hours in a day considering work hours they open at 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday and Saturday 8am - 6pm Closed on Sunday That s 50 hours within those days that only takes 6 hours to have fixed my vehicle. Very unprofessional

Top notch service!! I needed my brakes done on a sunday and their 40th street location was overbooked and he called their 56th street location and was able to get me in. These folks are not only honest but helpful. Thank you for getting my brakes done. I'll definitely be back!!

I went to this store to have the vehicle aligned and balanced, but it got worse after two hours, the steering wheel was more to one side than the other and the car was going completely to the right, the manager of the place was a very attentive and polite guy, but the employees don't think they know what they're doing
