First- I wish I could give them a negative 5 stars. These guys are so disrespectful and untrustworthy, they should be closed down. I've been waiting for a debit refund for days and when i called them, they claim my bank is holding the money. how would they know that? exactly. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. DONT GO THERE. FIND ANOTHER PLACE. I WILL BE DISPUTING THE CHANRGE.

Have been going to this place for many years for oil changes and sometimes minor repairs. No complaints. Today, they quoted me for a tune for 199.99 and a sensor change for 189.99.I agreed to the sensor change but denied the tune-up job because i just had it done. After they completed the sensor work, the car is still vibrating. They insisted on the tune-up, so I agreed. The owner now said $699 for the tune-up. This is robbery at its very best. I referred many friends to this place, but as of today, no more. They lost my trust forever. I will report their lack of competence and responsibility to the BBB as well as social media to alert future customers.

I brought my 2014 Chevy Malibu to this place because it was over heating, they advised me I had an oil leak got that fix they said my motor was good and no longer running hot. Picked my car up was still running hot took it back up there so they can fix the issue my car sat up there for a month for over heating!!! They kept acting like they didn t know what the issue was kept saying it was my engine and it would be $3000 for a new one after they already told me my motor is good. Then when me and my hubby go up there he stated he was referring to another car which is the same model and we spoke to the actual mechanic they said was working on my car and he stated my motor was good. Instead of the MECHANICS diagnosing the car to see what the problem is I had to tell them what they should change i brought the parts which was a water coolant outlet and a water pump. They NEVER reached out to me I ALWAYS had to reach out. After they claim they replaced parts and car still running hot they said it was nothing else they could do but change the engine. I went up there to get my car towed somewhere else to get looked at and once I got to Xpress Auto to pay what I thought they did they kept tryna convince me to leave my car and get an engine saying any other mechanics is going say the same thing. I had my car towed to Marpena on Nebraska and Hillsborough advised them my car was running hot tow truck dropped it off after they was closed Monday evening 03/11/24 called Tuesday morning 03/12/24 about round 9:30am my car was complete and NO LONGER running hot. XpressAuto really tried to G me out of $3000 and didn t even replace my parts because Marpena Autos had to do the same thing XpressAuto supposedly had already did SMFH!!!

Made us seem real confident about using them for changing a motor in a 2004 f250They didn't charge the ac back up, had no transmission fluid. Was told it would take 2 days, turned into a little over 2 weeks

On 10/11/2023 I went into the shop for an oil change and to check why my car was having issues when I turned it on. My battery was tested as well as my alternator and I was told that both of them were in great condition and that's according to their testing would need a new starter. I paid $43 for the oil change and an additional $407 for the new starter. Before leaving the shop I waved the manager over to explain to him that my car was now starting worse than it was prior to me bringing it in. He insisted on telling me about a lifetime warranty on the starter and refused to go back and check his work. The auto shop was closing, so had no choice but to leave.The very next day On 10/12 around 7 AMWhen I tried to start my car, it would not turn on. I called the shop and they asked me to bring it back in. Upon my arrival they brought out their testing machines to show me that now the same battery from the day before was completely drained and they refused to take any responsibility for what had happened. I've believe that I have been severely ripped off and would like a full refund. I had to go out and purchase a brand new battery for $200. They were very rude and basically took zero responsibility, but had no problem taking all of my money. The manager needs to be replaced.

After waiting 3 hours to change 3 used tires and an alignment, I find out that they sold me 2 tires that have been plugged and did not show or disclose it beforehand. After talking with the manager, he refused to do anything about it, not a cent back.Shady business practices. Long waits, higher than average prices, do yourself a favor and chose somewhere else. You're likely to get scammed here.

I had a great experience at Xpress Auto Care! Their team did an excellent job fixing your brakes, and the pricing was reasonable. The guys here were great.! Got me in & out within 30mins for my alignment being that they are always busy but they were all very nice & the price was affordable. I even told him about my birthday & he gave me a coupon for my next oil change which is a plus (I was not expecting that) good people & good service. Come get your car worked on I will DEFINITELY be back guys.!UPDATE: I went back for them to straighten my alignment (my steering wheel) which they said they could not do because of all these sudden issues if that s the case why wasn t I informed the 1st time I visited the shop.? Some of the people are good so I lowered my ratingService: Wheel alignment

The sheer incompetence, relentless delays, and failure to perform a basic to check my car , have left me with a strong warning for anyone considering their services.From the moment I stepped into Xpress Auto Care, it was evident that the staff members lacked the necessary expertise and professionalism to handle automotive repairs. Their inability to address my car issues efficiently was a clear sign that I had made a grave mistake by choosing this establishment.The first red flag emerged when they informed me that they needed to order a part for my vehicle. Rather than taking immediate action to obtain the part, they asked me to wait for the part to be delivered I waited 4hr for it before I requested my money back one of their mechanics left the shop to retrieve it. This delay in itself was frustrating, especially considering the pouring rain outside.When the mechanic returned with the part, I was shocked to learn that they had completely overlooked the need for an alignment. It is a fundamental step in the repair process, and their failure to recognize and address this crucial requirement was deeply disappointing. I was then informed that I would have to return the following day to have the alignment Because they was working in car inside the alignment machineHoping for a more streamlined experience, I dutifully returned as instructed the next day. However, the troubles continued. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was made to wait for an additional hour before they were ready to perform the alignment. This level of disorganization and disregard for my time was beyond frustrating.The cumulative effect of the delays, lack of attention to necessary repairs, and disorganized practices at Xpress Auto Care cannot be ignored. It is abundantly clear that this establishment is incapable of providing competent and reliable service.I wholeheartedly discourage anyone from considering [Xpress Auto Care] for their automotive needs. Ben has always been great with the oil changes I have given him my business for a couple years now.. he's honest and looks to do a great job in a timely manner... Plus the price is nice... It gets busy sometimes but I see why..

It's a busy location so I figured the service would be good. I was charged 120$ for 2 used tires. I bought them Monday and Wednesday one of the tires was already flat. Also, although the service was fast the workers are rude and inconsiderate, they parked my car incorrectly and once I started it and changed shift to drive my car made a weird movement like pressure was put on the transmission, and now I'm having problems with my gear change. I would not recommend this place to anyone specially if you are female and trying to get help. They just want the money quick and don't care afterwards.

they are the most ridiculous, inexperienced and rude auto shop in Tampa. They don't know anything about mechanics and the Managers mistreat the customers. I do not recommend you fix your cars there or leave them without being present. I had a bitter experience and I will never request your services again. your car arrives with a problem and leaves with thousands, DO NOT go to this mechanical workshop. I really did not know that such mediocre "professionals" existed.

These guys always get the job done right the first time. I've had extensive work done on my delivery vehicle from New brakes (front/back) ,new battery, oil changes and tires. They are open 7 days a week and their fast and efficient.

Had a tire with a slow leak, they found it but it wasn't easy to find! Found a used tire for me and Replaced the one with the slow leak! I want to give a shout-out to Louis for helping me and 3 or 4 other people at the same time! I will be back!

They over charge on product....u can actually go buy parts yourself for parts for way cheaper and just pay them to install.....which they will still try to over charge....but 2 mechanics are good...

2002 Dodge ram came for synthetic oil change @ 170,000 miles. Abdul wasn t using synthetic oil so I stopped him and said that s incorrect. He argues with me and brings everyone from the shop over and they huddle up for 20 minutes then Abdul come back with the owner and pour different oil. We all get into a disagreement. Now 200 miles later engine was blowed because of my coolant tube wasn t connected to the radiator ANYMORE lol how is that possible. I will be visiting here today

Tires were put on September 3rd today is November 21 truck has not gone 300 miles since tires were bought. they stated it had 50,000 mile warranty for tires.truck is barely used and tires are ripping and they are not wanting to replace and honor what they said. Awful service they straight up lie! Accused us of slashing tires( why the hell would I slash my tires when there service is so bad I never wanted to go back there) we also bought rims which was another issue when they put them on the guaranteed the tire would not have issues turning and it did! Don t go here go somewhere that s more professional and you will get warranty!!! We worked with Vladimir who sells tires and Rims. He was also the one who accused us of slashing the tires it s obvious you can tell they are poor quality if the are ripping! Honor your warranty! Especially when you have customers spending more then 3k.Service: Tires
