I had a great experience with Justin and his team. Super professional, small shop, highly recommend!I stopped in a few months ago for some quotes on wheels and tires and was greeted immediately by Justin who asked what I was looking for. We proceeded to sit down and go over tire and wheel options that best fit my needs. I got busy and didn t purchase right away.Recently, I found a set of wheels I really liked and texted Justin to see if he could update my quotes, which he did within the hour. When I dropped my truck off for service they showed me the wheels, tires, and upper A-arms to ensure I was happy with design before install. Having worked at tire shops all through high school, I could see the team was knowledgeable and professional.Once they got the truck on the rack the technicians noticed my sway bar, sway bar links, and tie rod ends needed attention. They sent me pictures and being they were OEM parts on a 2011 truck, I knew they needed replaced. They held off on the alignment until I could replace the tie rods ends.I brought the truck back in for the alignment today and it drives great. They showed me the alignment report and tolerances. Straight, smooth, and no more bump steer.I m bringing the wife s car in tomorrow for 4 hoops and an alignment.

Brought my 21 Ram 1500 to Wheel ID to have my fuel wheels and Mickey Thompson tires road force balanced after having the wheels\tires mounted and balanced multiple times at another shop that could not balance them. Justin was able to get my wheels balanced and let me know two of the tires were out of round. I was able to get the two tires replaced under warranty with Mickey Thompson and Justin had his guys road force balance the two wheels. They also took care of checking my suspension to be sure everything was nice and tight. Even though they did not do the lift install. Will be back to get some accessories from Justin in the future.Update: Two years later I came back and had Justin and Yaz with their team install my 6in BDS performance Elite kit. You can see the before pics with 3.5in lift. Cannot be anymore happy with it and how the team took their time to make sure things were done right. Wheel Identity is my one stop shop for my truck. From Alignments, to rotations and all your accessories. Go see them!!

Wheel Identity did an amazing job on my Toyota Tacoma. They did a full suspension upgrade with a lift and new tires. The owner Justin treated me like family and I received outstanding service. They even restored my matte black rims to make my truck look fresh off the showroom floor. There s no other place I trust from here on out. If you need new wheels or vehicle modifications, this is the place for you.

Referred by a friend, and I don t regret it for a second. Justin, the owner, treated me like a friend from the very beginning. He knew so much about the wheels and the wheel company that I was looking for which gave me extreme confidence in him. Justin and his team are not only great at what they do, more importantly they live by the principle of integrity. Which for those who don t know, integrity is doing what you say you are going to do. My springs came in later than we expected, and he still put them on and aligned the car the same day, right after he just finished my wheels and tires. Integrity in business in extremely important. When I need something done to my car I will always call Wheel Identity first!

First, I was recommended to Wheel Identity by a friend I trust more than family. Justin, the owner, and his team went above and beyond for me. He treated me like we had been friends for years. He was more professional than people twice his age. He also had more knowledge about rims, tires, suspension than most people I ve come across. (I ve been modifying cars for over 20 years.) His whole team is beyond phenomenal. My springs came in in the middle of the day, and with all they had to do, they still managed to install them for me. This is after they had just done the wheels, tires and balancing. He has all professional equipment to make sure that the rim is perfect and to make sure that it is perfectly balanced, perfectly circular, and to mimic road force. I wouldn t go anywhere else for my wheel or suspension needs. If you want someone to treat you with respect and get the job done right, go to Wheel Identity. (I have no stake in this review, I was not paid for this review, these are my true feelings about the shop, it s owner, and it s employees, oh and I can t forget the little doggy too!)

Justin took excellent care of me. Went in the same day and he got my car done the same day. Great pricing and excellent service. I have a 08 Mazda 3. I went from 17" to 19" and he did a fabulous job. Also painted my calibers. Will definitely be coming back for some other work I want done.

I d give 6/5 stars if possible. These guys came and picked up my truck for me because I was so busy and could not get my truck to the shop to swap out my wheels. That s the kind of service you ll receive from Wheel ID. On top of that, the results are unmatched.

Justin and his team are truly amazing! Had rims repaired on my new 2024 BMW M2. They made them look brand new. Incredible detail. Going back from some lowering springs! Best shop in Tampa.

Excellent service and Excellent work!!! Justin and his team went above and beyond the call. I dropped my Jeep off on a Sunday not once but twice and both times he came in on a Sunday to put my Jeep in the bay. I had 3 lift, new front bumper and rear. The team found issues with my Jeep that needed attention and called to let me know and to get the ok. Wheel Identity is our new home!!!

2015 Ram 1500Came in with a super bad alignment, my truck was pulling to the left and shaky real bad, Justin helped me out with exactly what I needed before taking my money, my truck drives like new now thanks to him and their alignment guy who is really perfectionist with it. Recommend 100%

Top class service and shop. Brought in my 24 Tundra for lift kit, wheels and tires. Yaz and Austin helped me the whole way through. It turned out PERFECT. Highly recommend. Whole staff from the techs to the owner were GREAT.

Service was awesome & conducted with efficiency and integrity. I was a walk in, having discovered my tires were in a bad shape @ a maintenance appointment at Accura accross the street. Worked with CEO Justin Keller, who not only accommodated me as a walk in, but beat Accura's estimate on 3 tires & Allignment giving me 4 matching premium tires & getting me back on the road in a reasonable time. Couldn't be more pleased with the service & look forward to doing further business in near future.

I drove to Tampa and cracked a rim on the way down. I was leaving in 36 hours and nobody could get me going again until I called Justin at wheel ID.. I talked to him at 10am and I was in the shop by 3:30pm .. great customer service!! Even sitting in his waiting room I could here how he interacted with his customers and fellow coworkers. Very professional!!

I am VERY pleased with Wheel ID! I called and spoke with Anne, she found a lift kit for my truck, told me when the lift kit would be in and when I could bring my truck in for the install. Within a week my lift kit was at the shop and I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday morning and it was ready for pickup on Thursday (2days) with no issues.
